Yujun’s POV

"Play time is over, come home to me"

"Make sure you never hear my voice again, when you do, you will come back to me like a dog"

’I’m not a dog’ I scream inside my head, and his voice responds within seconds in my head, loud and clear, ’play time is over, come home to me’

I shake my head to throw his words out of my head, but they only bounce around in my head harder.

I can’t revolt as my legs move forward, one foot in front of the other as they take slow steps towards the door.

He’s waiting for me. He wants me to come.

"Junnah" Jaehyun’s voice calls from a place that I can’t predict, he has to wait till I speak to Chan, the leash around my neck is tugging me too hard and I just need to finish the command.

The world is breaking apart around me, the paints have been peeled off the walls, and the bare walls are falling like dominos around me, the floor feels like they weren’t made to hold me when I’m being disobedient.

"Yujun!" Jaehyun’s loud voice briefly snaps me out of it, and I look at him in confusion, why is he calling me so loudly when I have to finish the command?

"Huh?" I manage to say, coming back slowly to myself as a pain tear through my head, it hurts too much to not do what he says, those golden eyes...

"What is going on? Why are you going to him?" Jaehyun asks with a pained look on his face, he holds my arms and I shake my head roughly, "please...let me go" I hear myself say and my omega roars in pain.

My omega is being crushed by the command, he wants to walk to the door and submit but he doesn’t want it.

"What the fuck did you do to him?" Jaehyun growls at the alpha standing calmly at the door, "I?" Chan asks and Jaehyun takes the scissors I had been using and throws it at Chan, the alpha moves to the side easily and it drops to the floor.

"There is nothing you can do to end this, I am in his head like a leash and he can’t help but bend" Chan says and at the sound of his voice again, my omega howls in pain.

"Stop it! You are fucking hurting him you asshole" Jaehyun says, shielding me from Chan with his body, but it doesn’t break the way Chan’s voice echoes in my head, a vice...a pain, a sob slips past my lips.

"Jaehyun...Jaehyun let me go" I gasp, it’s getting too much.

"NO!" he shouts and lets go of me, he rushes over to Chan, pushing the alpha out of the way and to the floor before he shuts the door.

With the alpha out of the way, my legs becomes weak as I sit on the couch, my entire body is fighting against me, wanting me to follow the sound of his voice and stand by his side like a faithful dog.

I place my hand on my stomach, feeling my pup first of all in the panic, my baby’s milk is souring quickly and my eyes wet with tears.

"Please..." I whisper to myself and drop my head, maybe I should have told Jaehyun...maybe that way, we would have found a way, "I’m so stupid" I say out loud.

Again and again, I put us in trouble like this, I grab my hair as I try to force my body to stay here, to wait for Jaehyun.

Unable to sit still, I start to pace the room, losing the battle with myself, it’s hard not to force the door open and let Chan take me to his home...my cage.

I hear the sickening sound of blows landing and bones cracking as the alphas fight, a roar from Jaehyun hurts my heart and my omega cries in pain, he sounds like he’s being hurt badly.

As I take the first step to finally open the door, I accidentally kick a small box that opens, and a blue ring falls out with a note.

Too disturbed to care, I pick it and stuff them into my pocket, Chan and Jaehyun need to be stopped.

Jaehyun’s POV

The alpha’s calm façade drops the second Yujun is out of sight, a born pretender and liar, his face morphs into something ugly and beastly.

"Get lost before I kill you, I don’t mind getting my hands dirty for Yujun" I advise him, fangs bared and claws already positioned to murder, tear him to shreds and leave his body on the floor.

I will fucking waste his blood on the sand and bring my team to clean up his mess.

The alpha looks down at me from the tip of his nose, dignified prick, "you think you can kill me?" he asks calmly and I crack my knuckles and make the first swing that ends up cracking his nose.

He growls and places his hand on the broken nose, fingers catching blood that drip and with fast, almost blurred as he picks up the scissors I threw at him and stab it into my shoulder.

I roar as the metal dig into my skin.

Fucking piece of shit.

I pull the metal out and stab him with it in the chest, his heart would have gone out if he isn’t so damn strong.

The alpha’s pain contorts into a painful expression as he snarls at me, his perfectly styled hair is falling apart with his desperate movement, he just wants to hurt me no matter what.

This motherfucker can’t even fucking fight properly.

He throws the scissors to the floor and makes a noise like a hiss, his eyes are flickering between gold, brown and red and his scent is getting heavier.

"You are really starting to irritate me, dog" Chan says, hand pressed against his chest, he is again wearing white clothes, and it makes him look like he can do no wrong.

"I only need you to step out of the way, Yujun needs me, YUJUN NEEDS ME" he screams, the brown in his eyes no longer appears, only the unstable gold and red.

"He doesn’t fucking need a psychopath that doesn’t even know what he wants with himself" I hiss, "oh I know what I want, I want Yujun and I want that child" he says and my alpha pushes forward without wasting time.

The world goes red around the edges and I can’t help the way my body moves, I grab the man by his neck and throw him to the floor, he groans in pain and tries to fight me off but I pin him down with my knees.

Growling as I press my knees into his stomach, the place my child is growing in my omega’s body, what exactly does he think he is?

"There are lines you don’t cross" I say to him, my voice is merged with my alpha’s, it sounds raw and cruel even to me, "g-get off" he yells and I dig my fingers into the wound I made with the scissor.

"Gaahh" he screams as blood sputters out of the side of my finger. I look down at him, I’m not seeing his face, I don’t see in this mode, I only feel and all I feel is the warmth of his blood and the smell of fear leaking out of his scent gland.

I will kill him now and it will be over, we will go home and Yujun will become lord, no one will try to get between us again.

I pick the scissors again and hold it above his head, one sharp movement and I’ll take out his skull, the spot between his brows is what I need to get.

That’s all and I’ll be satisfied.

My alpha roars as I bring down the scissors, but the man pushes me off, his teeth are clenched as blood from his nose runs into his mouth, he looks pissed at me while I am calm.

Madness has a way of numbing my pains. Pain doesn’t exist till my targets don’t exist, and till the red on the side of my vision no longer exist.

"I hate this" Chan says, looking down at his blood soiled clothes as he takes slow steps away from me, "you are ruining everything" he screams out and with every step back he takes, I match it by coming forward.

The scissor in my hands need to be kept in his forehead, that’s all I want.

I hear Yujun scream from inside the house in pain and I snap my head backwards to see, my alpha is at high alert to protect our mate and pup, even in the state of madness.

"Look at me Hwang Jaehyun" Chan barks and I snap my head to him.

His eyes are pure gold and bright.

"Hurry, you are in a room on fire...can you breathe?" he asks and I am hunch over as the smell of thick smoke fills my lungs.

I gasp to clear the burning it but it only gets worse, I crouch to the floor but everything is orange and hot.

I have been taken back to night I almost died.
