"Oh my god, Keith. You really plan on spending 200 Million Neris in the coming Transfer Market?!" James disbelieving asked as soon as he entered the lounge.

The derby Match between Sameran City FC and Sameran United ended in a win for the latter. It was not a good start for the Club after his take-over, and in the press conference he held after the Match, he announced that his Club was going big in the coming Transfer Market.

Right now, Sameran City stood at fourth position on the Netherian Super League Table, and there was no chance for them to win the league this year. Therefore, the fans were thrilled to hear that they were going to go big in the Transfer Market, and poor James, who was a fan of Sameran United, was quite anxious to hear it.

"Yes!" Keith smirked at him. "Why? Are you not happy?"

"Hell no!" The plump boy scoffed. "And why couldn't you buy Sameran United? Why did you have to go for this pathetic Club?"

Everyone around him laughed at his words, and even the ever-so-restained Amelia could not help but smile.

"Oh..." Keith feigned some disappointment. "And here I was, planning on making you the President of this club in the future."

"W-what?!" James cried out in shock and then hurriedly grabbed his arm. "Are you serious?"

"Yeah." Keith nodded his head and saw the plump boy smile brightly.

"You are the best friend one could ask for, Keith!" He loudly said. "I promise you that as the president of Sameran City FC, I will take this Club to the bottom of the table and leave it in such a shambolic state that it will take it decades to regain its past glory!" He placed his hand on his heart and took the oath. "Oh, and I will put the flag of Sameran United on the Royal Camp!"

Keith was expecting such an answer but still could not hold back his laughter after listening to James speak with such conviction.

It was the same for everyone else around them, and those who knew James knew that his words were not a joke. He was a die-hard Sameran United fan, and it was likely that he would remain such until his last breath.

"And that would make you the worst friend that one could ask for." Eric chided in, and another round of laughter began.

"So what? A man is not a man if he's not loyal to his Team!" James scoffed and proudly said. "Besides, Keith is too rich. It wouldn't matter to him if this club gets relegated out of the Netherian Super League."

"You know, we could always buy Sameran United and then do everything to it that you have just mentioned." A sweet voice suddenly spoke, and James' face paled when he saw the golden blonde goddess devilishly smile at him.

"No, please don't! I am sorry!" He hurriedly apologized to Rebecca and was about to drop down on his knees when Eric smacked a slap at the back of his head. "Ouch! What was that for?"

"Nothing." Eric shrugged. "Just thought it would help reboot your brains."

"He does not have any." Someone called out and then the plump boy simply became the target of everyone's playful jabs.

Unlike James, Eric, Julian, and Gareth were very happy, and the disappointment they had been drowning in after the loss at the hands of Sameran United completely vanished. They had always supported Sameran City FC, and they were very happy that their favourite football club was going to be run by their friend now.

The girls simply got bored after the boys started chatting about Football, and after bearing it for nearly half an hour, Rebecca stepped in and hugged Keith's arm.

"Let's go to Meladona Prime! My treat!" She announced, and everyone looked at her in surprise before loudly cheering and accepting her invitation.

"Thank God!" Kiara sighed in relief after the boys dispersed and then brightly smiled at Rebecca before giving her a thumbs up.

Amelia and Nana did not say anything, but Qingyue too was quite relieved that all the Football talk was over. However, she did not say any good words to the blonde girl, and she was still trying her best to ignore the latter ever since Keith had teased her about Rebecca being interested in her.

Her silence was already making Rebecca quite agitated, and Keith knew that the blonde girl would eventually confront him about why Qingyue was behaving in such a manner. However, for now, he was quietly enjoying their antics. It was just too much fun to watch Qingyue apprehensively distance herself from Rebecca and avert her eyes every time the blonde girl looked her way.

Rebecca, Nana, Kiara, Ingrid, and Marianne took one car, and Qingyue joined Keith, Amelia, and Yingying in the other.

"Keith?"

"Yes?" He curiously looked at the grey-eyed girl when she suddenly called out to him.

"I am going out with the girls in our class tomorrow evening. It's an End-Semester Party." She informed him, and her words surprised him.

He was not surprised that she was going out with her friends, but was surprised because even after his intervention, some things were still going according to the plans of Destiny.

"Where?" He curiously asked.

"The Centurion."

"And?" He smiled and asked.

"My friends want to meet you." She vaguely said. "They have been insisting on me for a while, and I thought it would be good if you came with me tomorrow."

He knew the reason why she wanted him to come with her. It was because her close friends were going to bring their boyfriends, and she wanted to take this opportunity to spend time with him as boyfriend and girlfriend.

"What time?"

"7 or 8 pm." She hopefully replied.

"I have a meeting at 6 pm with my IT Company's Team..." As soon as he said that, her face deflated. "But I should be free by 7:30."

"So you will come?!" She excitedly asked.

"Yes. I will join you guys at the Centurion."

"Thank you!" She happily said and then started chatting with his wife about how their day went.

On their way to the Meladona Prime, Keith called Sebastian and asked him to make preparations for their arrival. And by the time they reached the premises, everyone else was already sitting inside the private gallery.

His little sister was the most excited of the lot since it was the first time she was coming to a Nightclub. And even after Keith forbid her from taking any serious drinks, she did not seem any less excited.

Their group laughed and chatted happily, drank to their heart's content, and then the boys with their girlfriends left for the dance floor.

Rebecca tried to show off her alcohol tolerance in front of Qingyue, but the latter simply ignored her and kept chatting with Nana and Kiara, which irked the blonde girl and she decided to pull Keith away to the dance floor.

He was not much of a dancer and allowed Rebecca to lead him, which delighted her and she enjoyed her time teaching him a few moves.

Amelia was simply not interested in dancing when he asked who wanted to dance next. But Kiara happily pulled him to the dance floor.

They were both very clumsy at it, but it did not stop them from enjoying their time.

It was near the end of their last song when a sudden commotion by the bar caught Keith's attention, and his eyes dangerously narrowed when he saw a guy in a cream suit grab Qingyue's arm.

His action earned him a hard slap on his face, and before he could act on his boiling anger, a cold chill ran up his spine when he saw Keith arrive by the girl's side.

"Heir Demiliore..." He fearfully spoke, but his words were cut short when Keith grabbed him by his neck and raised him off his feet.

The security rushed forward but stopped when they saw who was holding the man by his neck.

No one had the guts to step forward to save the young man, even the ones who knew that he hailed from a renowned family in the Seraphim City did not come forward to mediate the confrontation.

None of them wanted to fall on the wrong side and suffer the consequences.

"You were going to slap her back, weren't you?" He coldly asked and everyone felt chills run up their spine.

"N-no..." The man fearfully managed to find words, but once again Keith cut him off, this time, by putting him down on his feet and giving a command.

"Kneel!"

His words reverberated in the head of the young man, and he subconsciously dropped to his knees.

"Apologise to her." He light said and watched the young man hesitate.

"Heir Demiliore, I am..."

"The son of Governor Morrison. So what?"

Everyone who heard Keith's words could not help but lower their eyes, and even the young man on his knees lowered his head in shame.

"I am sorry, Miss." He apologized and kept his anger in his heart.

"Let's go, Keith." Qingyue did not even look at the other guy and grabbed Keith's arm before urging him away from the place.

However, Keith did not budge from his place and kept looking at the young man.

"Keith, please!" Qingyue fearfully pleaded.

She was scared that he would do something unthinkable. And even though a Governor was nothing in front of the Demiliore Family, she did not want Keith to do anything wrong even if it was for her sake.

"Get out of this place, and make sure that you do not come across me in the future."

Keith finally spoke, and everyone heaved a sigh of relief that things did not take an ugly turn.

The young man, who had not even had the opportunity to give his name, scrambled away as fast as he could with the friends he had come here with.

The atmosphere in the Club remained solemn for quite a while, but eventually, everything returned to normal after Keith took Qingyue to the dance floor.

The little Miss of the Lin Family was brightly smiling for the rest of the night, and it was a night she was going to forever remember.
