This wasn’t the main point; the main point was that Thea Shaw immediately saw a short, fat black man standing at the security booth, chatting with the security inside.

He was smiling and handing out cigarettes to the security men. Thea Shaw had good hearing, and as she got closer, she vaguely heard him say, "My family set this up, but she just thinks I’m too ugly."
