Virgin At 25-Chapter 110: AEC’S BREAKING POINT…
SHARON’S THIRD PERSON POV
The cold wind whipped against Sharon’s face as rough hands dragged her along the narrow road. Her legs clicked sharply on the pavement, then snagged, sending her stumbling.
She just woke up few days ago, still trying to grasp the whole situation of being taken care of in such an isolated place.
"Where... where are you taking me?!" she cried, voice cracking.
The men didn’t answer. One of them shoved her forward, the other blocking any escape. Her mind raced. Something felt... off. She couldn’t remember how she ended up here and now this...
"Please... stop! Let me
Sharon’s heart pounded. Panic clawed at her chest. She tried to pull free, but one man grabbed her arm, yanking her hard.
"I don’t... I don’t understand..." she muttered, head spinning. Her voice was small, fragile, unsure.
Then, as if by chance or maybe fate one of the men slipped on the gravel. Sharon’s instincts screamed, and she lunged.
A hand missed its grip. She fell forward, scraped her knee, but kept running. She had no choice than sprint into the forest.
Branches tore at her clothes and hair as she dove into the dense forest, the crisp, earthy smell filling her nose. Her lungs burned. She didn’t stop. She ran blindly, zigzagging through the undergrowth.
Somewhere behind her, the men shouted, angry and confused, but she didn’t dare look back. 𝒻𝑟ℯℯ𝑤𝑒𝑏𝑛𝘰𝓋𝑒𝓁.𝒸𝑜𝘮
The isolated building shrank behind her, swallowed by trees. And still, something deep inside whispered that... she shouldn’t go back.

Aec kept walking hurriedly, the city lights reflecting in his sharp, stormy eyes. His phone buzzed again.
"Zion," he said, tone low, dangerous. "Meet me. Now."
I sent you the location already?" Zion replied, tone of urgency filled his voice
Aec walked to the garage. Black, sleek and unforgiving, his car waited, engine growling extremely loud.
" We must find her."
Zion’s throat tightened. "Understood. I’ll be there in ten minutes."
Aec’s grip on the steering wheel was iron. Every muscle in his body tensed with restrained fury. Whoever touched Sharon... whoever dared... they would pay.
As he drove out of the office lot, his mind replayed every possible scenario. He could almost see her, the way her hair caught the sunlight, her soft voice, the way she would laugh at something small and absurd.
Then, like a shot through his chest, he imagined her in danger, helpless, scared. His jaw clenched.
"Not for long," he muttered, voice low and deadly. "Not while I’m breathing."
Twenty minutes later, Aec pulled up to the agreed meeting spot, an empty parking garage, far enough from the office to avoid eyes. Zion was already there, tense, scanning every corner.
"Talk," Aec said, his eyes sharp as knives.
"After you left the hotel," Zion began, voice tight, "I went to Sharon’s venue. I didn’t notice at first... but I think I was followed. By Victor’s men."
Aec’s hand tightened on the wheel. "And?"
"And we need to get hey there now! Don’t get bossy with me"
Aec didn’t speak. He didn’t need to. Every muscle in him screamed.
"Where?" he finally asked.
Zion handed him a GPS coordinate. "It’s... isolated. Not far from the city, but... a lot of forest. Minimal people..."
Aec’s jaw tightened. "Good. Let’s go."
He started the car, engine growling, tires gripping the asphalt. The hunt had begun before he was fully prepared but it didn’t matter anymore"
The black car skidded to a halt near the edge of the isolated property. Aec leapt out, shoes hitting the gravel hard, eyes scanning every shadow, every corner.
"That’s the guy I left to watch over Sharon," Zion explained, nodding toward Aec."
Aec’s eyes narrowed. "Any new update from them?"
Before Zion could answer, a second figure appeared, a woman stepping lightly onto the gravel.
"Who’s she?" Aec demanded, his voice low, dangerous.
Zion raised a hand, calm but firm. "She was the second person I kept to watch over Sharon. Both of them were supposed to protect her while I coordinated things."
Zion turned to the woman "Where have you been?"
The woman spoke up, voice quiet but steady. "I was away at the moment. When I came back, I saw cars outside. I... I hid."
Aec’s eyes flashed. "And Sharon?"
"She... she managed to escape into the forest," the woman said, her gaze flicking toward the dense trees surrounding them. "I’m guessing the men are still after her."
Aec’s jaw clenched, a dangerous heat rising in his chest. "And you’re just saying this now?" His voice shook with barely restrained fury.
Zion’s brows furrowed, equally frustrated. "Why didn’t you say anything sooner?"
"I... I was scared," the woman admitted, her hands trembling slightly. "I had to return to the city. If I stayed, those men would have seen me. They might have... followed me."
Aec’s fists tightened at his sides. His eyes darted toward the forest. "I’m very sure they’re still after her."
Zion nodded, pulling out his phone. "I’ll call the police, set up a fake search here in the area. They’ll think she’s still around the building. That’ll force the men to move on."
Zion grabbed Aec’s arm just as he turned toward the trees.
"Aec... wait!"
Aec spun, eyes burning.
"What?"
Zion hesitated, breathing hard, something tight and conflicted in his expression.
"There’s... something I need to tell you. About Sharon. Before you go in there."
Aec’s jaw clenched. "Zion, not now."
"No, listen." Zion’s voice dropped, urgent. "
Aec ripped his arm free.
"We talk after I find her."
"Aec..."
Aec didn’t even wait to listen to anything. He started running, boots crunching against the undergrowth, eyes locked on the forest.
Zion followed but not running. He moved fast, calculated, calling into his phone as he went.
"Deputy William, I need a patrol unit near the northern forest edge. Set up a diversion... Yes, make it look like a search party. They’re targeting one girl, don’t let anyone get hurt. "
Zion went quiet for a moment then continued. His voice deep and cold "Don’t tell my parents... Copy?"
Aec ran deep into the forest... he had a purpose born from love, obsession, and fury...
And somewhere inside that dense green maze... Sharon was out there, scared, alone, but running, unaware that help was coming faster than she could imagine.
Branches slapped against his arms as he stormed deeper into the forest, breath sharp, every muscle wound tight like a wire about to snap.
"SHARON!"
His voice tore through the trees. He didn’t care.
Not about the risk.
Not about the men his father sent.
Not about the fact that each shout might give away his position.
"SHARON!"
His boots crushed dead leaves and twigs, his heart pounding louder than the wind. The forest smelled of damp soil, pine, and fear... His own fear...
He kept running and searching... Shouting out her name but there was nothing
Then he heard faint noises behind him. Heavy footsteps, branches snapping... the kind that didn’t belong to him.
His head snapped to the left.
Then the right.
They were close... Victor’s men... hunting.
But before he could react, he heard the sound of sirens...
"Zion is fast" he scoffed
Zion’s diversion had reached them. The forest changed instantly.
The heavy footsteps stopped.
The rumbling vanished.
The cracking branches... silenced. He knew immediately that Victor’s men were retreating.
Leaving only the echo of their escape and Aec’s own uneven breathing.
"Sharon..." he whispered, chest tight.
He pushed forward between two narrow trees and then he stopped.
His breath caught violently.
There she was...Standing in a small clearing.
Hair messy.
Clothes torn from running.
Breathing hard.
Eyes wide... too wide.
"Sharon..." he breathed, stepping forward slowly, afraid she’d vanish if he blinked.
Her head jerked in his direction.
Her eyes locked on him and she stepped back.
Like he was danger. Like he was the threat.
"Sharon, it’s me," Aec said, voice cracking, hands lifting gently. "It’s me. It’s Aec."
She shook her head immediately.
Fear flashed across her face, raw, sharp, instinctive fear.
"Don’t come close," she whispered.
That whisper sliced him open.
"Sharon..." he tried again, slower, hand reaching out, voice softening to something almost broken. "I’ve been looking for you. You’re safe now."
But her body rejected his words.
She didn’t recognize his voice.
She didn’t recognize his face.
She didn’t recognize the man who had turned the whole city upside down to find her.
Tears filled her eyes as she kept backing away, shaking her head in confusion, terror, and something he had never seen from her before...
"Aec...?" she repeated the name like it meant nothing. Like she was hearing it for the first time. "I... I don’t... know you. Please don’t kill me"
That sentence hit him harder than any bullet could.
He froze where he stood.
His breath stilled.
Sharon stared at him, terrified... Aec swallowed, voice barely a whisper.
"Sharon... it’s me."
But she took one more step back... and then she ran...
Away from him. Leaving him standing in total chaos...
