Sharon frowned, "Didn’t the staff inform you?"

"No." Bella shook her head and said, "Maybe I’m not qualified to attend the press conference, so they didn’t notify me."

"Impossible." Sharon’s face darkened, "The role of Hera is crucial in the show. It’s impossible for the press conference to happen without you. I’ll ask Director Ford."

"Ms. Cheney, there’s no need. It’d be awkward if I’m really not included." Bella hesitated a bit. She just wanted to act and make money, not caring much about the press conference.

"There’s no way they’re excluding you. Let’s go, we’ll go together." Sharon took Bella’s hand and went to see Director Ford.

Director Ford was discussing some plot changes with the scriptwriter. He was taken aback when he saw them enter, then asked, "Sharon, is there something you need?"

"Yes." Sharon nodded, "Just a small issue, if you’re busy, we can wait."

"No need." Director Ford turned to the scriptwriter and said, "Just make a few changes here. You can continue with your work."

The scriptwriter marked the places that needed changes with his pen, nodded, and greeted Sharon and Bella before leaving.

"Sharon, what’s the matter? You seem upset." Director Ford pulled over two simple folding stools, signaling them to sit.

"Isn’t Bella on the list for the crew’s press conference the day after tomorrow?"

"She is." Director Ford glanced at Bella standing next to Sharon and said, "I already instructed my assistant to notify the staff who need to attend to prepare early."

Sharon’s expression darkened further, "But Bella didn’t receive any notification."

"Old Wang has always been reliable. This shouldn’t be possible, right?" Director Ford stood up, walked to the entrance of the tent, and called out, "Old Wang, come here for a moment."

Old Wang walked over and asked, "What’s up?"

"Did you notify everyone on the list of actors attending the press conference like I instructed?"

Old Wang nodded, glanced at Sharon and Bella inside the tent, and said, "I notified everyone personally, I’m sure of it. Ah, but when it was Bella’s turn, you asked me to order something, and Vivi’s assistant was present. She said she’d help notify and I entrusted it to her. Could it be that she didn’t notify?"
