I woke up in bed with a start, seeing the unfamiliar ceiling above me which did not look like the one in my room.

It took me a moment to remember where I was and I tried to get up, only to feel a weight on my chest.

I looked down to see Ava curled up on my side with her arm draped across my chest and by the feeling of the weight below, her leg should also be wrapped around mine in a hug.

I looked to the side to find my phone on the side table and I tried to reach my free hand towards it but it was just out of reach.

Ugh... Let me think... There must be something I can... Let me try this.

First, the spatial weight reduction skill from Leena, focusing it around the side table and negating the weight of the phone that still rested on my side table.

Then, using Sergei’s shadow manipulation skill, I used it to push the phone to disconnect it from the charger, allowing it to float towards me before the shadow melted away.

I then reached up my hand to catch it before deactivating Leena’s skill.

Looking at the time, I immediately realised I had overslept and I turned to Ava in a panic.

"Ava?! Ava, wake up!"

She stirred slightly before slowly pushing herself up, the bed covers sliding off her shoulders to reveal she was still undressed underneath and her bountiful bosoms bounced into view.

Memories of how I suckled on them came back to me at that moment and I had to distract myself as I felt my loins stirring.

"Mnn... My Divine?" Ava whispered sleepily.

"We’re late, we should wake up soon. The others would be wondering why we are late."

Before I could say anything, she reached up and cupped my cheeks before leaning forward to kiss me on the lips.

A little tingle of that energy flowed between us and we held that kiss for a while before Ava pulled back, a bridge of saliva hanging in between us.

Ava bit her lips sensually before tilting her head to the side.

I thought she was going for another kiss until I noticed the confused look on her face.

"My Divine? Mmm... Not that I’m saying that I do not enjoy the kiss... But does it feel a little different from yesterday?"

I blinked before I blurted out the first thing on my mind, "Maybe try again to make sure?"

I only realised what I was suggesting when Ava’s gaze turned sensual again though I had no complaints since she obliged.

The elf leaned in again and we kissed once more, her tongue rolling into my mouth and I curled my tongue around hers as well.

I was so lost in the kiss that I had to fight to focus myself to ignore the dueling of our tongues that was happening inside my mouth.

Almost instantly, I realised what Ava was talking about.

The flow of energy between us was definitely different.

If I were to compare the usual energy I get from my meditation to a cup full of water, the energy I was getting yesterday would be like an entire olympic sized swimming pool.

Yet right now... The feeling I’m getting is akin to a thimble of water instead.

I would have said that this was unfortunate but honestly... The energy thing was all just a bonus for me. The real reward for me was the fact that this beautiful, tall and busty elf was practically devouring my mouth like she needed the kiss to survive.

Her hands were running through my hair and her tongue was running circles around the inside of my mouth that you wouldn’t have thought she was literally a virgin up until last night.

I don’t know about you... But I think that Ava actually really likes me... And I’m actually scared about that.

We finally broke our kiss to gasp for air and just by the look in Ava’s eyes, I could tell that she definitely did not just see me as a superior at work or a colleague.

She looked like she was about to move in for a kiss again when it placed a finger on her lips, surprising her.

"Why?" I asked a little vaguely.

Her eyes cleared slightly before she pulled back, sitting back on her haunches and letting me push myself up to sit upright.

I honestly said that as a joke but Ava actually hesitated and thought about it for a moment.

"I suppose... You could say that?" She finally answered me.

Hmm... Oh wait.

"Is this related to your clairvoyance?" I asked.

Instead of answering me, she swung herself out of the bed and started picking up her clothes to start dressing herself.

"I believe we should head out now, my Divine. It’s already pretty late, isn’t it?" She chuckled.

I raised my hand, "One thing though... What’s with that sudden change in title for me?"

She blinked at me, "What do you mean?"

"The term you’re using to refer to me right now. You didn’t call me that before."

She still gave me a confused look before her eyes widened as though she only just realised it and her face reddened.

"Think... Think nothing of it, young God!" She blurted out, switching back to the usual title she would give me and making me even more confused.

Before I could ask anymore, she quickly walked towards the door and told me to take my time before opening it and running outside, the door slamming shut behind her.

Hmm... That’s definitely weird...

I looked down at my hands and I tried to clench and unclench them, trying to see if there was anything that felt different than before.

As I moved to swing myself out of bed, I couldn’t help but notice one thing since it swung into my line of sight.

So first of all... I would like to preface this by saying that I just spent a good few minutes making out with Ava where we literally were trying to taste each other’s mouths.

Second of all... I had no idea I was naked underneath the sheets too... Seems like Ava didn’t bother to dress me after we were done the first time.

Third of all... Did my dick get bigger? Because I could swear that it got bigger.

It wasn’t like a really drastic change but I could certainly tell that there was something different about it and I’m pretty sure the thing that was different was its size.

Wait a minute... Oh damn, I have pretty nice abs too!

I patted my abs and they definitely feel pretty solid and more pronounced than before.

Actually, even my arm muscles seem to be pretty defined too.

I’m not gonna lie, if there was a mirror in front of me, I would probably be flexing in front of it right now.

This was definitely something that was a result of the breakthrough last night.

Speaking of which... I wonder why there was a big difference in the amount of life energy I was absorbing this morning as compared to last night?

I mean... The first reason that came to mind was the fact that Ava was no longer a virgin.

I think there’s those stories where they put a lot of emphasis on the partner being a virgin or something and now that she wasn’t one, the energy bonus was also gone.

Another possibility could just be the same as my meditation spots where I need to wait for an amount of time for her life energy to replenish or something and at this point, not enough time has passed yet.

The last possibility that I could think of was thatI could only obtain energy this way from a partner effectively once and never again... Which would be kind of sad to be honest...
