Duke can now establish some simple communication with the recently awakened World Tree Seed, but since the seed’s consciousness is still in a hazy state, there is not much response.

This item came from the Devourer Plane, a small item he acquired on that battlefield earlier.

The Longbow is rather special; it’s a Demonized Item.

Demonized Items are unique products of the Devourer Plane, the energy within an Awakened after death may coalesce into various demonized armor.

If an Awakened’s abilities are in the form of weapons like blades or swords, their essence is energy items, which disappear once canceled.

Whereas, demonized armors that coalesce upon the Awakened’s death do not disappear and even inherit the ability characteristics of the Awakened while alive, possibly stronger.

This Longbow’s characteristics are simple; once activated, it can shoot energy arrows of Fire Attribute, Water Attribute, and Wind Attribute, though the strength of the arrows is not high.

Wizards can also use such Demonized Items, merely establish connection through Spiritual Power, and input their Magic Power into it.

Holding this fiery red Longbow, Duke moved his thoughts, causing a fiery red energy arrow to appear on it.

Controlled by his Spiritual Power, the fiery red arrow flew out, hitting the distant experiment target.

The data on the experiment target showed the strength of the attack was seven degrees.

Duke moved his thoughts again, transforming the fiery red Longbow into a teal green color, and moments later a teal green arrow shot out, faster in speed, hitting the experiment target.

This was a Wind Attribute arrow, with a strength a little over six degrees.

The Water Attribute arrow followed similarly, transforming the Longbow to sea blue.

The Longbow itself doesn’t have much strength, with attack strength akin to that of a typical Wizard Apprentice.

Initially, Duke did not intend to use this item for combat purposes but planned to study this demonized armor.

The Devourer Plane and Wizard Plane are entirely different planes with drastically different power systems.

This demonized armor is completely outside the Wizard Civilization system, seemingly unrelated to Wizards.

Yet Wizards never lack the spirit of exploration and research, possessing strong interest in such Other Plane products.

Duke believes that although this demonized armor is an Other Plane product, it could be possible to understand and learn something using Wizard methods.

His study does not stop at simple usage, instead placing the Longbow capable of converting three attributes on the experiment table, employing multiple means and experimental instruments for observation, starting a deep analysis of its internal structure and energy operational principles.

This process is not easy; the energy circuits of demonized armor are entirely different from the familiar Wizard system, more like a natural formation of a highly intricate energy crystal network based on some kind of Life Mark.

Carefully using Spiritual Power to probe inside the Longbow, Duke avoided those active energy nodes, tracing back its most fundamental composition.

These circuits are not artificially carved but resemble countless tiny Energy Particles containing the fire, water, and wind elements’ characteristics, under a peculiar imprint effect originating from the Awakened’s life essence, arranged, combined, entwined together according to some extremely stable and coherent rule.

These Energy Particles do not remain static but flow slowly, breathe, forming a perfect, self-circulating micro-ecosystem.

"This isn’t manufactured, it’s grown..." Duke murmured, his eyes gleaming with insight, "Like a shell secreting calcium carbonate forming a pearl, or certain crystals growing spontaneously under specific conditions. This Awakened’s Life Mark is the seed, at the moment of his death, the energy cultivated throughout his lifetime and soul fragments, under some unknown rule, grew into this energy crystalized form of manifested armor."

He focused on the junction of different attribute energy regions, where the energy of fire and water doesn’t confront violently nor merely separate, but through an extremely complex intertwined structure mediated by Wind Element achieves balance.

This structure isn’t a rigid boundary but a dynamic membrane allowing energy limited transformation and flow under specific rules.

"The solidification and coexistence of energy..." Duke grasped the essence, "It solidifies the originally intangible, flowing energy into stable material form through a highly ordered internal structure. Furthermore, this structure allows different attributes, even opposing attributes of energy, to achieve a subtle, dynamic balance and symbiosis at the microscopic level."

Due to his rich experience during Spiritual Power crystallization, he quickly understood the operational rules within the nature of demonized armor.
