They settled into the warmth of the blanket, holding each other close as they drifted off to sleep.

The next day, Noah woke up feeling sore and uncomfortable. "That asshole," he muttered. "I'm here," Jake said, entering the room looking fresh and well-rested, unlike Noah. "I was preparing breakfast for us."

"What's the time?" Noah asked, glancing at his watch. He almost jumped out of bed. "I have to go to the office," he said, trying to move but groaning in pain. "What the f*ck."
