This story is a rehash of the Pea Princess but set in ancient times. It tells the tale of an elegant maiden, and a doting, loyal puppy who also happens to be a rugged hunter! He was serious about pampering his wife! Yue Jiaojiao woke up in the body of a beautiful girl who was grievously injured from leaping off a cliff. If she hadn’t been rescued by a hunter who was passing by, perhaps she would have died. Looking at the soft, delicate “little fairy” in front of him, the rugged hunter decided he would play the role of a loyal puppy to the max!

The delicate Jiaojiao was a clean freak, so there would always be hot towels ready all day long. Jiaojiao was being disturbed by her uncle and aunt? Hurry up and sever all ties with them! Jiaojiao’s feet hurt from walking? My arms are capable of lifting her! Jiaojiao said she wanted to marry me? Zhao Zhan was stunned. Was this real? Was this not a dream?

Generally, Yue Jiaojiao would never have offered herself in return for being rescued. Residing within the dense forest in Nore are the beautiful elves of Elune Forest. After the young elves began to be hunted by the humans to become slaves, the Queen of Elune decided that young elves could not leave the forest until after their adult ceremony at fifty years old. When Hai’an’s ceremony finally arrived, he was excited to be able to finally travel away from his home and see everything the world had to offer. However, he got more than he bargained for.

What was supposed to be a simple ceremony turned into Hai’an transmigating to the body of… a plant?!

Stuck as a small sapling called Shaking Grass, Hai’an was bought and given as a birthday gift to a retired Starfleet Marshal named Auguste.

After retiring due to political conflict, Auguste spends his time trying to find more of his missing race, the ancient dragons. I mean it’s a good thing she’s caught the eye of a special organisation and was entrusted with important tasks, but what’s with all aloof rule-breaking gameplay? She’s practically the walking definition of “hated by even the gods”.

What’s even stranger was that Xuan Mo’s only ever interested in warring matters and battling; she’ll only ever pay her ferociously blooming blossom luck as much heed as she minds the passing cloud with the mindset of crossing the bridge when she reaches it (wipes sweat) and can you be less insensitive when handling the various Earthlings’ endless crushing and eye-candying you?!

This all screeches to a halt however when she discovers the existence of someone else from her home-planet, so she’ll be needing a raincheck with the getting a “spouse” part of mortal life on the Blue Planet. Of course, we’re discussing this on the premise that she wanted to return home…
