All the Farmers that were standing behind, didn’t know what had truly happened, but had guessed the male Farmer was successful in killing Aegon.

However, little did they know; Aegon had caught the dagger with his left hand, causing a bruise that reduced his HP.

But that didn’t stop him. Aegon grabbed the dagger, took it away from the Farmer then turned him around with his right hand and knocked the back of the Farmer’s neck into sleep.

Upon seeing this, the rest of the Farmers all felt disappointed at the unfinished job. There were those who felt disappointed, and there those felt relief.

Natsu, who the man had escaped from, was among those who felt relief. Not because Aegon wasn’t killed but because he didn’t want to be the cause of Aegon’s death.

On the other hand, Nyra, Sheila and some others were also on the side of relief, that Aegon wasn’t killed.

Apart from the disappointed ones who were relieved, there was another group. These were those who didn’t care whatever the outcome was to be.

Farmers like Chrome and Sinon were in this category. They were neutral and didn’t care what was going to happen.

However, they both knew in their heart that Aegon wasn’t someone who could be killed easily.

Now, those that were completely disappointed were all in rage and began to say all sorts of things against Aegon.

He didn’t kill the Farmer but only put him to sleep, but still they were calling him names as if he was the bad guy.

Seeing that their words were not affecting him, seven Farmers got really upset and took it into their own hands to finish the job.

The seven Farmers charged towards Aegon at full speed, their various talents already activated for the kill.

Nyra only noticed late and tried to use her chain to pull one back, but it was futile. The chain wasn’t long enough and therefore couldn’t catch anyone.

After they had charged, two of the seven dashed more further but at this point Aegon had already jumped a couple of distance backwards.

The two eventually reached him and with the weapons in their hands imbued with their talent stretched out to kill him.

However, Aegon dodged the first attack by bending down then used his left leg to kick the second Farmer in the stomach sending him flying

Aegon stood back up and punched the first Farmer in the face so hard that four teeth fell to the ground.

Seeing the way he treated them both, the two Farmers were vexed and charged simultaneously towards Aegon from each side.

Aegon didn’t flinch nor did he sweat; he simply stretched out both hands sideways and dragged their faces, making them unable to move.

Nyra and Chrome had seen him do this before; stretching his hand towards monsters, what came after was his ability.

"Don’t tell me he is..."

Before Chrome could finish his words, Aegon squeezed the faces of both Farmers so tight to the point that they dropped their weapons and dragged Aegon’s hand trying to remove it from their face.

Seeing this move, Aegon quickly removed his hands and under less than a second punched the face of both Farmers, sending them flying.

"H... He’s so strong."

"He overpowered both Farmers without making use of his talent. And with a single strike he sent them away."

Most of the Farmers couldn’t believe what they had just seen and began to contemplate amongst themselves.

"Is he truly a S-rank Farmer?"

The murmuring of the Farmers talk entered the ears of the five Farmers who stood some distance away from Aegon.

There were fill with rage and bloodlust as they couldn’t take it anymore. In their hearts they had already decided to kill Aegon.

"I’m going to kill you boy." a man in his early forties proclaimed.

He was at the center of the five Farmers since he was their boss.

Their eyes were fiercely, beaming with negative intent. Aegon could see it and knew they were indeed serious.

He thought that this was the time to use the return stone to avoid any bloodshed, however just then the system rang and displayed a notice before him.

[Ding! Bloodlust Detected towards Host!]

[New Quest Available!]

[Kill the enemies who try to kill you, to survive. Failure, would result in immediate punishment.]

[Enemies Killed: 0/5]

Aegon was taken aback when he saw the notice before him, he didn’t believe that the system would make him kill them as a quest.

Aegon was ready but before he knew it, a Farmer had reached him and gave a blow sending him flying.

Aegon rolled on the ground for a few distance before he stopped. He rose slowly when his eyes met with the system.

It displayed the quests and wasn’t going to leave if he didn’t complete it.

The Farmer who had hit Aegon felt a thrill in his heart as though he was actually going to kill Aegon.

"What? Didn’t he die from that?" 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝒆𝒘𝙚𝓫𝙣𝙤𝒗𝙚𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢

At this moment, Aegon fully got up to his feet and it instantly shocked everyone.

"Hey, come one boy, are your skills already lacking, see, he stands up already." The man in his forties spoke.

"My skills are not lacking, boss , I just didn’t want to end the fun quickly."

The Farmer who had hit Aegon walked towards Aegon with confidence, his both hands wrapped in a boxing glove.

The system began a count down of ten seconds for Aegon to start the quest, and if the time elapsed without him starting the quest he was going to face a penalty, and his HP would reduce.

Seeing this, Aegon mumbled.

"Ah ah... see what you have done now. Even the system is want me to really kill you."

It was the first time he had spoken since this madness started and his voice sounded hoarse.

At this point, he had a dagger in his hand, the one he collected from the first Farmer that charged towards him.

He held the dagger as though he was going to use it.

The Framer that was approaching Aegon saw the dagger and said.

"What is that cheap weapon in your hand? It isn’t even worth the name of a weapon with how best up it is..."

Aegon heard this and took one step forward. The Farmer was still talking, when Aegon took the next step and suddenly vanished before his sight.

In a single breath time, Aegon appeared behind the Farmer and shocked everyone who saw, then he said some words of truth:

"No matter which world, as long as one lives in this world they will be intertwined in karma."

*How can anyone be innocent? Humans hunt lions, and lions hunt deers, it is a circle."

"In this world anyone can live, anyone can die, but nobody is innocent." [1]

After he had spoken, a straight line appeared on the Farmer’s neck followed by a stream of blood that flowed out unknowingly.

The Farmer immediately held his neck, trying to stop the bleeding but couldn’t, then he fell on his knees and his body dropped to the ground, he had died.

[Ding! Host has killed a human, quest started!]
