The Royal Academy of Magic is a fortress. A huge outer wall surrounds it, so the academy’s inside is safe as long as the outer wall does not collapse. Green Dragon is a response system that protects this outer wall. The Green Dragon system was the most well-rehearsed of all defensive responses.
