Almighty Father System-Chapter 424: Mother’s Worry.

Leo could not say anything because he feared that Snow might harden the punishment, also, he had another plan in his mind on how to save his little darling from this situation. Snow led Lily inside the bedroom and gave her a stern dress down. She didn’t scold her but told her the effects of rushing into such things where her input could create a situation that could affect many lives in an adverse situation.

The young man didn’t think much about this because it was not under his control to handle the situation. He stood up and went to check on the twins, and the two were still sleeping, he prepared their diapers and other things needed for the time they wake up soon. Then he used an earphone that came integrated with the communicator and put one in his ear, before he called Markus.

The call was answered by the voicemail, Leo nodded, and then called Alpha directly. The robot answered instantly, "Greetings Master Cardinal."

Leo replied back with a greeting and asked, "So, how is it going? Any back check from the enemy?"

Alpha replied, "No, sir. They have been trying to find out who pulled this off but they have been looking in all the wrong places. Many of the mercenary squads took a hit from the forces of the Morning Star Tower, but we have managed to conceal our assets very deeply. They are safe, and I am monitoring the situation tightly at any suspicion that the Morning Star Tower can reach our men, I inform them to mind their actions."

Leo nodded and asked, "So have you found out what is going on in the Zion nation? Has it been confirmed who is the real mastermind?"

The robot replied, "Yes, sir. It was the predecessor of the current Zion President. The lineage goes back to twenty generations, they have been at this thing for around five centuries. This is just the oldest entry in the archives, but there are mentions that they have worked under the reign of the aliens who created them since the first time mankind came into existence. These were high level clones equipped with the ability to reproduce, a mix between the human genetics and Reptilian genes. Thus, the first of these clones, being a direct progenitor of the Zion lineage was given the responsibility to lead the Morning Star Tower. This organization had many names in the past but all were changed because of constant resistance put up by the people, and in the end, six centuries ago, after a huge dispute and blood bath, they decided to regroup and rethink their strategy to move deeper into the core of the society and shape it in the way we know it today."

Leo was surprised by all this and the more Alpha spoke the more his bewilderment became, finally, he asked, "The Zion President, does he have an heir apparent?"

Alpha replied, "Yes, there is one, this man is called Talab, he is handling the internal issue of the cult at the moment, and we have a lot of intel about him. He has committed many actions of cannibalism to prove that he is the chosen one."

Leo hummed and then said, "Locate this man for me, I want to take some action against him. Also, get me a covert route to move."

Alpha replied, "Very well, Sire, I will prepare for it and then contact you."

Leo nodded and said, "Fine, I will wait for it."

That said, he disconnected the call and calmly waited for things to unfold. At this moment, Snow came out of the room with a rather amused expression on her face. Leo walked over and pulled her in his arms as he asked, "What happened?"

Snow shook her head and replied, "Your daughter, she really has many tricks up her sleeve. She told me that it was because she needed to stay low-profile so she had to make the Princess into a figure head. This way when she does something amazing, the Princess will try to compete with her and given that she is of the royal family her status will help her stay ahead and Lily will not have to bother about the rest of the people in the media."

Leo was at a lose, and after some moments, he said, "What she is thinking is right. This way, the Princess will gain some foothold in the political lobby and then she would grab headlines with every appearance. Once that happens the Princess will renounce her right to inherit for the throne, unless something unfortunate happens to her brother. Everything would be fine."

Snow shook her head and replied, "I know what you mean, but how far in the future is she looking at? She is just a child, I don’t want her to be worried about the future when she has not even enjoyed the present to the fullest. Also, what would happen by staying low-key? Would she be forcefully hiding her skills?"

Leo smiled, he knew that Snow wanted Lily to do her best in everything that she tried, but things didn’t always work the way we want them to, right? He said, "You can only show her the path to walk ahead, the rest would depend on her own. Also, we have enough to support her decisions. Don’t worry, it would be fine."

Snow nodded and said, "I know, but I just cannot help but worry about the things that she does na."

Leo hummed and Snow asked, "Did you manage to contact Alpha and Markus?"

The young man nodded before he asked, "Do you want to know how twisted the whole Morning Star Tower thing is?"

The lady nodded and they both went to the side and Snow snuggled in Leo’s arms, as he began the story, "So, the leaders of the Morning Star Tower, are called the High Prophet. They all come from one lineage, and that is the lineage of the current Zion President, Amore. Alpha has found from their archive data that the people of this lineage had started working on this project to control the world five centuries ago."

He began to narrate the highlights of his conversation with Alpha and Snow opened her eyes wide as she asked, "How come nobody in the world caught a scent of it? This is just unbelievable, also why are the descendants of these people still following them in this cruelty?"

Leo sighed and replied, "Genetic coding, this is their primal instinct and a code that is embedded into their genes. With the constant religious training and preachings, that code is ignited and then these people are pushed down the path of the devil."

Snow gulped and asked, "What do you intend to do now?"

Leo took a deep breath and replied, "What would I do? It is simple, I am going to clean them up, all of them, wherever they are."

Snow grabbed his shoulder and said, "Are you kidding me? This is not how things work. You have just recovered from the relapse, how would you even handle this."

Leo replied with a smile and said, "I have developed a genetic potion that would help us. It will be going under testing soon, don’t worry, and also, I am stronger now."

That said, he picked up a metal paper weight on the side table and exerted strength to twist it out of shape. Snow opened her mouth only to cover it with her hands. Then the young man asked softly, "Shall I show you more tricks?"

Snow had yet to react when the twins woke up and Elena said, "I want to see tricks too."

Julian chimed while holding his toes, "Wait, Baba, what are tricks?"

Snow smiled at the babbling sounds and said, "Go, show it to them."
