"Looks like you have been busy." Clovis looked at the corpse with a calm expression.

"I am merely doing what a member of the Libation Fiesta is supposed to do." Angelia shrugged. "However, there is something that I haven’t told you earlier."

"And what is that?"

Angelia raised one finger. "I may have joined you, but I am not a traitor. That’s why for this event, I will do one last thing for my country."

Clovis nodded without hesitation. "Sure."

"You’re not going to tell me that I have to join you in this hunt? This way, I’ll be forced into a position where I have been branded as a traitor and have no choice but to leave with you?" Angelia squinted her eyes.

If Clovis did this, Angelia could somehow accept it. It was simply a precaution on his part. After all, Angelia had seen Clovis’s secret. If she weren’t taken care of, she would become an annoying opponent.

Clovis chuckled. "Do you think I haven’t considered that? However, I will not change my conduct just because of you. If you still wish, then so be it. But know that I will be putting you on my enemy list.

"Other than that, you are free to do whatever you want. My condition is the same. Join us in the Libation Fiesta as well as join Absalom, and never tell my secret, not even to your closest person. I won’t interfere with anything else."

Angelia chuckled. It was an extremely lax condition, but it was actually convenient for her.

It looked like she was satisfied with his answer, as Angelia replied, "I plan to help them this time for two reasons. First, it’s just a repayment. Although I don’t have many good memories with them, they have helped me to reach this position.

"Second, by helping them this time, they won’t suspect me if I take a vacation. And through that method, I will be able to reach Absalom without anyone knowing.

"Just give me one month to settle everything here. Well, it’ll be even better if you can prepare an immigration document for me."

"Sure." Clovis nodded. Even though he remained calm all this time, he was extremely cautious. He couldn’t underestimate this Angelia.

If she could kill Jun easily like this, Clovis might actually not be her match. Nevertheless, he was quite curious what kind of monster Angelia would become after joining the Libation Fiesta.

If she were provided with the equipment and even entered the gallery, she might have the power to fight against Raven or even surpass him.

Angelia might be the last key that he needed if he wanted to defeat Mara and make her join the Libation Fiesta.

Then again, if he had to pick either Mara or Angelia, he would absolutely pick Mara. He trusted her more than Angelia.

But it didn’t mean he completely distrusted her. He was just slightly suspicious.

After all, this fight was between him and the Prophet. And for some reason, Angelia appeared to become his helper and even join him.

There was no proof that she had a cooperation with the Prophet, but there was no proof that she didn’t have one either.

Angelia nodded. "In that case, I will meet you again next week when this battle is over. After that, it will be after I reach Absalom."

"Yeah." Clovis extended his hand.

Angelia smiled and shook his hand. There were a lot of things she hadn’t seen yet, but it was clear that Clovis was much more mysterious than she originally thought. That was the biggest factor in why she chose to join him.

Clovis managed to get this far without revealing this trump card, so she was curious how much Clovis would go after revealing all his trump cards.

Angelia waved her hand and leaped away.

"Are you sure about this?" Melody asked, listening to their conversation.

"Yeah." While rushing back to the battlefield, Clovis muttered, "Her talent is something that I want. Right now, Hana might be able to handle the negotiation, but if we want to reap the most benefit, we will need Hana’s expertise as well as her ability."

"Well, I don’t really care who ends up entering our group, but don’t you think this group is filled with too many girls?" Melody asked. "I thought you were going to bring a guy in." 𝕗𝐫𝚎𝗲𝘄𝐞𝕓𝐧𝕠𝘃𝕖𝐥.𝐜𝚘𝚖

"Now that you think about it..." Clovis had never thought about it. But when he took another look at this group, there were only four men in the group. They were Clovis, Jay, Ragna, and Erwin. If he counted Angelia and Mara, that meant there would be four men and eight women in the group.

"Why is this?" Clovis asked innocently.

Melody chuckled. It turned out Clovis had never really realized it.

Then again, it couldn’t be helped. "Remember Jay’s case? I may be able to manage this group, or Kanaria might be able to manage our city, or other people may have their own specialties. However, the core of this group is you.

"Besides, don’t you think your own lifestyle gives others enough reason to make our group like this?" Melody chuckled. "I, Kanaria, and Aileen might be a special case, but the others, not so much."

Clovis sighed. "Well, what’s done is done."

"True. So, just come back here. It looks like they’re wrapping it up as well."

"Got it. What’s the situation over there?"

"There are a few casualties on our side, but the damage is not as big as I predicted, thanks to General Sanders’ reinforcement.

"Still, thanks to us finishing all this serious matter on the first day, we might end up snatching the first rank."

Clovis chuckled. "Well, let’s not get ahead of ourselves, shall we?"

"RAID will be leaving right away, but we are checking whether there will be repercussions about this action or not. As expected, we might have to clash with this country in one way or another, but General Sanders plans to inform the higher-ups about it and let the government handle the situation."

"Got it. Thanks, I will be there in thirty seconds."
