Antihero In the Hero Academy: I Can Connect the Past Heroes-Chapter 127: Room
Chapter 127: Room
This had happened in the seventh month of Atlas’ training when he had formed his fifth magic circle.
Now, Atlas had taken a good shower and really managed to wash off the dirt that was constantly accumulating on his body, put on the best clothes he could find and left his room after consuming a little food. freewebnσvel.cѳm
Standing in front of his room were members of the student committee. It looked like they were here to protect Atlas’ room.
"Young master!" one of the committee members said. He had a surprised but smiling expression on his face.
When Atlas saw the committee member, he did nothing more than say "Good afternoon" and then started walking towards the academy cafeteria.
All the committee members waiting in front of his room started to follow him, and after a short time, Atlas finally arrived at the cafeteria.
As usual, he took the tray of food given to him and went to his table, and after a few snacks in his room and the herb balls he had eaten over the last year, he finally had a good meal.
After filling his stomach, he stood up, washed his tray thoroughly and left the cafeteria. He started walking directly towards Cordelia’s room.
With each step he took, he could easily see the eyes looking at him shining and filled with respect.
"Lady Cordelia is not at the academy at the moment, young master. However, we know the other Sages are in the room," one of the committee members muttered.
Atlas stopped when he heard those words and then asked, "Where is Professor Cordelia again?"
"In the Kingdom of Akairon. Well, she was, now she might be returning." the committee member replied.
Atlas immediately shook his head from side to side and then said, "No matter what I do, she keeps doing this. I may love her, but Lady Cordelia is seriously crazy." he muttered and started walking again.
Reaching Cordelia’s office after a short time, Atlas told the committee members to wait outside and then entered the room.
When he entered the room, he saw six Sages having fun and smiled and said, "Good afternoon."
Cassandra almost teleported out of her seat as soon as she saw Atlas and then gave Atlas a big hug and said, "Welcome."
Atlas smiled and then returned Cassandra’s hug.
With that, he sat down in an armchair and then said, "As you can see, I am now a Fifth-Grade mage. This means that my side of the bargain is complete."
After his words, the trio of Cassandra, Bellatrix and Juliet looked at each other and then said, "Are you sure you want to do this? You know we can come with you, right?" Cassandra said.
Atlas smiled deeply after these words and said, "My lady, you have already helped me so much. I know more or less where Lady Cassandra is now, it doesn’t take a genius to realise what she’s up to. I’m just going to find someone, I’m not planning to cause a massacre...well, I suppose not."
Yet even as he said these words, he could see the grim and worried expressions on the faces of the three ancient women.
On the other hand, the trio of Talon, Constantine, and Cain looked far too relaxed. There was a look of joy and pride on their faces.
"Come on Cass...Atlas isn’t going to die!" Talon suddenly muttered.
Cassandra frowned angrily when she heard those words and turned to Talon and said, "Open your mouth for good, dog!"
Constantine laughed deeply and said, "Little Atlas has grown a lot lately. It’s not everyone’s job to create two magic rings in a year and a half. Besides, we can’t babysit him all the time. We have the power to do that, but it will only make him weaker."
Everyone in the room knew Constantine was right.
Atlas kept his mouth shut, listening to the Sages bicker at each other.
"I don’t expect a narrow-minded person like you to understand love, Constantine," Juliet instantly complained.
Cain said without missing a beat, "Oh? And we’re going to learn about love from you, Jul?"
However, Juliet instantly stood up, then pointed at Cain with a knife in her hand and said, "You looking for a fight, come out."
Atlas realised that things were getting heated and wanted to intervene, but was relieved when he saw the smile on Cassandra’s face.
"Remember that you are sisters and brothers. It would be much better to take your fights to Lady Cordelia," Bellatrix suddenly said.
At the ancient woman’s words, Juliet sat back down and raised the knife in her hand. At that moment, a flower appeared in the ancient woman’s hand and the flower flew towards Cain and turned into a note in front of him.
The note said nothing more than "I apologise."
Atlas was really watching what was happening with great pleasure. Juliet, the youngest of the Sages and older than ten thousand years, was still acting like the little child of the house and apologising to her ’big brother’.
It was a very sweet sight.
After almost two hours of long conversations, Cordelia finally returned to the academy.
Having caught Atlas in his room, laughing with the other Sages, Cordelia seemed to feel an involuntary sense of peace.
When the ancient woman sat down in an armchair and exhaled deeply, Atlas poured her a cup of tea and smiled, "Welcome, Professor."
Cordelia patted him on the head and replied, "Welcome back to you too."
After taking a sip of her tea, Cordelia finally managed to relax and really let herself sink into the big armchair.
"So? How did it go?" Cassandra suddenly asked.
Cordelia smiled and said, "I’m a Sage. I’m the most powerful. How do you think it was?" she questioned.
At the ancient woman’s answer, Atlas and the others could hardly contain their laughter.
After a short while, Atlas looked at Cordelia, who had finally come to him, and asked, "Are you going to tell me exactly why you left, my lady?"
There seemed to be a few things to listen to.
