Atticus's Odyssey: Reincarnated Into A Playground-Chapter 1132 Resolve
Chapter 1132 Resolve
The Gardener's Will had engulfed most parts of Eldoralth.
It was as though a part of himself was physically present in those regions.
Because of this, he could subtly feel anything and everything within the areas under his domain.
All he needed was a quick search, and he would be able to locate anything, so long as it was within the scope of his Will.
Atticus had been within that scope.
The Gardener had felt it clearly.
He had shifted his fight with Whisker to where he sensed Atticus, all with the intent of preventing his escape.
However, just as he was about to narrow down on him… Atticus vanished.
The Gardener's mind had never worked faster than it did at that moment.
His eyes widened to their extremes.
'Where did he go!?'
The words thundered in his head.
His senses flared to their peak as he immediately spread his perception, scouring for any trace fo him.
His Will still engulfed most of Eldoralth, no matter where Atticus had run to, he should have been able to find him.
That had been the belief.
And logically, it should have been true.
But in the next instant, that belief came crashing down on him. No matter how hard he searched, the Gardener couldn't locate him.
It was as though Atticus had simply… ceased to exist.
The sound of air tearing violently reached his ears.
His gaze darkened, locking onto Whisker's fist hurtling toward him.
'I don't have time for this!'
The Gardener's mind roared.
If Atticus had escaped Eldoralth carrying Elderish's eight cores, he had to go after him immediately.
His Will erupted as he met Whisker's punch head on.
BOOM!
An explosion of blue and green glow ripped through the skies, an overwhelming shockwave parting the air itself.
A pained expression crossed Whisker's face as he was sent hurtling backward, pain wracking his entire being.
The clash had rattled his Will violently.
'I can't clash head on anymore…'
Whisker's eyes flashed cold as he concluded grimly.
His Will was at its final limits.
If he clashed directly again, it would break, and he would be finished.
Suddenly, the Gardener's voice boomed across the skies:
"It's about time I end this nonsense!"
His Will erupted violently around him, spiraling before coalescing and wrapping itself tightly around his arm.
Its thickness and potency made Whisker's eyes narrow into slits.
He didn't need to be a genius to understand.
If he clashed with that, it would be his end.
'Will I lose here… after everything?'
Whisker clenched his fists tightly.
His thoughts drifted, to his star actor, to Atticus, and he couldn't help but smile bitterly.
He felt a faint shame.
He had always spoken so confidently, so nonchalantly, making himself seem invincible, like an overpowered being that others could rely on.
And yet, here he was, unable to even defeat one of his own siblings.
Whisker let out a slight laugh at himself.
He couldn't even defeat Solren… and he wanted to kill their father?
That monster of a being?
It was laughable.
'There's no other choice.'
Right now, in all of Eldoralth, he was the only one who could fight Solren.
Atticus couldn't, not directly.
Which meant if he dropped here, they were all doomed.
'I have to make sure he has a chance.'
Whisker doubted now whether he could ever reach the heights needed to defeat their father.
But his revenge was too important to abandon.
And so, he decided.
He would clear the path for someone who could achieve it for him.
For Atticus.
'If I sacrifice myself… I should be able to injure his Will.'
'I hope it will be enough for you, my star actor.'
A small smile appeared on Whisker's face as his resolve hardened.
He clenched his fists tighter.
Then, his Will surged violently, higher and fiercer than before.
Whisker gritted his teeth in the next instant.
The surge was too much for him to properly control.
His Will trembled, wrapping and distorting the very air around him.
But Whisker didn't care. He only needed one attack.
In response to Whisker's sudden surge, the Gardener only scoffed.
"Pathetic," he sneered.
"This will end now."
The Gardener's Will concentrated further, pulsing violently around his arm.
And just as he prepared to strike…
He froze.
To the Gardener, what he felt was difficult to explain.
And what he saw… was even harder.
He had fought beings whose speed could make it seem like they teleported, one moment they were far away, the next, they were upon him.
But this moment felt different.
Radically different.
The Gardener's Will had engulfed most parts of Eldoralth.
And yet…
He hadn't seen Atticus move.
He hadn't felt him move. This wasn't speed. The Gardener was almost certain of that.
It was something else.
Something he was struggling to comprehend.
Slowly, the Gardener's gaze shifted to his side, and his pupils trembled as they landed on the figure that had suddenly appeared beside him.

Atticus Ravenstein.
His entire form burned like a living blaze of white and purple fire, his yellow and white eyes searing even fiercer than before.
But that wasn't what seized the Gardener's full attention.
An overwhelming tide of crimson Will rippled out from Atticus' form, spiraling violently and condensing along his katana blade. It took the shape of a massive drill, thrusting straight toward the side of the Gardener's head.
This was what the Gardener couldn't understand.
With his absurd level of perception, one where even the twitch of a molecule couldn't escape his notice, he hadn't felt Atticus's presence until he was already at this distance.
At that moment, only one thought shook his mind:
'How?'
The attack landed.
A aggressive clash erupted as Atticus' thrust, engulfed in spiraling crimson Will, collided with the dense green Will shielding the Gardener's head.
Sparks of crimson and green ignited between them, crackling across the battlefield like lightning.
For an instant, it seemed as if Atticus' thrust had struck an impenetrable wall.
A deep quake shot through his entire body, shaking his Will violently.
