Chapter 61: The Making Of Quad Elemental Sage.

Sephiran and Arach stepped into the newly finished master bedroom, their eyes widening in amazement. The black diamond walls shimmered softly under the glow of the bioluminescent moss Maddy had planted across the chamber.

Sephiran’s eyes sparkled as he looked around the vast room. Then his gaze dropped to the thick, soft bed in the center.

"Mother... this room is bigger than the whole cave used to be. And a new bed too?! Can... can I sleep here with you tonight?"

Maddy smiled, pulling him close.

"Of course you can, sweetie. This room is for us."

Sephiran jumped in excitement, throwing his arms in the air.

"Yay! I get to sleep with Mother!"

Beside them, Arach lowered his head slightly, his massive frame looking oddly smaller despite his size.

"How about me, Mother? Where will I sleep? I could create a bed inside your room as well. That way, if danger ever comes, I can respond immediately and protect you faster."

Maddy reached up and gently touched his shoulder.

"I know you want to sleep here too," she said softly. "But you’re a big boy now. You need your own room. And when Sephiran grows bigger like you, he’ll have his own room as well. Every child needs their own space."

Arach still didn’t look convinced. His four eyes drifted toward the hallway.

"Every child needs a space... then why is there another room?" he asked slowly. "And that one looks... brighter. More colorful."

Maddy puffed out her chest, unable to hide the pride in her voice.

"That room is for your new sibling."

The silence that followed was heavy. Arach’s extra arms twitched. Sephiran’s jaw dropped. Both of them spoke at the same time.

"A sibling?"

Maddy smiled, clearly pleased with herself.

"Yes. And it’s a girl! You two are going to have a sister. Her name is Dyralfa."

The reaction was instantaneous. It was exactly like a gender reveal video where the sons realize they’re losing their ’boys-only’ club. Sephiran’s face paled, and Arach’s brow furrowed in a way that looked suspiciously like terror.

Sephiran lowered his voice, almost whispering.

"A... a girl? But I only want one girl and that is... you. Mother, you are enough!"

Arach looked even more troubled. His four eyes narrowed slightly.

"A female sibling... Dyralfa. Her instincts will be... unpredictable. Mother, are you certain about this?"

Maddy burst out laughing at their horrified expressions.

"Oh, stop it! You’ll love her. But if you’re so worried about one sister..."

She turned toward a solid, unexplored section of the wall. With a sudden, explosive surge of Demonic Ogre: Enhanced Strength and Stamina, she punched the stone. The wall shattered inward, revealing a hidden, massive chamber.

"Then you’re really not going to like the fact that I’m starting on your second brother right now!"

She looked back at the interface, the [Air Element] soul she had eaten earlier glowing brightly on the screen. Maddy grinned, her eyes flashing with a mad, creative spark

"This one, is going to be the brain of this operation."

Maddy stepped back into the birthing chamber, her two sons trailing behind her like ducklings. Sephiran and Arach immediately gravitated toward the glowing sac of their unborn sister, Dyralfa. Sephiran poked the translucent membrane while Arach curiously traced the pulsating veins with his massive fingers.

"Ow! Stop that!"

Maddy yelped, clutching her side as a sharp, ticklish sensation shot through her.

"When you poke her, I feel it! Behave, you two, or no meal for a week!"

The boys scrambled back instantly, sitting cross-legged on the floor with wide, guilty eyes. They chimed in unison.

"Sorry, Mother..."

Maddy let out a long breath, turning her focus back to the holographic customization panel.

"Arach is my sword, built for the vanguard. Dyralfa is my shield, built to endure."

Maddy eyes scanning the [Base Form] list.

"But a home built only on muscle is just a pile of strength. What we need... is a mind. We need a mage."

She selected [Demonic Ogre], the same base as the arrogant green ogre mage who once tried to incinerate her. But now, there was no resentment in her chest. With her abilities, every enemy had become nothing more than raw material, an opportunity waiting to be refined.

"I still remember how you tried to fry me. But I’m only borrowing your body... and your mind. Convenient, isn’t it? You and your ogre will start a new life because I’ll be rebirthing you as my child."

She turned to Arach, who carried the base form of the Ogre Chief she had taken.

"He may have come from that same base... but look at him now. A gentle giant."

She goes back to the customization.

"For his physique, we go amphibious."

She decided, tapping the icons for the [Torrent Toad], [Tremor Toad], and [Field Frog] mixing it with his base form.

"Toads and frogs are masters of their environment. They don’t just fight; they control the battlefield with pressure, tremors, and range."

The green ogre’s figure shifted as Maddy adjusted the design. His posture became slightly slouched, the structure of his body echoing the anatomy of the frogs she had absorbed. His back curved a little, his limbs loose and flexible, built less like a brute and more like a creature meant to adapt to any terrain.

Amphibian Traits: [Hydraulic Water Bladder], [Slick Amphibian Skin], [Earth Density Manipulation], [Seismic Pulse], [Terrain Control], [Elastic Tongue], [Amphibious Physiology], [Adaptive Camouflage].

"This child will be a living tactical engine. He will manipulate the density of the ground itself—trapping enemies, reshaping the battlefield, and moving through land or water with perfect efficiency. He can even blend into his surroundings, making him a perfect covert caster."

Her finger slid to the elemental section.

The Elements: [Fire Element (Advanced)], [Adaptive Breath], [Lingering Breath Effect], [Water Element (Basic)], [Earth Element (Basic)], [Air Element (Basic)].

"Instead of the normal Flame Frog traits because I already applied them to myself to replace it... I’ll give him the Dire Drake’s Advanced Fire and stack it with Water, Earth, and Air."

She smiled, imagining the child’s potential.

"That makes him a Quad-Elemental Sage. He won’t just cast spells... he’ll bend the atmosphere itself to his will."
