Courting Death System-Chapter 41: Laws and Rules

Lucius couldn’t comprehend just how strong someone at that level was. He couldn’t even comprehend how strong the first of the Cult was and he was someone who could pluck a planet from three galaxies away like it was a marble. Now, this Dragon King Gonzo could destroy hundreds of universes when unearthing his true power!

’Holy Shit! A Multiversal Entity! I’m not even planetary level yet... but so what?! I believe that with the right conditions(deaths), I can improve my strength by leaps and bounds, catch up to him and get my revenge!’ said Lucius inwardly.

"It seems you’re not deterred by his strength, that’s a good attitude and mindse..."

Boom!

Sugitrox and Lucius were shocked by what had just happened.

"What just happened to me?" asked Lucius.

"Congratulations, you’ve just advanced to the Authority Law or Authority for short. In other words, you’re now a Poison Master because of the Law you cultivate." explained Sugitrox.

"I don’t get what you’re saying at all, can you explain how this Law System works."

"Sure, as you already know, the Walelur World is different from other Peak Worlds since we gain power by comprehending, creating and strengthening of Law or Laws but that’s not all the Walelur World has to offer."

Sugitrox began to explain to Lucius how this World works. Walelur Omniversal World is a Peak World of Laws and Rules which is the source of power. This is why the Walelur World is in an hourglass shape. The upper and golden glow part is the part of Law Users and the lower and dark part is the Rule Users part.

All Worlds, be it Small, Medium or Peak, have Laws as their foundation. Laws could also be described as the building blocks of existence. Laws also represent the ORDER OF EXISTENCE.

Laws also have their own ranking system and it goes; Concept, Principle, Authority, Command, Decree, True Law, Greater Law, Grand Law and Supreme Law with the Concept Law being the lowest and Supreme Law being the highest.

Here, one’s strength isn’t determined by his Realm but by the level of Law one uses. That’s why Rainbow was only Lvl 5 even though he had such a powerful Concept. And a Mana User and a Law User of the same level are different in strength, a Law User would win in most cases. Because existence is based on Laws, Law Users tend to be more powerful than Rule Users. 𝚏𝕣𝐞𝗲𝐰𝕖𝐛𝐧𝕠𝕧𝚎𝚕.𝐜𝚘𝗺

A Rule User is someone who grows stronger by comprehending, creating and strengthening of a Rule or Rules.

Rules are the Destructive means used by Existence in order to balance things out thus Rules also represent the CHAOS OF EXISTENCE.

The ranking system of Rules is similar to that of Laws; Concept, Principle, Authority, Command, Decree, True Rule, Greater Rule, Grand Rule and Supreme Rule.

Law Users tend to be more powerful than Rule Users because existence tends more towards Laws and Creation so as a Rule User, you’d be at a disadvantage. The Rule Users make up for this disadvantage by being able to Deny or find a Loophole in the power of a Law if their Rule is strong enough.

For example, if a Death Law User fights against a Death Rule User with a strong Rule. The Rule User can set conditions as to how someone should or shouldn’t die. So, if the condition of death is to win, the Law User has to lose in order to win, making it unavoidable for the Rule User.

Same as in planet Earth, if Rights represent Laws then Rules and Regulations/Conditions represent Rules. So if I have a right to education, this represents a Law and the school rules and regulations represent a Rule. I might end up not going to school because I didn’t meet certain criterias like maybe, not having a birth certificate, no money, whatever the case may be. This is the same as the Rule denying the Authority of a Law.

Also, a Small World is a world that carries a Universe, a Medium World is a world that carries a Multiverse and a Peak World is a world that carries an Omniverse so Omniversal Worlds are Peak Worlds, anything below that is Debris in Space.

"I somehow get what you’re saying but only a little bit. So, what Law Rank does Gonzo have?"

"Grand Law Rank."

"I see. So why did l suddenly advance?"

"I don’t know yet but I think I have a clue. Let’s go check on your zombies."

Back in prison, the place was filled with zombies, a strong stench of rotting corpse permeated the air. As soon as the two appeared, the zombies attacked Sugitrox and completely ignored Lucius, only the five zombies that Lucius chatted didn’t attack.

"How amusing." said Sugitrox as he simply waved his hand and all the zombies shrank to the size of ants and fit in the palm of his hand. Hundreds of thousands of zombies were taken care of with just the wave of a hand.

Sugitrox then walked to the five original zombies and scanned each of them with his finger.

"Wow, what quick evolution speed. These zombies are no longer ordinary and idiotic zombies, they have now mutated and rely on their instincts to survive. That’s why they didn’t attack me, their instincts were telling them not to. As for why the zombies didn’t attack you, it might be because you’re their creator."

"I see. Let’s call the idiot zombies Normal Zombies and these ones Mutant Zombies. I’ll think of other names when they grow stronger but how long will that take."

"Don’t worry, I have just the tool to help these zombies quickly grow stronger but it might take a few years. Come."

Lucius was now used to appearing in

different place after Sugitrox waved his hand. Now, they appeared in front of a massive door, so massive that the duo looked like ants in front of it.

[Open!]

The door opened slightly and the two entered then it closed behind them. Inside the room were treasures inside transparent barriers.

Snap!

Sugitrox snapped his fingers and the two appeared on a specific spot inside the room.

"This is my Treasure Vault and this right here is what we’re going to use to strengthen your zombies." said Sugitrox while the two looked at the treasure in front of them. It was a colourful sphere the size of a basketball.

"What is it?"

"A Small World with myriad races living inside. My father gifted it to me on my tenth birthday."

"How old are you now?"

"Too old to remembered. Anyway, let’s put the zombies here and let them survive on their own. I’m gonna separate them into small groups with a Mutant Zombie as a leader and I’m gonna randomly place them in planets." said Sugitrox as he slightly touched the transparent barrier and it disappeared, the Small World then expanded and engulfed the two.

Inside the Small World, countless galaxies floated around Lucius and Sugitrox and they were the size of chicken eggs. Lucius grabbed a galaxy and played with it.

"Is this what it feels like to be truly strong? It’s like I’m a God."
