Face-Slapping System-Chapter 248: Nearing Settlement Time

Fernan talks about their plan.

They left the store and Roland and Stacey returned home with the guards after they closed the store.

There were a lot of matters that Roland needed to attend to. However, he knew that haste makes waste so he was taking his time as well.

Not to mention that, Roland was kind of worried regarding his upcoming settlement reward. He knew for sure that he only face-slapped a handful of people recently. Compared to his previous 'performance' he was somewhat lacking these past few days.

Well, part of the reason was mainly because he had to deal with a lot of problems recently, and there were few opportunities for face-slapping.

Nevertheless, Roland would not settle for less and knew that he could still make up for it tomorrow.

He must ensure that he would not waste any settlement time and must ensure that he must perform on each one to better make his rewards even richer.

Roland already had a preliminary plan on what he was going to do. He was going to skip school tomorrow for it as well.

Stacey snuggled on his chest as the two of them drifted to sleep.

Morning came in the blink of an eye.

Nothing in particular happened during their morning jog, to Roland's disappointment.

Due to the previous incident, all the personnel in the district have already been briefed and were made to review the villa's owner in the vicinity to avoid such circumstances from happening again in the future.

A peaceful morning jog was still a desirable outcome for Roland, so there's that.

Returning to the villa, Roland changed his attire and accompanied Butler Frank to the area where the helipad was being built. True to the outcome they desired, it was already almost finished and should be ready for the helicopter's eventual arrival tomorrow.

Roland has already seen the image of the helicopter online. To say that he was impressed by it was an understatement. He could not wait to see it in person tomorrow.

With a plan in mind, Roland did not linger in the villa any longer. Taking the Budi R8, he dropped Stacey in the Sparkling Buds and then Janine at the school.

With his order, One and the others separated into many teams and guarded Stacey and the others twenty-four seven. He also instructed One and the others to contact him immediately in case something goes awry. 𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒆𝙬𝒆𝒃𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝙡.𝒄𝓸𝒎

Tonight would be the night for the settlement. With his performance so far, Roland did not want to miss out on a good reward just because of low face-slapping count.

Roland's plan was pretty simple.

Dressed simply with an ordinary shirt and pants, he planned to roam around the mall and attract potential condescending people to look down on him and face-slap them in return for it.

Although this was pretty deliberate, Roland doesn't have any choice but to go with this plan to earn face-slapping points and increase his face-slapping count.

He parked his Budi R8 in the open parking lot at the back of the mall and then went inside to initiate his hunt.

Roland's targets were pretty simple.

It was those employees of luxury brands that kept on looking down on customers.

Roland already has a brand in mind.

He entered the mall and realized that since it was still early, there were only a few people roaming around. He was not in a hurry so Roland decided to roam around the mall first and then gradually move up to the upper floors and go to the luxury brand stalls.

At this moment, the mall was still pretty deserted. Most of the people roaming around were just mall employees. Roland even saw the girl who looked down on him before. The girl who earned him his first face-slapping points.

When the girl noticed him from afar, she looked as if she had seen a ghost. She did not dare to look Roland in the eye and immediately turned around, pretending not to see him.

Roland merely chuckled and did not dwell on her too much. She already knew his identity so face-slapping her again was no longer an option.

He did not go to that store and instead went in the opposite direction.

He roamed around the food section and bought himself some light snacks. While looking around for potential face-slap opportunities, he was also looking out for inspirations of foods that he could include in Sparkling Buds' menu.

Minutes passed in the blink of an eye and Roland decided to go up one floor and begin with his plan.

The mall was also already active and there were already a lot of customers roaming around. The employees were busy assisting and attracting the customers that passed by.

Roland walked leisurely.

Even though he was wearing simple clothing, and looked very ordinary, with his handsome appearance and confident strides, a lot of people still could not help but steal a few glances in his direction. With his enhanced senses, Roland was able to feel their gazes lingering around for a few seconds before being retracted.

Roland ignored those gazes and focused on searching for the brand that he had in mind. He already did his best to make his appearance look simple and ordinary. He could only blame himself for still looking good even in such ordinary clothes.

The first time he was here, Roland went to the store and bought some change of clothes and then Stacey brought him to the luxury watch section.

Roland did not plan on going to those places anymore since he knew that it would just be a waste of time.

After a while, Roland finally arrived on the first brand that he had his eyes on.

Roland looked up and saw the bold and stylish signboard at the entrance of the shop.

"Rucci, huh…"

All his life, Roland would have never expected that he would dare to enter such a store before.

From their reputation online alone, he already knew how luxurious and expensive this brand was. Most celebrities and influential people basically had this brand on their arsenal. Whether they genuinely loved the item or only bought them for "bragging" rights though, only they themselves would know.

Roland on the other hand, was here for face-slapping points.

With a clear goal in mind, Roland stepped into the luxurious Rucci store for the first time.

At the same moment he entered the glass door, an employee, wearing the standard Rucci uniform, immediately approached him.
