He was particularly happy to assist this kind of customer. This kind of customer already has basic knowledge of the brand and the watch and not some wannabe rich generation that only wanted to buy a 'luxurious' watch brand without even knowing what kind of model they wanted.

According to his experience, the customers who usually asked for a particular item or model the moment they entered the boutique usually meant that they were truly there to buy a watch, and were not just there to look around.

Since his pay was also commission based on top of his regular pay, of course, he would be more than happy to assist and deal with this kind of customer the most.

Hence, he was particularly enthusiastic as he led Roland toward his table as he went to the special storage room and came back with three small boxes storing the Lacheron Tonstantine watches.

The three boxes were presented in front of Roland.

The man, who introduced himself as Carlos gestured for Roland to take a seat.

"These are the three Lacheon Tonstantine Overseas that we currently have. We have the Self-winding model, the Chronograph as well as the Dual-time…"

Carlos proceeded to list out all the pros and cons of each watch.

After he was done explaining, Roland nodded his head in understanding. What he just described perfectly aligned with what he had researched so far.

"I'm particularly interested in the Self-winding version."

It just so happened that the self-winding version that they got was also in beige, the one that he had set his eyes on.

"Good eye, Sir. If you don't mind me asking, are you giving this to someone special?" Carlos paused for a bit and looked at him with a knowing smile before continuing.

Roland nodded his head in affirmation.

Carlos' eyes lit up even more. He thought this deal was already in the bag. Now, he only needs to deliver the rest and seal the deal smoothly.

"Well, this piece is indeed popular with the ladies. By the way, this particular model's case is made with Pink Gold, giving the watch the warm reddish hue. The dial on the other hand is made of silver while the hands and other components are made of gold, especially the movement components…"

Carlos then proceeded to list and flaunt all the details in the watches that even Roland had overlooked before.

"Before I forgot, the dial is protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and the case's back is also transparent sapphire crystal to showcase the movement inside seamlessly."

Roland kept on nodding his head in understanding. Particularly satisfied about the information that Carlos had given him. He was now even more sure of his choice and knew that Stacey would surely love this piece very much.

"Do you have any questions, Sir?" Carlos asked nervously.

To be honest, he already went all out this time. He noticed that this particular customer named Roland actually listened attentively to what he was saying earlier.

Usually, he would stop at a certain time if he notices that the customers were not paying attention to the information he was giving. This time though, he realized that he had truly met someone that was genuinely listening, so he decided to go all out.

Asking that question also made Carlos nervous. If Roland asked something he was not familiar with, he would be done for.

Fortunately, his worries were unfounded. Although Roland indeed asked a question, it was actually something that he could achieve and answer.

"Yes, I'm just kind of wondering if you have a leather strap available instead of this metallic one?"

Searching online, Roland knew that one of the watch's features was its easy exchangeable straps. No matter what kind of strap you want the watch to have, you can have it.

This feature allows the watch to be more versatile and feel unique.

"Right! I apologize, I forgot about it. We do indeed have another strap available on hand, Sir. Wait for a moment," Carlos immediately stood up and went back to the storage room.

A moment later, he came back with a rectangular green-colored box in his hand. 𝗳𝐫𝚎𝗲𝚠𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝘃𝚎𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝗺

Carlos slid the box forward in front of Roland and opened it.

Inside it, Roland saw a total of 5 straps laid perfect one by one. The color varied from one strap to the other. One look and he was able to tell that each one of them was also made out of different materials.

Without waiting for Roland to ask, Carlos began to introduce the straps one by one.

"These are our available straps as of this moment, Sir. This one is made entirely of titanium steel. Hard as steel but significantly lighter, making it ideal for daily wear. This on the other hand is coated with carbon fiber.."

From silver, black, gold, beige and then the bluish colored strap, Carlos explained everything to Roland thoroughly. What they were made of, as well as the kind of condition that they should be worn.

In truth, Roland actually only had an eye for the gold strap that was mostly made of gold as well. Paired with the beige colored case, he thought that it would actually complement Stacey's skin tone if she wore it.

However, seeing the beige colored strap, Roland could not help but think that this one would suit Stacey as well.

"You said this one is made of premium alligator leather?" Roland asked, pointing at the beige colored strap.

Seeing that he was able to get Roland's attention, Carlos' eyes lit up.

"Yes. Alligator leather is popular for their unique natural grain pattern. Each item crafted from such a material is different, making it more unique and personal. They also have high durability that can withstand wear and tear while still boasting comfort where cheap leathers could not replicate."

"I like this one," Roland nodded his head, touching the beige strap made of premium alligator leather.

Carlos extended his hand out with a beaming smile, "Then? I guess we have a deal?"

Roland chuckled and extended his hands to shake hands with Carlos as well.

He was truly impressed by Carlos at this point. Although it was a given that he would be knowledgeable because of the product that he was selling, the way he delivered it was still something to admire.

As for the price, Roland planned to ask about it later. As long as it won't have too much of a difference on what he saw in the official store online, he won't mind about it since he was impressed by Carlos' knowledge.

Just as Roland let go of Carlos' hand, a mature voice suddenly entered his ears.

"Ahemm! May I ask about the price of this Lacheron Tonstantine Overseas watch?"
