Galaxy Fall: All My Skills Are Maxed-Chapter 164: The Apex Council 2
[Unknown Location - 1 AM.]
The air in the deep, subterranean chamber hummed with an oppressive concentration of high-level spirit energy.
"First and foremost." Hayatobi raised his head, staring at the Leaders. 𝐟𝗿𝐞𝚎𝚠𝐞𝚋𝕟𝐨𝚟𝐞𝕝.𝕔𝕠𝚖
Gathered here in astral projection were the absolute peak authorities of the World. This was the true hierarchy of Galaxy Fall, divided into three distinct pillars of power.
First were the three Emperors, the rulers who managed the vast populations and territories. There was the Sword Empire’s Emperor, George Bauhinia, an old man whose very presence felt like a drawn blade. Next to him sat the Dragon Empire’s Emperor, Elrod Flameheart, draped in shimmering dragon-scale armor. Beside them was the young Eagle Empire’s Emperor, who is now 35 years old, Peter Cordel, his ambitious gray eyes taking in every detail.
Second were the three Master Teachers, the peacekeepers and balancers of the realms, representing the Sword, Dragon, and Eagle empires: Lady Nadia, Lord Hayatobi, and Lord Keegan, respectively.
The remaining four were the Guardians. They aren’t related to any Empire, but has the powers and right to be amongst the councils... These four are Galaxy Fall’s main protectors, who are known as Guardians. They operate outside political borders, as they help guard the dimensional pathways leading to other worlds, just like Earth, ensuring the servers remain separate and secure.
They are legends in their own right:
Nita Vena; a beautiful middle-aged lady with long, striking pink hair, and piercing blue eyes. She was a terrifying Lv500 All-bloodlines user, her aura wild and untamed.
Second on the list was Jang Gu, an old man with flowing white hair and beard, and dark purple eyes that sparked with arcane knowledge. He was a Lv500 Rune Master and Mage, capable of altering the fabric of reality with a single glyph.
Third was Lady Bonito Zakinta, a Knight and Warrior bloodline expert. With her long green hair and eyes, she was the youngest-looking among them, being 29 years old—or at least, that is what she let everyone believe. The others in the room knew her true lifespan stretched far beyond that number.
Last on the list was Fernando Swordwind; He has long gray hair, and absolute black eyes. A Lv500 Swordsman, to this day, no one could withstand his strongest sword attack, not even Lord Hayatobi. His mere presence felt like a physical threat.
The Guardians’ strength and authority is just like the Master Teachers. Their jobs are to keep the pathway safe and make sure the fundamental rules of Galaxy Fall remain intact, while the Master Teachers’ job is to make sure Peace reigns in Galaxy Fall. The rulers are just to rule over the people. People will always need rulers to follow; that’s why they are there.
"Ahem." Hayatobi cleared his throat, drawing the immense pressure of the room back to the matter at hand:
"You are right, Keegan... And yes, Mirabella is strong enough to easily take down a Lv500... You can only defeat or restrain her if you have a very powerful paralysing or stunning skill... But even with this, it’s only 40% chance you will succeed. That’s if she hasn’t seen anything that can completely remove that debuff, if she has such a thing, that girl is truly and completely invincible." Hayatobi said, his voice heavy with the mathematical reality of her stats.
He had no idea Mirabella already has exactly such a thing, and that thing is just a tiny, devoted fairy, who is ready to follow her master’s orders to cleanse any status ailment instantly.
"Hmm... So the resurrection orb?" Elrod Flameheart asked, staring at Hayatobi, his mind calculating the value of the ultimate binding item.
"That will make her loyal to the Dragon empire, but do you think such a thing can hold such a person?" Hayatobi asked, staring right back at the King, questioning the logic of trying to leash a god.
"What? But that orb is an ancient artifact." Elrod frowned, defensive of his empire’s greatest treasure.
"Yes, it’s an ancient artifact, but you guys are forgetting about Mirabella’s bloodline, she is not only powerful, she is the heir of the Sun family, nothing can hold a sealing family."
Hearing Hayatobi utter that ancient, revered name, Elrod was stunned. Even George, the stoic Sword Emperor, was speechless. The Sun family was a legendary lineage, a foundational pillar of their world’s history whose assets had long been absorbed by the current powers.
"That’s right, she will soon visit both of you, that’s if her target shift to her family’s properties, lands, and treasures, I am sure you two will be able to cooperate with her." Nadia said, staring sharply at her younger brother George and the Dragon Empire’s king. The political implications of Mirabella reclaiming her stolen birthright were staggering.
George sighed, the weight of his crown suddenly feeling much heavier: "I now understand why she is that powerful, not to mention I have some regrets about the Sun family, if she comes for revenge--"
"--Don’t worry about that, the Mirabella I know don’t care about past revenge. But remember, if you anger her now, the Dragon Empire won’t help any of you." Hayatobi answered with a very real, very sharp hint of warning.
"Why? We are allies, why won’t you help us against one person?" Peter Cordel asked in confusion, his youthful arrogance blinding him to the shifting power dynamics.
"Because she is now a Colonel under the Dragon Empire, offending her is the same as offending us." Hayatobi answered smoothly, shutting down the Eagle Emperor. Elrod Flameheart nodded his head firmly; at least he knew to leverage this vital piece of military information to his empire’s advantage.
The other rulers looked at one another, and sighed collectively. It seems the Dragon Empire had played a masterstroke and done everything to secure Mirabella’s allegiance. They would just have to walk on eggshells when facing her in the future.
"Ok, ok! You old guys have been praising this young lady for a while now, how old is even this Mirabella?" Nita asked, rolling her blue eyes, staring at the Rulers and Master teachers. As a Guardian, she cared little for imperial politics.
"22 years old." Hayatobi answered simply.
"22, she is really too young, I now understand why you’re so worked up... Anyway, back to the topic at hand, who do you think is strong enough to injure such a girl?" Nita asked, staring intently at the group before her, bringing the conversation back to the terrifying mystery of the Hell Gate dungeon.
