He broke out of the time-frozen spell and staggered a step forward "Charlotte."

Turning to look at him, she smiled gently "Big Sister will take care of this."

In the next instant, she disappeared, and Charlotte reappeared in front of Azyrth in a burst of green light, gripping the goddess’s throat.

Clenching her throat, Charlotte slammed Azyrth downward.

The impact cratered the snow-covered ground, and the shockwave blasted outward in a perfect circle, sending snow and ice exploding in a blinding white ring.

Charlotte twisted free, kicking off Azyrth’s stomach and sending the goddess tumbling backward through the air.

Azyrth caught herself, and Charlotte was stunned to see that her ether beam didn’t hurt Azyrth’s body.

Azyrth extended her hand, and the time on Charlotte’s body froze again "There we go..."

But Charlotte’s eyes burned brighter as yellow and blue energies clashed, pushing past the divine boundary Azyrth had set.

Azyrth’s smile faltered "You... how...?"

Charlotte dashed forward "I will burn through every law of reality to keep him safe."
