Goddess of Ice; Reborn as Naruto's twin sister-Chapter 518: Come, MADARA!!!
Chapter 518: Come, MADARA!!!
Unfortunately, while Naruto, Lee, and Guy were distracted by Yuna’s return. Madara managed to sneak up on Kakashi and steal his left eye, allowing him to travel to Obito’s dimension, causing Yuna to smile.
‘So far, everything is going more or less as we planned it. Just a little more, and this fate nonsense will finally be over.’
Yuna’s eyes landed on Naruto, and to his surprise, Yuna’s gaze was filled with overwhelming disgust. Initially, he wondered why Yuna would be looking at him like that, but he quickly realized that her disgust-filled gaze was directed directly at him.
“Seems like you have a heavy case of getting-f*cked-over-by-fate, Naruto. Let me help you with that.”
Before Naruto could answer her, Yuna disappeared from her position and appeared behind Naruto, casually chopping the back of his neck, making him faint.
“Time to get your inheritance, Naruto.”
While Lee and Guy looked at Yuna in confusion, Hinata and Anko appeared next to her.
“Is this really necessary, Yuna?”
As soon as Yuna heard Hinata’s question, she shook her head in denial.
“No, this isn’t strictly necessary, but I deem it to be the easiest way to get out of this mess.”
Although Hinata clearly wasn’t too happy about that answer, she simply nodded her head in acknowledgment. If Yuna deemed it to be the best solution, then she had nothing to complain about. Seeing that everyone accepted her words, Yuna’s gaze landed on Anko and Hinata.
“I assume that Black Zetsu will control Obito’s body when they return. I want you two and Kakashi to deal with him. No offense, Lee and Guy, but you two are in no condition to fight, and opening the eighth gate is unnecessary for now. Obviously, I will be the one to deal with Madara.”
While Hinata and Anko simply nodded their heads at Yuna’s words, Lee and Guy clearly weren’t happy that they would have to stay out of this. Nonetheless, they agreed with Yuna’s words while preparing to open the Gate of Death if necessary.
A few seconds later, space distorted, allowing Madara and Zetsu, who controlled Obito’s body, to reappear on the battlefield. Now, Obito had two matching eyes, while that was the case for Madara as well.
Feeling the power radiating of off Madara’s body, Yuna couldn’t help herself but smile.
“Are you ready, Madara? This, will be our final dance.”
‘On a side note, how are you feeling, Kurama?’
[Powerful. Ridiculously powerful. In fact, I feel even stronger than when I was still one entity instead of two and a half.]
Yuna hummed in acknowledgment as Madara regally floated down towards her. Yet again, a clear look of superiority marred his face.
“Dance? Unfortunately, that’s impossible. The power of having both Rinnegan is on a whole different level. Now, that I have both of these eyes and the Juubi sealed within me, my power is equal to the Sage of Six Path. I’m invincible. I… am a god.”
A light chuckle escaped Yuna’s mouth, which was quickly replaced by laughter and finally with full-blown, insane cackling.
“HAHAHA!!! A GOD!? YOU DARE TO CLAIM THAT THAT INSIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF POWER YOU HOLD MAKES YOU A GOD!?”
Yuna flared her chakra, causing the ground to crack and the space around her to distort.
“TIME TO EDUCATE YOU, MADARA!!!”
A blue and white chakra cloak covered Yuna’s body, quickly followed by highly ornamented ice armor. Next, ten chains burst out of her back, which was quickly covered by the previously mentioned chakra cloak, making them look like ten tails. Finally, white markings appeared around Yuna’s eyes as her aura grew even denser.
Yuna lightly crouched down and jumped towards Madara, making the ground she was previously standing on explode.
Although Madara’s eyes widened in surprise when he realized just how fast Yuna moved, he still acted and moved one of his truth-seeking orbs in between him and Yuna’s attack. He couldn’t help but sneer when Yuna’s attack collided with his, predicting that it would disturb Yuna’s chakra, but nothing like that happened to his surprise. Instead of disturbing her chakra, she punched the truth-seeker orb away as if it were a normal ball.
Madara was shocked by that scene, and due to the short loss of concentration, Yuna got a chance to sneak-attack him, punching him in the stomach and sending him crashing into the ground.
For a moment, silence reigned over the battlefield as Yuna just punted away the self-proclaimed god. Even Zetsu couldn’t help but have cold sweat flow down his back like a river.
‘What the f*ck!? She can STILL keep up with Madara!? Are you joking!?’
Obviously, Madara wasn’t his final card, but seeing Yuna actually being able to contest with him made another problem pop up.
‘Will mother even be able to defeat that monster? I mean, mother has significantly more chakra than Madara, but she isn’t exactly a fighter. NO! I trust mother. Surely, she will be able to defeat this monster.’
Moments later, loud laughter echoed over the battlefield as Madara floated out of the hole his impact with the ground created. His expression was almost as twisted as Yuna’s as massive amounts of battle intend started flooding the surrounding.
“HAHAHA, I CAN’T BELIEVE IT!!! HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLE BE THIS STRONG!? HOW CAN YOU STILL KEEP UP WITH ME!? THIS IS AMAZING!!! I HAVE NEVER FELT THIS HAPPY IN MY LIFE!!!”
The pressure oozing out of Madara grew even stronger as black markings appeared on his face, signaling the use of Natural Energy. Since he had Hashirama’s cells implanted in his body and the Juubi in his body, Sage Mode was no longer a hurdle for him.
His battle-thirsty smile widened even further as he pointed his staff at Yuna.
“THIS IS THE MOST EXCITING I HAVE EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE!!! COME!!! YOU ARE WORTHY OF DANCING WITH ME, FOR I, MADARA UCHIHA, DECLARE YOU THE STRONGEST!!!”
Disdain flashed over Yuna’s face as her body radiated unquestionable pride and arrogance.
“YOU declare ME the strongest? Since when does the goddess need the acknowledgment of a mortal? No, I, Yuna Uzumaki, declare you worthy of confronting this venerable one. Come, MADARA!!!”
