After the celebratory cheering calmed down, a massive torrent of notifications exploded in the corner of everyone's eyes.

They notified every haremite and survivor that they increased by ten levels. For those on the retrieval team, there were another 17 level increases, totaling 27 for the retrieval team members.

Additionally, all of the notifications for leveling during that battle came up, and Caitlyn and Lindy got their notifications about being admitted into a lower-demigod position.

Leon got a flurry of notifications for milestones and member leveling.

Everyone got notifications for their health potions, and the retrieval team members that did little offered key players their health potions. It was a touching act that immediately brought everyone back to full health.

Lastly, people received gifting notifications. Most people had never seen one before because the candidate needed a video, live stream, or event to get a spontaneous gift.

Yet they learned the value of being around Leon, a famous candidate amongst millions worldwide. Being around him brought special events, attention, and gifting opportunities.

Kern got 22 gifts from disturbing gods. She didn't read their notes and simply enjoyed the brutal effects of each.

Tricksie received the largest number from the haremites and members. She got 44 gifts, followed by 41 for Caitlyn and 32 for Lindy.

Tricksie's power was unbelievably amusing, so half of her gifts were gag gifts, not necessarily useful. Caitlyn had an established fan base, so the gods showered her with gifts to make her attacks more brutal. Lindy was the rising star receiving the most practical gifts.

The best gift was an epic-grade boat. It was gifted to Lindy, of course.

As expected, Leon crushed the rankings on the gift front. He made off with 367 gifts.

Around 50 were promotional items, where gods gave him free items to wear and use as an influencer.

However, most became practical. Mana potions, leveling items, body tempering treasures, and other practical gifts became more frequent.

The reason was simple. Leon Traxler's fame had shifted from an amusing candidate into a serious player.

Gods were betting serious wealth and treasures that he'd win events, so they were stocking him up to succeed.

Lastly, one hundred items got sent with a simple note: Harem City.

Gods were amused when he declared he'd start a city when there were only fifty women he saved in a hot air balloon.

The next day he had amassed half a thousand, and the number was rising as he built up trust with the women in the Sanctuary.

It would only increase in the days ahead, so they wanted to see it come to life.

Before the people finished going through their items, a radiant glow washed over the area without their consent.

It was the healing light of Hygieia. Countless women instantly pushed past their recent traumas and felt happier and more content than before the apocalypse started.

It instantly sparked a celebration, and women hugged each other with tears of joy.

The haremites registered new members and set up the new tents and beds they earned for the slumber [parties]. Haremites decided that the fun didn't need to stop when they needed it most.

Despite the never-ending battle, it was only five pm when everyone assembled for dinner, organized by Mindy.

After everyone ate, Leon stood up and walked into the center of the park, leading everyone to quiet down.

"I'd like to announce the increases in haremites for Harem City." Leon chuckled, "Of the 227 candidates we helped save today, 227 joined."

An explosion of cheers rang out.

"The recruitment survey stated that the main reason everyone stayed was, quote, [There Wasn't An Alernative]."

Laughter filled the park. Everyone felt refreshed, fed, and happy and felt like celebrating.

"We have 94 new haremites from the survivors who have practical skills, which will help you all and make you comfortable.

If you're enjoying the Earthian food dishes, make sure to thank them."

The survivors blushed at the reception they got. Half a thousand people were in the park, so every round of applause was thunderous. It was similar to a music festival.

"We also got an extra 73 haremites from existing women in the sanctuary." Leon announced.

"Apparently, my sketchy airlift service and apocalypse party didn't leave me with the best reputation. So they waited until I did something respectable to join."

Roaring laughter filled the area. Most women joined Leon because it was the best option; honorable actions had nothing to do with it.

Many found it funny because of how much things had changed, only to remember they'd only been with him 24 hours. It was surreal.

"We also got something else." Leon said with a mysterious smile, "Cynthia, your future city manager has an announcement."

Cynthia got up from a chair and walked to Leon with the most unenthusiastic face imaginable.

"After the trial ends, we'll build Harem City in Lemmox. It's convenient."

After speaking that one sentence, she walked back to her chair and sat down. Everyone was stunned-speechless for a moment, and the area fell silent.

"You don't want to travel fifty miles just to end up in another busted-up city, do you?" Leon chuckled.

The area ignited in roaring cheers after his confirmation. It felt surreal that they could continue enjoying the life they were living there.

"20 non-survival mages have agriculture-based magic, and another 10 have water magic." Leon announced, "Now we can grow food and have showers. That's something else, ain't it?"

A surreal wave of disbelief washed over everyone, leaving them stunned.

,m "That's right. Only one thing can turn this raging dumpster fire into a utopia." Leon said while panning the area.

He turned to the stunned haremites with a slight smile. "Magic." 𝑓𝓇𝑒𝑒𝚠e𝘣𝓷𝘰ѵe𝑙.com

That one triggered a wave of cries of joy rang into the distance. There wasn't a single person in Lemmox City that didn't move toward the park to listen in.

"That's right. Twenty haremites now have architecture magic that allows them to take raw materials and resources and process them for real building materials." Leon announced, "We have two mining mages that use magic to pull them from the earth."

No one could believe what they were hearing.

"Two mages have soap magic." Leon laughed, "Just let that sink in."

Bewildered laughter waved through the haremites in the park.

"You all got the notification." He said, "There won't be any more special events for the next two weeks. That means we only have to deal with the original death match."

Those that experienced the first day froze. It was brutal.

"That means it'll be cake." Leon said with a smirk.

A mixture of laughter, cheers, and battle cries rang out.

"That's right. Every retrieval team member just leveled up 27 times." He laughed, "We have health potions, mana potions, and haremites specializing in medical care."

Everyone listened with excitement.

"And if all hell breaks out, and an army marches to Lemmox, three women will take care of it so we can continue on." Leon said with a slight smile.

No one could believe what they were hearing. It seemed too good to be true.

"From this day on, over four hundred women will rebuild Lemmox City full time!" Leon roared.

"Because by the end of the Sanctuary event, we'll have an army to meet anyone causing trouble. So there's no reason to wait.

Starting tomorrow, we'll start constructing Harem City!"

[A/N: Second chapter in the afternoon. Short chapter because I'm outlining this arc right now. Who's ready for some civ building?]
