Help! the four Alpha's are obsessed with me.-Chapter 182 Chaos night III
Meanwhile, in the car, the scenery was silent as Daniel tried to stay calm. After so many months, he was finally reuniting with his parents and siblings. How crazy was that?
Xylander watched Daniel get lost in his thoughts. Even Draven, who was driving, knew what he was thinking, unable to keep his eyes off the rearview mirror where he had a full view of Daniel. Unable to keep his thoughts to himself any longer, he voiced them out.
"You just keep getting more and more breathtaking, Dan. Like you’re not from this world." Draven’s sudden compliment startled Daniel, and also Xylander, who didn’t know what to make of the praise.
Daniel smiled, looking at both of them and sensing the worried looks they desperately tried to mask—but it still showed.
"Thanks, love. Of course, I need to look as stunning as ever for my men, isn’t that good?" He winked at them. Xylander’s breath almost seized, and Draven, who was driving, swore he almost got hard that moment.
His legs arched so badly, and his thighs throbbed harder than ever. His length elongated as he trembled, forced to stay in that uncomfortable position.
"Fuck! I can’t believe that just his smile and I am like this. It’s finished, then." Daniel, oblivious to his plight, kept that beautiful smile and finally added to what he said.
"I might look scared, but that’s not what’s happening, love. This is what I have been preparing for a long time, and they should get ready for what is to happen. Nothing in there might make me emotional or stressed out anymore because it’s all over." He kept that radiant smile on his face as he said that.
"I wonder how Alexander is doing with the babies and the plan. Isn’t that too much for him to handle? Maybe someone should have helped?" Daniel asked as he stretched to talk to the men in front of him.
Xylander didn’t know for sure because he wanted to accompany Daniel so badly, and Draven did too. But he was right—their babies were all alone with Alexander. Who knows what he would do with those two poor fellas?
"Alexander will get the job done. I believe in him, and if anything goes wrong, I’m sure he’ll contact us immediately. He is my friend, after all." Xylander’s trust in his friend was shining right now, and Daniel couldn’t be less proud.
Of course, he calmed down. It was his precious husband assuring him, after all, and he needed to get this over with.
"Hmm, Draven, you keep making strange faces. Is anything wrong?" Daniel made an innocent face, wondering what was happening.
Draven, who was caught, never expected that question. He tried to fix his expression while keeping his eyes on the road.
"Just an anatomy issue, but forget about it. I’ll drive on." Draven blushed as he stated that. When Daniel wanted to press on, they stopped in raging traffic, and at the sight of it, Daniel knew what it meant.
They had arrived. He was right back at his nightmare, where all his sorrows were bottled down, along with the memories that came with this house. He was ending it all today.
"This isn’t a small event, for sure?" Xylander chimed in as he looked out the window, spotting huge cars lined up vertically, honking at whatever was blocking the view ahead.
Daniel nodded while looking. The crowd was outrageous, as if it wasn’t just a dinner party—or was something else happening that he didn’t know about?
"We can squeeze our way through the line or wait it out here," Draven suggested, and Daniel thought it over.
He couldn’t sit down here and wait for whenever such a line would end—it seemed like that was never happening anytime soon. It didn’t even seem possible. His presence was supposed to be captivating, a shock to them all, and on top of that, something else was supposed to trigger the crowd into a frenzy. But at that point, Alexander had yet to do his part.
"I’m not squeezing myself in that place and definitely not letting any sweaty body touch me. It’s so damn unhygienic and gross." Daniel waved his hand off, looking even sexier in his outfit.
Draven accepted it was a valid point. From where he stood, he could already see the way people were gathered, and there was nowhere for them to squeeze through.
"Wait, aren’t they with someone?" Draven wondered, turning the rearview mirror and catching Adrian Valez in his depressing state. Despite being in fancy clothing, he looked so damn miserable and fucked up, tired of life.
Daniel’s gaze followed Draven’s, and he noticed Adrian too, seeing how unsettlingly quiet he had been all this while.
Turning his attention to Adrian, he saw that indeed the Adrian he knew was gone. That confidence wasn’t there anymore. For someone like him, punishment like that wasn’t supposed to break him the way he was looking—or did he experience something else while in hostage? His happiness should have sparked, seeing that Adrian was suffering way too well, probably more than he could ever imagine, but that never came. All he could see in those dark, merciless eyes was now hopelessness.
"Adrian!" Daniel called his name, surprising his men and himself.
Adrian turned lazily, too tired to even lift his lashes. When he saw that delicate face facing him, he faked a smile, the annoyance and tiredness in his face slowly fading out.
"How may I be of help?" he asked softly.
Xylander paid attention, same with Draven, trying to see what Daniel would say. The fact that the two were alone at the back seat didn’t make them happy.
"Are you sick? We can go to a hospital." Daniel looked at him with a different expression—not one bearing kindness or malicious intent, just that blank look without any details.
Adrian shook his head, rejecting the offer.
"I’m okay, Daniel. Just preparing myself to do your plan, and then I will surrender my fate to your hands." He declared solemnly, making Daniel feel something run down his chest. This version of Adrian was too much to miss. Why does he act like he did previously, and how was he supposed to hate him if he keeps behaving all meek and submissive?
"Fine. Take it how you want." Daniel dropped the conversation after that, and a long silence came before Daniel’s phone rang, ending the creepy quiet.
"Alexander? Any update?" Daniel asked, and in the background, he could hear the cries of babies and knew his sweethearts were awake.
"Yeah, Dan, baby. It’s time for the main attack. Right now, legal authorities are coming to the event. I’ve begun my part. It’s time to make your move." Alexander reported, and knowing that Daniel would talk, he added, "The babies will be fine. Go and get this done." He urged before placing a kiss on the screen and ending the call.
Right then, a notification popped up on his screen.
Xylander held the car door and smiled.
"Let’s get out of this motherfucking car, baby. It’s time to get this done and show them all their place." He slowly put on his glasses and alighted.
