Heretic Trainer: The Gym Is My Cultivation Method-Chapter 482: She Went Full Madness
Darius lifted his arms slowly. "...Let’s test it."
He swung his claw forward.
The air split. Sharp claw waves shot straight toward Dahlia.
Dahlia narrowed her eyes. "...Damn it."
Her stance shifted slightly. "How can it be this fast?"
She raised both claws, bracing herself.
The moment the waves hit, her expression tightened.
A heavy impact slammed into her guard, forcing her back a step.
But it didn’t stop there. Another wave followed immediately. Then another.
"...Tch." She gritted her teeth, twisting her arms to redirect the force instead of trying to block it directly.
The waves slid past her, cutting into the ground behind her. But even that wasn’t enough.
Her feet dragged across the floor as she was pushed back. "...What is this strength...?"
Darius watched her struggle, his expression shifting slightly. "...So this is it."
His voice lowered. "My new strength."
He smirked. "A simple attack is already enough to make you struggle."
A short laugh escaped him. "...Then what happens if I get serious?"
His gaze sharpened. "Could I become a ruler of a new era?"
Dahlia steadied herself.
She clenched her fists, her claws tightening again. "...Don’t get ahead of yourself."
Darius didn’t answer right away.
He only kept laughing, the sound low and steady. "Do you really think you can stop me now?"
He lifted his head slightly. "Don’t dream, Dahlia."
His arm rose again. "I’ll show you why."
Energy gathered rapidly around his claw.
The heat intensified as the flames condensed into a sharper form. "...Try taking this."
[Burning Claw]
He swung again. A burning claw wave shot forward, faster and heavier than before.
Dahlia reacted immediately.
This time, she didn’t block. She stepped to the side, avoiding it directly.
The attack passed by her, but the flames didn’t.
The heat burned across her body even without direct contact.
"...Damn it." She clicked her tongue, her expression tightening. "So it’s not just the attack itself..."
She glanced at the scorched marks on her arm. "The fire alone is enough to deal damage."
---
Below, Garion frowned slightly as he watched Dahlia being pushed back. "...So this is the power of the fourth realm."
Pelion let out a slow breath. "The strength of the fourth realm?"
He shook his head once. "Please. This isn’t even close."
Garion glanced at him briefly. "...Not even close?"
Pelion nodded. "This is just the beginning of it."
He kept his gaze on Darius. "If this were the true strength of the fourth realm..."
He paused for a moment. "...this entire hall would already be gone."
Garion frowned slightly as he heard that.
But then his expression shifted, as if something crossed his mind. "...Then I wonder."
He looked back at Darius again. "Did he even know about the fourth realm before this?"
There was a short pause. "He’s already talking about ruling everything with this level of power."
Garion narrowed his eyes slightly. "...Does the Draconia Clan even have a fourth realm cultivator?"
Pelion let out a short laugh. "Of course they did."
His tone remained casual. "But unfortunately..."
He shrugged lightly. "That one died not long ago."
He looked back at Darius. "That’s exactly why he pushed so hard to go to war with you."
Garion stayed silent, listening.
Pelion continued, his voice steady. "He wanted your resources. From his perspective, you’re still a newly established Grand Faction."
He paused briefly. "An easy target."
Garion’s gaze didn’t shift.
Pelion added, "And with Dahlia in your sect..."
A faint smirk appeared. "...he saw a chance to solve two problems at once."
Garion’s expression remained calm. "Resources... and removing the stain from his clan."
Pelion nodded once. "Exactly. That’s why he was so determined to go to war with you."
Garion let out a quiet breath. "...I see."
His eyes stayed on Darius. "No wonder he pushed things that far."
He paused briefly. "Even going as far as joining you."
Pelion smirked faintly. "Desperation makes people do interesting things."
Garion didn’t respond immediately.
He kept watching the battlefield. "...Maybe."
Then he spoke again, his tone steady. "But don’t think Dahlia will lose."
Pelion glanced at him, a faint hint of curiosity appearing. "...I see."
He looked back at Dahlia. "Then I’m interested."
His eyes narrowed slightly. "How exactly is she going to beat him?"
---
Dahlia looked at Darius, her breathing steady despite the pressure pressing down on her. 𝑓𝑟ℯ𝘦𝓌𝘦𝘣𝑛𝑜𝓋𝑒𝓁.𝑐ℴ𝓂
There wasn’t much left to think about. No room for hesitation.
At this point, there was only one option left. Attack.
For a brief moment, she recalled Garion’s words.
"All of our strength comes from the body. So if you want to finish it... put everything into one strike."
Dahlia exhaled slowly. "...Right."
She moved. Her dragon form shifted.
The full humanoid dragon body began to recede, returning to a human form... except for her right arm.
That arm remained in its dragon state.
And not only that, it grew larger and stronger. All of her energy began to gather into it.
The pressure around her arm increased rapidly, condensing into a single point.
She raised it slightly, then looked straight at Darius.
Her voice was clear. "...Now I’ll end this in one strike."
[Tempest Dragon Claw]
Darius watched her, then let out a short laugh. "...Trying to finish it in one move?"
He didn’t step back.
Instead, he raised his arm and faced her directly. "...Then come."
His tone stayed steady. "I’ll take it head-on and show you how pointless it is."
Dahlia didn’t respond.
But in the next moment, what she did shocked everyone.
She took out multiple bottles at once. Five bottles of Azure Dragon Transformation Elixir.
Without hesitation, she drank all of them. She didn’t care about the taste.
The pressure from Darius alone drowned everything else out.
The effect came instantly. Her arm expanded again.
The power inside it surged violently, multiplying far beyond its previous state.
The air around it trembled.
Darius frowned, his expression changing for the first time. "...What the hell...? How is that even possible?"
But it was already too late. Dahlia was already in front of him.
Her claw came down. There was no wasted movement.
The strike landed directly on his body. And everything went silent.
