Xiaolei gazed at her husband with her brows still creased. Juu told her that Yun Jinhan was the one who helped her out of the hotel last night and that Yu Chen saw him holding her.

He's jealous? Xiaolei was unable to believe it, that her husband would get jealous to this extent without knowing what really happened first. But then, she thought that what if she was the one in his shoes? If she saw him holding another woman, how would she react?

Xiaolei bit her bottom lips. No, no, her hubby won't get upset to her to the point that he wouldn't sleep with her. Sure, he might be jealous but there must be another reason why he stayed up all night and it's definitely not just because of his jealousy. She didn't want to believe or even think that her hubby didn't trust her enough.

Heaving a quiet sigh, Xiaolei then returned his gaze to Juu.

"And you didn't try to ask him what was he doing?" she asked and Juu just blinked before he shook his head.

She sighed again. How could she forgot that this guy would just stay still and lay on the floor like an adorable dog when his boss was working?

"Don't tell me you didn't sleep as well…"

He looked down on the floor and Xiaolei could sigh one more for the third time. She really wanted to pinch this living doll's cheeks sometimes for being such an airhead.

"Go sleep in the bed now." She ordered him. "I'll stay here with Yu Chen. I'm not going to leave the suite so go now and sleep."

Juu hesitated for a while but because of Xiaolei's stern face and firm order, he eventually moved his feet and walked towards the room. He stopped several times and looked back until Xiaolei lose it and scolded him.

"Juu… don't make me mad." She warned her like a strict mother and finally, Juu obeyed.

She followed him and checked if he was really sleeping and once she was certain that he's asleep, she returned to the sofa and stared at her sleeping husband. She squatted on the floor and gazed at his peaceful, gorgeous face. She missed him, she wanted to kiss him but she can't wake him up so she could only restrain herself.

As she sat there, gazing at him, something popped in her mind and a playful smile carved on her face. She picked her tablet and browse something with an excited expression on her face.

It was already noon time when Yu Chen finally woke up. He shut his eyes closed several times and opened it again until his eyes adjusted with the light.

He noticed that someone was right beside him so he turned his head. His wife was right there, sitting on the floor with her back on against the sofa.

Yu Chen quietly moved and saw that she was studying some data on her tablet. He stared her for a long while before he finally rose and leaned his head on hers.

"Hubby, you're awake!" Xiaolei turned as she cupped his face.

"Good morning," he greeted and Xiaolei moved to her knees and kissed his cheeks. But then, when she pulled away, her lips were pursed as she looked at him with a slightly gloomy face.

"Why you didn't sleep with me in the bed?" she asked and Yu Chen's eyes slowly widened. And then, a glint of guilt flashed in his eyes.

He buried his face at the nook of her neck as he whispered. "I'm sorry, I am…" he trailed off and left his sentence hanging.

"Jealous?" Xiaolei finished his sentence and the man pulled away and looked at her. He stared intently at her as if he was calculating something in his head before his eyes wandered around.

The next second, he nodded.

Xiaolei found his reactions damn cute but this wasn't the time for her get distracted by his cuteness.

"Was that the reason why you didn't sleep with me last night?" Xiaolei's voice was a little pained. But gladly, Yu Chen was quick to shake his head.

"No, I was working on something important that I didn't notice the time. I didn't go to bed because I don't want to disturb you." he explained and the heaviness in Xiaolei's heart somehow disappeared.

"I am jealous but… I know that you're drunk and I trust you." he added, his expression was now grave and serious as he gazed deeply in her eyes. And then he leaned back and buried his face on his palms as he took a deep breath. "But Xiaolei… I… I don't trust that man… and I don't like it when I saw him touching you… I really, really, hated it… that I wanted to… I wanted to…" he bit his lips before he continued. "I don't want any other man touching you… I don't want you touching someone else… I don't want you letting anyone else hold you… even if… no matter…" he gritted his teeth and hung his sentence again, still hiding his face but she could see his jaws clenching. His confession surprised Xiaolei. This was the first time he ever acted and spoke like this. She didn't see this coming at all.

Xiaolei didn't know that Yu Chen, her innocent big panda, was a jealous type and that he had a tendency of being this possessive. She fully understood why he was jealous, and she knew she couldn't blame him. No matter what she says, it was her fault for not being careful enough and letting a man hold her.

"Xiaolei…" he called out her name as he pulled her and hugged her tight. "Please don't hate me for being like this… okay?" he begged. His voice was filled with worry.

Xiaolei embraced him back. How could she hate him? Him, being this jealous and possessive just shows how much he loves her, right? And she was happy because he was actually saying it all to her.

"I won't hate you, okay? I'm sorry. You came flying over here just to see me drunk and being supported with another man… it's all my fault for being careless. I'm sorry. I'll make sure that this won't happen again. I'll make sure to be very careful next time." She tried coaxing him and thankfully, the man loosened up upon hearing her.

His expression was better now.

"Actually, if I were the one in your shoes I would punish me for this… opps…" Xiaolei covered her lips. She thought she was saying it in her mind but it turned out she was saying it out loud. Darn Xiaolei!! But she was saying the truth. If she was the one who came flying to surprise her husband yet she actually saw him drunk with a woman, she would definitely punish him no matter what the reason was.

"Ahem… okay, I know you're hungry now hubby… let's go eat now." Xiaolei quickly stood but Yu Chen pulled her back in his arms.

"My wife…" he whispered seductively as he rested his cheek against the hollow at the base of her throat. "The truth is I'm still a little upset. I think I need to punish you to make it go away."

Xiaolei: ". . ."
