I Have A Baby From My Ex-Husband's Enemy-Chapter 69: Forced To Solved Problem
Right in the living room of Sean’s house, they were sitting together with a middle-aged woman and her daughter who turned out to be Samantha and Alice. They had come to discuss something that made them want Odelia to not know the clear purpose of their arrival.
"What did you come to our house for? Do you want to do something stupid to Odelia?" Sean asked the two of them.
"We didn’t come for that, and we heard that you were kidnapped by Vincent last week, is that true?" Samantha asked Odelia.
"Yes, that happened last week. And I don’t want it to happen again. Even though my relationship with Vincent is still legal under government law, I am still Sean Osbert’s wife," Odelia replied.
The two women who used to bully Odelia exchanged glances with each other, then Alice opened her mouth to explain Vincent’s current state.
The man looked like a madman, whose emotions couldn’t even be controlled anymore. Even Samantha and Alice were afraid of him. They even wanted to put Vincent in a mental hospital to make him feel better.
"But we can’t do that, Vin would be furious if we called people from the asylum," Alice explained to them both.
"Then what does that have to do with us?" Sean asked again.
"You want Vincent’s signature for the divorce papers, right? Then help us take him to a mental hospital so that he can be rehabilitated and maybe then he can think more clearly about signing the divorce papers."
What Alice explained did have a point, it could have been done by rehabilitating Vincent who seemed to have been stressed out by the circumstances around him. But that would have taken a long time and was not easy to do.
"It’s not easy to do that. If he continues to resist, it’s useless to take him to a rehabilitation center so that his psyche is controlled. I don’t think that’s a good strategy," he said.
They all fell silent as soon as they heard Sean’s words. It was not easy to deal with someone like Vincent whose mind was already a mess. They were sure he was only thinking about how to get Odelia back.
Samantha said that Vincent’s room was even filled with photos of Odelia that he had printed and stick in every corner of the wall, making the walls of the room invisible. They realized that Vincent had become obsessed with Odelia.
And it was definitely only her words that he heard. Although she was not sure because Vincent had even imposed her words on him even though she had tried to reject him.
"I don’t understand why my son turned into such a monster. He used to be so obedient and kind, but he’s become such a horrible monster that he doesn’t even care if I die anymore!"
From the doorway of the living room Megan came in, saying that it was all Samantha’s fault. All this time the man had been controlled by his mother, doing whatever he wanted even to divorce from Odelia.
"You created the monster yourself. Now you feel what you’ve created. How does it feel to have your little monster turn on you?" asked Megan to Samantha and Alice which made them both immediately cornered.
They both realized what they had done, but it was too late and there seemed to be no way out of this problem. Alice also realized she couldn’t possibly ask Odelia back after what the woman had said to her and Monica at the mall.
They also explained that Monica even left Vincent’s house because Vincent had kicked her out. From there they realized that she had been insincere to Vincent all along. She even mocked Vincent before leaving the house.
Now they didn’t know what to do anymore, and if Vincent continued like this Yozara company would also be affected.
"That’s why we came here and I’m sure only you can stop Vin. The two of us will do whatever it takes to stop Vincent from being like that," said Samantha who had completely given up and didn’t know what else to do.
"Even after what you did to Odelia, you should have come and apologized to her first instead of immediately asking us to handle your crazy son," Sean said to the two women who had bullied his wife in the past.
Hearing this, the two of them had no choice but to apologize to Odelia and ask for Vincent to be dealt with immediately. Because surely he had planned something else to kidnap or make sure that Odelia would always be there for him.
"We’re sorry, but this is also for your own good in the future. I know Vincent must have planned something else to bring you back to him. He’s gone completely mad, in fact he almost killed me by strangling me and that’s when I realized that he was no longer the older brother I knew."
Knowing that the situation was worse than it seemed, Odelia forgave them even though in her heart it was difficult to do so. But there was no other way because right now there were things that were far more important and dangerous than thinking about her grudge against the two women in front.
Sean confirmed that his wife had truly forgiven them and Odelia nodded her head saying that revenge wouldn’t change anything. And she thought Samantha and Alice had already tasted their own medicine from the changes in her ex-husband.
"All right then. For now we have no solution to this problem, and taking him to a mental hospital to be rehabilitated is the right answer but it is difficult to do especially if Vincent can still escape from there," the man explained.
Megan actually thought of a way to temporarily calm Vincent down. However, this was very risky, especially involving Odelia.
"I was thinking of having Odelia pretend to still love him and talk to Vincent directly to stop all this madness and ask him to go to a mental hospital to make him feel better. But that means Odelia has to be able to face the man directly on her own."
