I Just Wanted to Teach Cultivation, But Goddesses Keep Coming!-Chapter 141 My Divine Sense Penetrated More Than Just Her Illusion
Lin Feng’s gaze sharpened, and clarity settled over him like a steady flame.
He knew exactly how he would handle what awaited him later.
Half an hour later, Lin Feng and Li Zhiyan finally stepped away from the humble household.
"Bye, Teacher Lin Feng! Wanwan will see you tomorrow morning!" Su Wanwan called out, waving energetically.
Her voice was full of innocence and unrestrained joy, like a little spark in a quiet evening.
Lin Feng gave a faint smile in return and waved back, his calm presence somehow grounding the chaotic energy of the household.
The two boarded the carriage shortly after.
Lin Feng remained silent, his expression unreadable, as though the world’s turmoil and petty affairs held no sway over him.
Li Zhiyan stole glances at him, noticing the unshakable composure he carried like an invisible shield.
Every movement, every breath he took, radiated control and serenity.
Li Zhiyan did not speak.
She did not attempt to pry into what had happened between Lin Feng and Su Muyao, though curiosity tugged at her.
The carriage rolled smoothly along the path, and in mere minutes, the gates of Spirit Spring Academy came into view.
The familiar spires and polished stones contrasted sharply with the humble household they had just left behind, yet Lin Feng’s expression remained unchanged, his tranquility undisturbed by the shift in surroundings.
"Go back and prepare your things, Zhiyan. Come to my courtyard this evening once your affairs are settled," Lin Feng said calmly as Li Zhiyan stepped down from the carriage.
She hesitated for just a moment, sensing the quiet authority behind his words, before replying respectfully, "I understand, Young Master Lin Feng. I’ll see you tonight."
Lin Feng inclined his head, then turned and began walking into the academy at a measured pace.
Hands clasped behind his back, his posture perfect and every step deliberate.
Lin Feng made his way to the academy’s Hall of Records to request a larger classroom.
The elder in charge glanced at him, then at the stack of new student transfer and application papers in his hands.
"One hundred and twenty-three new applicants," the old man said slowly, adjusting his spectacles.
"Adding them to your current students, that brings your total to one hundred and twenty-nine."
He looked up at Lin Feng with clear approval in his eyes.
"Congratulations, Teacher Lin Feng. You have now become one of Spirit Spring Academy’s distinguished mentors. A distinguished mentor is a teacher who has at least one hundred students under their guidance. At present, we only have twenty-two distinguished mentors. With you included, there are now twenty-three in total."
He paused meaningfully before continuing.
"Your salary and privileges will increase accordingly. Larger classrooms, better resources, priority access to cultivation facilities. Keep up the good work, Mentor Lin Feng."
The old man then handed him the keys to his new classroom.
Lin Feng accepted them calmly, a faint smile appearing on his face.
"I shall do my best. Thank you very much."
His tone was steady and composed, neither overly excited nor falsely humble.
It was as if becoming one of only twenty-three distinguished mentors in the entire academy was merely another natural step in his journey.
The elder watched him leave with quiet admiration.
In all his years at Spirit Spring Academy, he had rarely seen a mentor rise so quickly and with such effortless grace.
Afterward, Lin Feng returned to his courtyard and changed into more comfortable clothes.
He sat down, poured himself a cup of tea, and began to ponder something important.
"Sigh... Creating an eternal harem really isn’t as easy as I initially thought," Lin Feng muttered to himself.
"I don’t even have a single harem member yet."
However, he was not disheartened. He knew he had time.
He had been in this cultivation world for less than two weeks, and already many women seemed eager to throw themselves at him, tempting him at every turn.
Patience was a virtue, especially for someone who now could live forever.
Lin Feng calmly sipped his tea, enjoying the quiet of his courtyard.
Before long, night descended, draping the courtyard in darkness.
Soon after, a figure clad in black robes appeared before him... Emery.
"Dinner is ready, Master Lin Feng," Emery said, bowing deeply.
"Oh? Is it night already?" Lin Feng smiled faintly as he finished the last drop of his tea and rose to his feet.
He then turned his gaze toward his beautiful cook.
"Emery."
"Yes, Master."
"I have a maidservant who will be living here starting tonight. Make sure that what she eats is just ordinary food. As for me, continue serving the same delicious dishes as usual."
His tone was calm but firm.
He had no intention of repeating the same mistake he made with Ning Xi and Ye Jian.
And with Li Zhiyan’s complex motives for coming here, he certainly didn’t wish to complicate his life further.
"I understand, Master!" Emery replied respectfully.
Lin Feng nodded slightly, his expression unreadable.

An hour later, Li Zhiyan arrived at Lin Feng’s courtyard.
The night was quiet, illuminated by soft lantern light that cast gentle shadows across the stone path.
She paused briefly at the entrance, steadying her breath before announcing her presence.
"Come inside, Zhiyan," Lin Feng’s calm voice drifted out from within.
"I obey, Young Master," she replied softly and stepped through the gates.
The moment she entered, her eyes were immediately drawn to a tall and beautiful figure standing not far from Lin Feng.
Emery.
Clad in dark robes that accentuated her elegant curves, Emery stood with flawless posture, her long hair cascading down her back like black silk.
Her presence was quiet yet striking, and the faint glow of the lanterns only enhanced her already breathtaking features.
Li Zhiyan’s steps faltered for just a fraction of a second.
She subtly extended her spiritual sense, attempting to probe Emery’s cultivation base.
Yet no matter how carefully she searched, she found nothing.
Emery felt like an ordinary mortal who was completely devoid of spiritual fluctuations.
But Li Zhiyan did not believe that for a second.
Her intuition screamed at her to be wary of this extraordinarily beautiful woman.
There was something about Emery that didn’t sit right.
She carried an unnatural stillness, an eerie calm that sent a quiet chill down the spine.
