"Oh, here they are!"

It was a group of three individuals, specifically those of their class.

One was a man with greyish hair with a red streak through it and dark blue eyes. Another was a woman with brown hair and greyish pupils. Lastly, there was a man with green hair and eyes, whom Lillian recognised as Killean from the time they sparred at the Colosseum during class.

Besides Killean, whom she had only interacted with once in the past, she hadn't really got to know the two in front of her.

Well... In the sense that they had conversed in the past. She obviously knew who they were.

"Vincent, Gloria, and Killean... Right?" She asked, garnering a nod from the three. However, the green-haired man seemed to have quite a hurt expression, which turned to instant satisfaction.

Lillian chose to ignore his blatant joy of being forgotten and added:

"Did you need to see us?"

The grey-haired man, Vincent, spoke up, "Yeah, actually." He raised his fist, popping out his thumb and swiping at himself and the two beside him. "We would like to be in a group for the Crystal Defence part."

Lillian gave a hum, acknowledging their request.

The Crystal Defence was as it was stated. In the three competitions held in the Tournament, this one would take place as the first one.

The goal would be to defend the Crystal carried by the Holder of a team, whilst the opposing team tries to destroy it. It wasn't necessarily complicated. Just the map it takes place on was.

"The Crystal Defence, hm?"

Her eyes narrowed on the three of them. If she had to be honest, she quite liked the group they had currently.

Vincent had been given the ability to more or less control the density of something. It was an impressive power in the hands of someone who did not put in much effort to better it.

Gloria was given the element to control Earth, just like Millis. But, of course, compared to the Heroine, she was definitely weaker. However, that still didn't push out the fact that it was a defensive ability.

Killean was an air user, so having him be the one to carry the Crystal would be ideal due to the speed that can be gained through the use of his element.

Considering that the team has to be made up of three people, this would work perfectly.

"Sure. I'll put you down for that." Lillian nodded, watching as they left with a happy smile, whilst also chuckling at Vincent pumping his fist into the air energetically.

As this was happening, Reph was looking at a box before him. It was wrapped in charming wrapping paper with a cross ribbon to keep it together. It was a Present...

Reph moved his hand over the gift before nonchalantly storing it within his spatial storage within a black ring around his index finger.

He then raised his eyes from the spot from which it had just disappeared and to the side, finding Lillian staring at him with a teasing look:

"A lot of gifts, huh? Perks of being a Prince and your birthday being today."

Reph shrugged, "I believe... It's just so they can get on my good side. Well, some are in this class, but that's about it."

"With the gifts you got, are they getting on your good side?"

"... They are."

Lillian watched as Reph raised his eyes above her head. She raised an eyebrow before feeling a pair of arms wrap around her neck, pulling her back.

The back of her head bounced against two soft mounds before lying on them. Lillian gave a small smile as she felt something rest on top of her head.

"We're back!"

Millis yelled as she stepped through the open doorway, walking over to them. As she did so, she gave a quick glance towards the Assassin, who was wrapped around Lillian.

She shot Lillian a teasing smirk before passing over a warm can of coffee to Reph, who nodded gratefully.

Whilst Reph was cracking over the can, sniffing and drinking it, Marionette was staring at him with narrowed eyes as her eyes wrapped around Lillian tighter.

That was until Lillian's voice rang inside her ear.

"So... Did you get me anything, Marionette?"

The Assassin, at the girl's words, moved one arm away from her neck and held a plastic cup of what she could only assume to be a strawberry milkshake from a cafe that was topped with whipped cream.

Lillian widened her eyes as she took it out of her hands, staring at the straw before glancing at the woman's face that was now situated on her shoulder.

"Did you guys go to a cafe or something?"

Marionette nodded, "We did. I felt like getting you something much better than the usual soda you drink."

As soon as she said this, Reph turned to look at Millis, whilst glancing between her and the warm can of coffee.

"You went to a cafe and got me a can of instant coffee?"

Millis felt offended at his judging stare and began to defend herself.

"Look, buddy! I'm like hella broke! Ya can't expect me to buy their really expensive coffee—!"

Before she could even finish, Marionette chimed in.

"She bought your coffee at the vending machine and saw no reason to spend more money at a cafe for another coffee."

She then shrugged, "Which I found to make sense."

Reph stared at the Assassin silently before glancing towards Millis, who stared away with a sheepish and guilty look.

The Prince just sighed and drank his coffee, "If you're low on money, just ask..."

Classes have just ended, and currently, the four were discussing something rather special about one of their member.

"Are ya gonna be doing anything special today?" Millis asked Reph with a cheery. "Since it's ya birthday and everything. You're turning 19 this year, aren't you?"

Reph gave a slow nod as he admired the "Sky".

"Uh huh... March 27th... I'm getting older..."

As he said this with a sigh, Millis began smacking his shoulder while laughing, "Bahaha! Don't worry, chum! It's just life, ya know!"

The four of them eventually went on to have some fun. The Academy was fortunate enough to allow entertainment in the Realm, such as an arcade.

And surprisingly enough, the two "Gamers" of the group, Lillian and Millis, had the highest loss ratio compared to the other two.

They were now crouched in the corner with their heads slumped, facing the ground.

Honestly... How embarrassing...
