Inside a modern, stylish, apartment in the city, a handsome red head looked at the contents of his phone with a complicated expression.

At this time, the luxurious living room was lit only by the ambient lighting, and the colors from the mobile phone reflected on his dark face.

[Commentator #1: I told you he was just a pretty face!]

[Commentator #2: But he’s already 30 now isn’t he? He’s not getting younger! Soon his lacking brain will catch up to him.]

[Commentator #1: Hey, maybe when he retires, he ends up in a different country! HAHAHA!]

The blunder he made was mixing up two similar countries. It was apparently basic knowledge, but he ended up offending both countries and became a laughing stock in the whole world.

He fought tooth and nail to gain the fame and fortune he had as a global superstar—but he was now reduced as a joke after that one blunder.

Worse, because he offended two countries—who were warring with each other—his value plummeted and no one wanted to hire him lest they offend either one of the countries.

The only fortunate thing was that he never got into vices so he still had much of his wealth left—which was more than enough for him to live well for the rest of his life.

Still, how could he be reconciled!

Before he could throw away the phone in anger, it rang. It was James, his manager and advisor.

"Kaize! I got it!" He yelled so loudly Kaize had to pull back the earpiece.

The last conversation they had, James promised to figure out the next PR move. In retrospect, he shouldn’t even attempt to destroy his phone at this point but oh well.

"So what do you got?"

"The solution? You go to college!!"

After a bit of to and fro, the solution was really him going to a university in the end!

To be honest, Kaize was very reluctant. He knew he wasn’t particularly smart. He worried he’d just embarrass himself even more.

However, James was patient and explained the rationale to him, which really convinced him in the end.

It would apparently express his need to be ’educated’ and to prevent ’hurting’ other people due to his lack of knowledge and insensitivity again.

(He’d argue he didn’t really ’hurt’ anyone and it was just people wanting to be angry at something, but he was yelled not to say these thoughts out loud.)

Anyway, he didn’t even have to finish the course. He only needed to stay long enough and appear to be studying in order to show people his sincerity.

A week later, his school life began. He managed to book a mid-tier university in the city, and the news of his action made headline news!

Most of the news had hints of sarcasm and mockery, but Kaize was determined to prove them wrong!!

Anyway, the exposure meant that he was met with a welcoming party when he arrived.

He entered with his car and a lot of women greeted him.

"KYAAA!!! KAIZEEE!!!"

"KYAAAA!!"

"We love you!"

"Don’t listen to those sensitive pricks!!"

"MARRY ME KAIZE! Kyaaaaa!"

It was chaotic and a lot of professors had tried calming the students down. Some were sneering at Kaize for lowering the class of the school, while some pandered to him, thinking that it was their chance to advertise their school!

While Kaize was a little glad he still had the effect, it was still a little annoying. However, he didn’t show it on his face. He only looked at the fans, especially the ones who were encouraging him.

To those people, he smiled genuinely. (Which made them scream their hearts out). "Thank you for your support everyone. However, I want to study, not to be mobbed.

"Please treat me as you would any other student. That is my wish."

Some calmed and understood, while some still squealed, pushing others to get to him.

The chaos was a little less, but it was still chaos.

It was around this time that a powerful new voice resounded. "Calm down, you are educated young ladies, not banshies."

They turned to show a bespectacled woman with loose but formal office clothing. She was wearing a loose blouse and pants, but her stance expressed her pride and sternness.

Some women sneered, but most nodded. "Yes, professor!"

She nodded and Kaize swore when their eyes met, his heart clenched a little.

"Mister Kaize here seems sincere in not wanting to cause a scene," she explained. "You can prove your affections by giving him the space he needs. Understood?"

"Yes, Professor!"

Her shoulder slumped in relief a bit, nodding at them, before turning to go back to wherever she was going.

Kaize watched as she left without looking at him again, and his feet moved to follow her.

Unfortunately, his many fans blocked his way. They were all smiling up at him, holding back their squeals which made their faces extremely red.

Kaize, no matter what, appreciated the effort and nodded at them. He looked at one of the calmest ones there and asked, "Who’s that?"

The student flinched and blushed. "P-Professor Khalifa," she said. "She’s one of our youngest professors. She’s very strict, but it’s hard to hate on her."

His eyes followed the woman as he disappeared farther and farther from his sight.

She might be wearing loose clothing, thick glasses, and her voice seemed a little unnatural, but Kaize knew beauty when he saw one!

He couldn’t help but be curious!

However, he still knew not to openly express any interest at all. He forced his eyes away from the direction she went to, shifting to the other professors who were here to actually greet him.

It was just that… even after he had registered, attended his orientation, and had arrived home, his mind would wander off to that momentary interaction he had.

"Professor Khalifa, eh?" he uttered, feeling the sound of her name in his tongue, not noticing a tinge of longing in his tone.

"Khalifa…"
