Chapter 661: Teenager’s Cute Love Story That Make William Squeal Like A Girl

"Where, Princess Irene?" Aimee asked while looking around.

"She is learning social interaction."

Aimee frowned and looked around once more. Then, she recognized a figure that had walked away. Beside the girl was a teenage boy wearing the academy uniform. They turned around in the corridor so Aimee could see the lips of the princess moving. It seemed Irene was talking to someone.

"What is she doing? Is she talking to someone else?" asked Aimee who couldn’t believe what she was seeing.

William wiped his cheeks, which had no tears.

"I just pushed her a little. She did it alone," said William proudly.

Aimee and William then spent time together sitting in the park while eating toast that Aimee had bought at the cafeteria. Arielle also arrived with Mrs. Churchill. William and Aimee then greeted their former teacher and headmaster. Arielle wanted to ask about Irene’s whereabouts, but the three of them couldn’t stop talking.

Mrs. Churchill asked permission to prepare the next class for students who failed to pass the semester exams and had to stay in the dorms to attend remedial classes.

Then, Arielle also tried the toast that Aimee should have bought for Irene. It was cold, but it still tasted delicious.

After Mrs. Churchill left, Arielle then asked William and Aimee about Irene’s whereabouts. Aimee just smiled, and William replied proudly that their little princess was trying to make a friend. William explained everything about how he taught Irene to be brave and not only Ireen had learned something from it, Arielle would also remember what the man had said.

William was right. If we continued to feel afraid, we would be left behind and be pushed aside. Arielle looked at her warm fingertips. At that time, she also turned her fear into thirty seconds of courage. If Arielle didn’t have the courage to face Maxieno, she might have still been at Birwick Mountain and never been able to go home.

Arielle nodded slowly. The three of them then sat together, waiting for Irene to return. They had to go home soon. Arielle had been shown a lot by Mrs. Churchill during the walk to the park. She wondered if the academy at Nieverdell also had the same system and buildings?

All Arielle could remember, the uniforms were different. At Northendell, all uniforms worn by students were black. The difference was the color of the tie they wore. At Nieverdell, the uniforms had bright colors. The female students all wore pink uniforms while the male students wore light blue. They all looked great of course.

Arielle didn’t have the power to turn back time. However, if she was given the chance, she also wanted to wear one so she could be just like her other siblings. Arielle listened to some of William’s stories about his friendship with Ronan, Kael, and Lazarus while at the academy, which he couldn’t tell when Irene was around.

Starting from something that was vulgar, weird, to funny, William did everything. Arielle just shook her head with a chuckle because she wasn’t that surprised because from all the stories William told, almost ninety percent were due to Lazarus’ behavior. Aimee just let out a long sigh.

"Hah.... I don’t know what else to say," said Aimee who couldn’t say anything.

"Ahahhaa, but as someone who’s been with Lazarus for a lot longer, I have to admit he’s been keeping his attitude a bit more lately. Even when I asked him to have a drink after work, Lazarus politely refused. Well... some of his bad habits haven’t completely disappeared, but that’s what makes Lazarus a Lazarus we knew. A student who almost got kicked out every year."

Even now, William also couldn’t believe how Ronan and Kael, the outstanding students, had befriended William and Lazarus, who had to repeat exams over and over again.

William looked at his hands carefully. Perhaps, if he didn’t have the courage to ask Ronan to help Kael and Lazarus drown in the river, he might never have befriended Ronan.

All thanks to fists and courage. William frantically approached Ronan who was reading his book alone quietly. He dragged the man to ask for help. Remembering it again always made William laugh. It was a miracle, he thought.

Irene was also finished. She returned with the boy she had helped earlier.

"Don’t look. Don’t look at her!" Aimee said to Arielle and William.

The three of them knew if they looked at Irene right now, it would only embarrass the princess. So from that Aimee, Arielle, and William who sat side by side on a park bench looked straight at the river.

However, that didn’t make their curiosity disappear. The three of them glanced out of the corner of their eyes and saw the teenage boy waving his hand at the princess. William held his heart at watching the teenage love story that seemed to bloom if Irene could really get into the academy.

Arielle and Aimee bit their lips to hold back their smiles. As Irene got closer, William whistled, pretending to enjoy the scenery that was getting dark with a few falling snowflakes. Meanwhile, Aimee talked about her school days with Arielle.

"Oh, Princess! You have come back? Where’s the boy?"

"Um... that... Ce-Cedric said he had to help a teacher in teaching the first year who repeated exams so... he couldn’t greet you because he had to get to class soon."

"Oh..... Cedric..." William said, unable to hold back his amazement.

"Wow, your new friend became a teacher’s assistant? He must be a very outstanding kid. Usually, students with high grades will be given the opportunity to become the teacher’s assistant to teach some students. They will be paid," said Aimee, and William nodded.

"Oh... I see..." was all Irene could say because she didn’t know what to say.

Arielle cupped her hands. She touched Irene’s hand, which had no gloves before.

"Where are your gloves? Did you leave them somewhere?" asked Arielle who was worried if her sister-in-law caught a cold.

"Oh! I left my gloves in the library because it was warm there. I-I’ll look for them."

"Irene!" called someone, making all of them turn in the same direction.

The boy wearing glasses was running towards them. William covered his lips to keep himself from squealing in joy like a girl. Aimee and Arielle held each other’s hands, while Irene froze in place. The girl didn’t know how to respond. She felt awkward, but her heart was beating really fast.
