Chapter 180 - 180 : Incomparably Powerful Energy! !
-
The battle between the two sides continued to rage, showing no signs of stopping. In fact, it only grew more intense with each explosive impact.
Finn accelerated further, and the sheer speed of his movements stirred violent shockwaves in the air, expanding outwards until they engulfed a radius of nearly a hundred miles.
"This is the extent of your strength as a demon leader? It's still too weak!!"
His entire body surged with excitement. Though this kind of brutal combat wasn't his favorite, facing such a powerful opponent allowed him to push his own limits.
This challenge fueled his descent into a manic state.
"I think you really want to die!!"
Furious, the demon leader charged forward. Rage twisted his expression as black aura poured out around him, coalescing into terrifying skulls that hovered ominously.
A sinister, bone-chilling laugh filled the air, sending waves of dread through the atmosphere.
BOOM!!!
The next moment, their bodies collided once again. Fist met fist, and the impact shattered the air around them. The energy blast that followed made space itself tremble violently, as if reality could no longer contain their battle.
Energy surged outward in massive ripples.
The earth quaked beneath them. Ground split apart. Mountains cracked and exploded into fragments, with debris swept up by whirlwinds of power. It looked as though a single misstep could lead to complete obliteration.
Even the armies below—both demon and human alike—were swept into the chaos. The battlefront shifted involuntarily, and those demons not fully conscious of their surroundings were consumed by the blast. Their bodies disintegrated into nothingness.
There was no resistance. The scene resembled a tsunami of pure destruction—inescapable, merciless.
Civilians caught in the fringes of the battlefield were instantly torn apart, reduced to pulp in the waves of energy. Escape was a fantasy.
"You demons are truly pathetic," Finn said coldly. "To prove your strength, you sacrifice your own. It's laughable."
To him, these demons were no better than livestock. So long as they obtained what they wanted, the lives of their own kind were expendable.
Yes, collateral damage in battle was sometimes inevitable—but these were their own troops.
The demon leader's eyes blazed with fury.
"Humans, always posturing from their moral high ground. Is that the thinking of your pitiful species?"
He narrowed his eyes. "We don't shackle minds to ideals like you do. Isn't it funny? You slaughter angels to steal their power, and then call it righteousness?"
Finn launched himself forward again. His fist thundered toward the demon leader, like he wanted to shatter the very foundation of this twisted world.
The demon raised an arm to block, but even he felt the crushing pressure behind Finn's attack. Without sufficient power, he might not have survived that blow.
He grit his teeth, expression turning colder.
"At least we're not hypocrites. You humans claim virtue but hide your selfishness behind masks. You're no better than the angels you detest."
With a snarl, he threw another punch. It was impossibly fast, like it transcended time itself, aiming to obliterate Finn in a single strike.
"Where do you demons think you're going?"
Finn's voice turned even colder. "Compared to you, we humans are merciful. If your kind had the chance, you'd have slaughtered us long ago. Don't pretend to care about morality now."
These demons didn't speak with passion, but their actions mirrored those of the angels.
"Enough talking! I will kill you today!!"
The demon leader, provoked, released a savage growl. His aura exploded outward, turning the sky into a churning mass of black. The air around him looked like it had donned a funeral shroud.
"Kill me? You're still too naive!!"
Finn didn't bother replying further. He rushed forward, fists shrouded in dark energy, every movement aiming to reduce his enemy to pulp. He held nothing back. Each punch screamed with intent to annihilate.
The demon leader sensed the pressure but didn't flinch. He understood the weight of this attack. Taking it head-on would inflict serious damage—even if it didn't kill him outright.
Before he could react, Finn's fist had already closed the distance. The very air cracked from the speed and force. Heatwaves radiated out, causing space to waver like fragile glass.
BOOM!!
The shockwave spread instantly, cracking open the ground. Gravel and stone were sucked downward into widening fissures, as if caught in a magnetic storm.
Warriors on both sides scrambled to retreat from the unstable zone. Anyone caught in the radius would be torn apart—reduced to dust.
"I'll end you!!"
The demon leader didn't hesitate. He summoned even more power, concentrating it into a singular, spherical form. As the energy gathered, the orb darkened until it resembled a void itself—a sphere drenched in shadow, like someone had dipped it in black paint.
"You won't survive this!!"
He hurled the sphere with unrelenting force.
Finn's senses screamed. Even with his confidence in his power, he knew this attack couldn't be underestimated. Arrogance led to death, and he wasn't stupid enough to fall into that trap.
In battles of this scale, caution was survival.
And this was no ordinary energy sphere. It reeked of Mephisto's influence—the male demon lord who manipulated soul-binding contracts and chaos through ancient hellfire. Even if he wasn't present, his legacy clung to the techniques of those who followed him.
Finn braced himself. He wasn't fighting an amateur. The demon leader had command of techniques that reached beyond this dimension—techniques reminiscent of Majin-class ki from Dragon Ball realms, fused with Marvel's darkest arcane forces.
The collision of Finn's counter-blast and the black orb ignited a second explosion that made the first look tame. Light vanished. For a moment, the battlefield was devoured by silence.
Then everything erupted.
Volcanic tremors split the land. Mountains collapsed entirely. A crater nearly ten miles wide formed at the epicenter.
Finn, surrounded by scorched air, stood in the blast zone, bleeding but grinning.
"That all you got?"
Across from him, the demon leader emerged, skin charred, breath ragged, but not defeated.
"You're tougher than you look," the demon muttered. "But you're still human. And humans bleed."
Finn rolled his neck, knuckles cracking. "So do demons. And I'm not just human. "
Energy surged again—

You've made it this far—through plot twists, emotional punches, and probably a few explosions.
But wait... you haven't ADDED this story to your COLLECTION, dropped a REVIEW, or hurled a POWER STONE like Thor with Mjolnir?
Tony Stark would be disappointed.
Captain America would silently judge you.
And Deadpool? He'd break the fourth wall just to roast you.
Every collection is like giving this story its own Infinity Stone.
Every review? That's the equivalent of handing the author a Stark-tech upgrade.
And Power Stones? Literally in the name. Give them. Or Thanos wins.
