"…The time has finally come, huh?"

Ding!

Taking note of the sudden notification he received, Valyr briefly glanced outside his living quarters, gazing at the guild that had undergone a massive transformation during the past month.

Feeling a sense of satisfaction at the thought of developing a guild to this extent, the young man briefly thought back to all of the things he'd done after he and his guild got out of the labyrinth.

Naturally, the first thing he did was distribute all of the items the six other guilds had requested for their territory, improving the amount of goodwill those guilds felt towards the Azure Coalition.

After discussing with the guilds' respective leaders on future opportunities where they could cooperate, it went without saying that he and his guild swiftly made their way back to their guild territory, taking a couple of days off in-game to remove the monotony they felt from the labyrinth.

During that downtime, Valyr went ahead and placed the four Statues of Transcendence he'd gotten from the labyrinth, which undoubtedly caused everyone in the guild to ask him through the chat as to what was going on.

Informing the others that what they were experiencing was an additional reward he got from the labyrinth, almost everyone in the guild decided to make their way back to the territory than continue resting, curious as to what reward would cause their stats to rise so sharply.

However, after seeing that the cause of their meteoric improvement was four metallic-colored boulders, many of them began to wonder whether stopping their rest early just to look at these boulders was worth it or not.

Nevertheless, the effect the four boulders gave everyone was palpable, easily bumping everyone's stats by 100 points each on their own.

Yet, with the resonance effect between the four statues becoming active, the total boost the four statues gave them was actually 150 points each to every stat, allowing Azure Coalition to enter a brief period of rapid improvement.

Whether it was in the expansion of the guild's foundations, or the reputation of the guild itself, Azure Coalition experienced great development in both areas, most of which was due to the unbelievable perk they offered to those who join them.

After all, who wouldn't want their strength to undergo a massive boost just by entering a guild?

Aside from that, Valyr also made himself busy during the past month, working together with Malutar and the other guilds to do a few runs of the world raid the latter had access to.

Of course, with everyone from Azure Coalition now boasting far greater stats compared to their peers, it went without saying that the world raid was cleared far more smoothly than ever before, leaving everyone that accompanied them at a loss for words.

Not only that, but he also spent some time in his other identity, updating himself on the current situation regarding the War of the Three Sovereignties.

Naturally, with only one part of their mission done thus far, he also spent a bit of time talking with the Heavenbreaker War Squad on the whereabouts of Ala'ina Empire's High Sovereign, considering that it had already been a few months since they killed the Grand Chieftain.

Unfortunately, their squad was only able to make a couple of inroads into the matter during the past couple of months, with Hal telling Valyr that the reconnaissance team the military had given them were doing their utmost to obtain information on the High Sovereign as soon as possible.

"But there isn't really any reason to rush, no?" wrote Hal in their chat, prompting everyone to voice their agreement in response. "After all, the military decided to give us a few years for this remaining objective."

"What will come will come."

With talks of their ongoing mission out of the way, the Heavenbreaker War Squad eventually ended their conversation, only for Hal and Vera to send him a message containing a different topic not long after.

"Say, Valyr…"

"Do you still remember Faulus?"

Reading through this message, Valyr briefly thought back to the alchemist that had accompanied the three of them, as well as Loreina, in the Four Pillars' Inheritance.

After mulling over it for a bit more, he eventually recalled the parting words the man had told him before going through the portal, getting the feeling that the reason why the two contacted him had something to do with it.

Thankfully, it only took a bit of back and forth between him and the two to confirm his suspicions.

Though the information the two shared him couldn't be given the same level of regard.

'Although I had a feeling it would happen sooner or later, to think Faulus would turn his back against humanity just as their defensive line began to win over the elves and the orcs.'

As this thought lingered in his mind, Valyr could not help but let out a sigh, faintly shaking his head as the man's parting words echoed in his mind.

Briefly wondering when the opportunity to help the alchemist with his predicament would come, the young man continued where his train of thought left off, recalling that he had met with Mystia a few days after the conversation with Hal and Vera.

Of course, with the tournament less than a month away by that point, Mystia asked him how he and his 'student' were preparing for the tournament, reminding him of the mission that both of them would have to undertake once they were there.

Other than that, she also took the opportunity to give him the parts of an Ancient Wyvern after that conversation, finally giving Valyr the freedom to upgrade his True Wyvern Armor whenever he wished.

"Sadly, there's not much time left before the Myriad Prodigies Tournament," murmured the young man to himself, bitterly smiling at the thought he had.

"Other than that, the amount of time I've accumulated for [Soul Shift] wouldn't be enough to cover the entire upgrade anyway."

Letting out a long exhale after that, Valyr stared outside his living quarters once more, giving the thoughts in his mind the brief opportunity to flow freely.

Ding!

After some time, he went ahead and brought up the cause behind the sudden notification he received, which was a message Mystia sent to his player identity.

"…Well then."

"Guess I'm making a trip to the Meltierre Heavenly Court before the tournament."
