Chapter 482: Chapter 482: Please Leave The Room

"When did you earn the right to meddle in my family matters?" Daniel tightened his grip.

Alexander said through the pain, "I can’t stand a man like you, Mr. Wilson. You’re not short of women. Why do you have to force Chantelle to stay with you? Her safety isn’t guaranteed, and she has to suffer."

Daniel narrowed his eyes. The Nelsen family dared to send someone to follow him. Great!

Chantelle sensed Daniel’s anger. If he moved, Alexander’s hand would be damaged. She had to intervene. A needle was suddenly stuck into Daniel’s wrist.

Daniel felt numb in his wrist, and Chantelle pulled Alexander behind her. Alexander looked at Daniel with a provocative stare.

"Take a look at yourself in the mirror first before you try to steal my woman." After Daniel said that, he moved toward Alexander at a fast speed. If Daniel’s punch landed, Alexander would probably faint immediately.

Chantelle sighed in her heart and took the hit from Daniel. Her whole arm went numb, and she staggered back several steps.

"Enough! If you want to fight, go out and fight! I wouldn’t care if you died!"

After saying that, Chantelle headed straight to Philip’s consultation room.

"I want to know, from what standpoint does Mr. Nelsen have the right to meddle in my family matters?" After Chantelle left, Daniel walked toward Alexander step by step.

Alexander was not afraid of him at all. The Nelsen brothers only had one sister. If they didn’t protect her, she would be bullied to death by Daniel.

"As long as it has to do with Chantelle, I will stick my nose in it!"

"Overestimating yourself!" Daniel glared at him. Ashton was about to get someone to take Alexander for an interrogation.

At that moment, Philip came out and shouted to Alexander, "Alex, come in and help me."

Ashton signaled Daniel with his eyes.

Daniel said nothing and entered the consultation room before Alexander.

Alexander smirked while Philip asked him, "Why did you mess with him? For what?"

"I just don’t like him." He replied while glaring at Daniel’s back.

Philip was confused. Could it be that Alex had fallen for Chantelle? It shouldn’t be. Why hadn’t he noticed anything at all?

"They were just having fun with each other. I’m sure if Daniel hurt you, Chantie would be mad at him for a few days. If you hurt Daniel, she would never talk to you again."

"I will make them separate sooner or later," Alexander said with hatred.

Philip wanted to persuade him, but when he saw how stubborn he was, he shook his head and went after Daniel. One of them was his bread and butter, and the other was his good friend. He didn’t want them to fight.

"Daniel... Daniel. Why did you bother arguing with someone like him? He’s just a block-headed doctor."

Daniel raised his eyebrows. "You’re speaking for him?"

"I’m not speaking for him, I’m thinking for you. Don’t you know Chantie has a good relationship with the Nelsen brothers? Didn’t you say Old Mr. Nelsen wanted Chantie to be his granddaughter two days ago? If you hurt her brother, she’ll come after you for that." Philip tried to advise him.

However, Daniel was not listening. "Even if it’s her blood-related brother, I can’t accept it." The person who cared most about Chantelle in this world and should be by her side could only be him.

"Daniel, you’re ridiculous for this. It’s not the time for jealousy. There are many big issues waiting for you two to settle now."

Daniel rolled his eyes at Philip and stopped talking to him.

When the two of them arrived at the examination room, they heard Shiela screaming inside, "Let me out! Let me out! I don’t want to be here! I want to go home!"

Daniel pushed open the door and pulled Chantelle into his arms just as a water cup smashed against her head.

"What’s going on?" Daniel asked Jude.

Jude held Shiela tightly and shook his head. Shiela had gotten agitated when she woke up and saw the medical instruments beside her. He hadn’t even had time to ask her anything.

"Let go of me!" Shiela screamed and struggled in Jude’s arms. Jude’s face was scratched from her struggle.

Chantelle stepped forward and tried to make Jude let go of her. He also became agitated. He glared at Chantelle and yelled, "Don’t touch me!"

"Pull him away," Chantelle ordered Ashton.

"Don’t touch me! Don’t take her away!" Jude yelled and kicked Ashton as he moved forward.

A bad thought crossed Chantelle’s mind. She glanced at Daniel, who signaled Ashton to hold Jude down. Philip gave Jude a sedative injection.

"Everyone, please leave." Chantelle looked at Shiela curled up on the bed and felt heartbroken for her.

Soon, only Chantelle and Shiela were left in the room.

"It’s okay, no one will hurt you anymore. Look at me, I won’t hurt you." Chantelle slowly approached Shiela. When she saw that Shiela did not pull away, she sat down on the edge of the bed.

Shiela timidly looked at Chantelle, and when Chantelle gently touched the back of her hand, she trembled slightly.

"Your wounds have opened up. Let me reapply the medicine for you, okay?" Chantelle asked softly.

Shiela stared at the bloodied wound on her arm for a while and nodded.

Chantelle quietly focused on treating the wound.

"Chantelle? Are you Chantelle?" Suddenly, Shiela took the initiative to ask first.

Chantelle raised her head and glanced at her. "Yes, I’m Chantelle. We bought clothes together and ate together, do you remember?"

Shiela didn’t answer. Instead, she grabbed Chantelle’s hand and looked around nervously. Then she lowered her voice and said, "They are looking for you. Run away."

"Who are they?" Chantelle asked curiously.

Shiela’s face went pale. She lowered her eyes and stayed silent.

Chantelle continued asking, "Is it Daniel?"

Shiela looked at her in fear, then nodded.

"I’ll take you back to where I live. It’s safe there. Is it okay?" Chantelle pushed down the thoughts in her mind and tried to sound firm and trustworthy.

"Will they let you go?"

"They wouldn’t dare stop me. You know I didn’t have a good relationship with Daniel when I first came back. But I never suffered anything from him. Just believe me, okay?"

Shiela hesitated for a moment before nodding in agreement. She already looked much better than before.

After making sure she wouldn’t hurt herself, Chantelle found an excuse to step outside.

Daniel and Alexander stood outside the room like guards. They didn’t look at each other, but the moment Chantelle came out, they both walked up to her.

Chantelle quickly said before they could say anything. "Please leave here. None of you is allowed to stay."

"Mrs..."

"Chantie..."
