Chapter 10 9. Invitation to Hell

   "pat, pat"

Running on the beach with water-soaked feet, Blake was still wearing the camouflage of seaweed, and the little murloc hid in his arms, croaking in horror.

Behind him, the three-headed Naga rushed out of the water, wagging its tail, and roaring towards him.

Those guys are carrying heavy halberds in their hands, each head is a circle bigger than Blake, that is the guard of the big Naga Tide Prince.

After the Big Naga was killed by Black's sneak attack, they kept chasing the Rib Man.

is obviously to avenge the leader.

Black used stealth to get rid of a few, but when escaping the water, he was found by the three male Naga behind him, and this was the chase.

Under normal circumstances, Black is definitely not an opponent of the three-headed Naga whose brute strength is not inferior to the orcs.

But he now has a "secret weapon".

"hurry up!"

Blake held the unremarkable Tide Charm in his hand, staring at the equipment slot of the character card, running and chanting words.

He stared at the entry of the Tide Charm, the "Cooling down" prompt was never good.

But counting the time, it should be fast.

   “wrlgmmglglgm!!”

The little fishman in his arms was restless, probably sensing the murderous aura of the Naga behind him, so the little guy clenched his claws and let out a shrill scream.

seems to be encouraging Black to turn back and kill the pursuer.

The Rib Man certainly wasn't that impulsive, but his left hand was already on Werther's leg at his waist.

"Humph, as long as my "little artifact" is cooled down, your end will come!"

   Black thought so.

is still urging, it seems that this will make the cooldown time of magic items faster.

A few seconds later, the fastest Naga was less than ten meters away from Blake, and the guy had already raised the halberd in his hand and made a throwing motion.

At this distance, with the brute force of a male Naga, as long as the halberd thrown by him hits, Black will be nailed to death.

  “Shu”

A ray of light flashed on the Tide Charm.

The running rib-bone man made a sudden stop, his body swayed, and with the kinetic energy of the rush, he rushed back in the opposite direction, causing the three Nagas behind him to be stunned.

   Is this a death sentence?

"Roar"

The three-headed Naga roared, their snake-like eyes gleamed with vicious light, and they raised their weapons to hack this despicable, sneak attacking chopper to avenge the Nazgak prince!

And Blake, who rushed back in the opposite direction, had the same thought floating in his heart.

He wanted to hack the three Naga in front of him to test the power of the "little artifact" he just got.

   is near.

   approached.

The estimated distance is definitely 30 yards.

Black held the Tide Charm in his right hand, and raised White's leg in his left hand. At the moment when Naga's halberd was cut down in front of him, he activated this magic spell.

   "Boom"

At this moment, there was a loud noise of the tide hitting the shore, and a magic power exploded from the palm of the hand, like a roaring tide roaring down towards the side.

The three-headed Naga beside him seemed to be hit by an invisible punch, slamming his head hard, and shaking his body at the same time, as if he was drunk, becoming crooked.

The halberd that    cut down also became soft and was easily dodged by Black.

"boom"

White's leg smashed into the nearest Naga's eye, and at the same time as blood burst into flames, Blake pulled out the dagger from his waist, jumped up, and stabbed straight, the blade pierced into the brain from Naga's eye.

In the twisting of Blake's wrist again, he made a mess of his small brain.

The two weapons were pulled out in an instant, and the left and right hands were raised at the same time, launching an inhumane attack on the third Naga. After three seconds, the last Naga woke up.

saw Blake's right fist clenched and quickly zoomed in in front of it.

"boom"

The    punch hit the soft, scaly forehead directly, and Naga, who had just woken up, was beaten again.

   Kul Tiran stunt!

  The Fist of the Tides!

One punch will open your head!

This powerful punch made the huge Naga take a step back, followed by the skull-shattering blow of White's leg, and the frantic piercing of the poisoned dagger.

"boom"

The last male Naga fell on the beach with unwilling anger, was kicked by Black again, and turned over like a dead snake.

   "Good stuff."

Blake, who won one against three and won without injury, had undisguised joy shining in his eyes.

He stroked the spell in his hand. To be honest, it was a little inconspicuous. It was a white round stone, a bit like a pebble, but very smooth.

There is also a blue engraving on the surface.

is like the color of the sea.

Its quality is not high, just excellent quality, without any attribute entries, it looks a bit useless, but the only magic attached to it makes it reborn.

Black doesn't quite understand whether tidal shock is the orthodox magic of mages.

But he had already experienced the powerful effects of this magic firsthand.

is exactly the same as he used this spell in the game. This spell can make everyone around him compulsively stunned for three seconds regardless of the level, and the chance of being saved is very small.

is also called "PK artifact" by various players.

The eyes of noble players are quite high. This unremarkable tidal spell was once priced at a very high price, and even spawned a group of second-hand dealers who specialized in guarding it.

Blake remembers this thing so well because he was one of those second-order dealers.

"However, what does this 'broken' mean?"

Blake rubbed his chin, looking at the status of the Tide Charm entry in the equipment column of the character card. The broken word made him very concerned and curious.

"Actually, think about it carefully, it is logically impossible for an excellent quality accessory to have such a powerful effect. Could it be that this little artifact can still be repaired?"

   He thought:

"Maybe I'll have to find someone who understands magic to help me in the future. Well, when it comes to magic, who is more suitable than Drake's little sister Jaina?

This is a family member who is absolutely assured! "

Blake laughed, hung the Tide Charm around his neck and placed it close to his body. When this thing was placed close to him, he could feel a weak force being drawn from the surrounding water.

It is probably that the spell is absorbing magic power on its own.

Black remembers that the cooldown of this thing is fifteen minutes, which is good, and now he has an "Escape Treasure" that can be used once every fifteen minutes.

"You can try to hunt the elite orcs."

The thief had a bold idea in his mind.

made him rub his hands uncontrollably, his heart moved, and he was forced into a coma for three seconds. With his current skills, he could easily kill an elite orc.

   "Can you draw souls?"

Just as Black squatted down and scoured the things carried by the three-headed Naga, a deep and murky voice suddenly sounded behind him.

   startled the ribs man.

The whole person jumped up, and the legs of White, who had been drinking Naga blood just now, were already drawn in the palm of his hand.

On the beach behind him, there were more people silently.

He looks like an old man, but he is tall, at least three meters tall! Like a half-giant, he wears a heavy crimson robe with a grey hood.

couldn't see his face at all, only a pale beard.

There was a pale lantern hanging around the man's waist, very similar to the kind used by knights in the Middle Ages. In broad daylight, the lamp was still lit, but the pale light would hardly illuminate the darkness.

   can only bring more unknowns.

Blake noticed that when the mysterious guy appeared, there was fog growing on this beach, much like the water vapor spread on the sea in the early morning.

But what to say, more somber.

As if there was something dangerous in the mist, about to rush out.

Behind Black, the little murloc Pemberba, who was kicking Naga's corpse with his legs, was also startled by this sudden appearance, and it croaked and hid behind Black's calf.

stuck his head out, blinked his big eyes, trembling, and looked at the half-giant in front of him in horror.

   "Can you draw souls?"

Seeing that Blake didn't answer, the man asked again. His voice was strange, like he was muttering, his voice was dry and hoarse.

   "you you are"

Black holds a weapon and doesn't sweat in undead form.

But he felt the nervousness that he had not seen in a long time.

He looked up and down the three-meter-tall half-giant in front of him, his eyes suspicious, he always felt that the guy in front of him was very familiar, as if he had seen it somewhere.

Especially the black lantern on his waist

The ominous pale light emanating from it seemed to be .

   "The abyss of hell?"

   Black asked rhetorically.

This made the gray eyes under the hood of the mysterious man pick, and he began to re-evaluate the weak human being who was obviously entangled by some kind of curse.

After a few seconds, he nodded and said:

"I do come from the abyss of hell, where I lead the souls of the dead to the kingdom of shadows, tell me, mortal, how did you do it? Can you absorb the soul with the body of a mortal?"

"this."

Black glanced at the corpse of the three-headed Naga next to him, and he probably guessed what the soul attractor of the Queen of Hell in front of him meant by "absorbing souls".

But Black wouldn't use such an evil statement.

He would only say that he gained valuable "experience" after killing the enemy.

   "Probably a talent."

He answered vaguely. In order to show his goodwill, he put the weapon back into his waist, but he couldn't beat him anyway, so he might as well be more stylish.

He spread his hands to the soul-inducing person in front of him and said:

"There will always be a lot of aliens born in this world. For example, I know that there is a mage in Dalaran who is plagued by bad luck. Wherever he goes, disasters will break out there.

But he was very lucky, even if all his teammates died, he would be unscathed.

For another example, I also know that there is a powerful mage in the far southern border. He has been possessed by demons since he was a child, playing with his soul or something. For him, it is only a child.

Besides, absorbing souls is very common in this era, and it can be done by any orc warlock. Isn’t it worth your surprise? "

"indeed."

The soul-inducing person in front of him nodded in agreement, and he said with a hint of dissatisfaction:

"Since the orcs invaded Azeroth, the souls that should have been harvested in Hell have been decreasing. Those nasty warlocks who draw souls at will, trade with demons with 'currency' that never belongs to them.

They disturb the precious balance of life and death.

They will be punished eventually. "

After    finished speaking, he stopped, looked at Blake again, and said:

"But it's curious that someone who came back from the dead, someone who wasn't a sorcerer, could do this. You should have boarded my Nagfar the moment you died.

Fly straight to **** with me and become a mist warrior under the command of Queen Hela.

But I haven't seen you in recent wars.

Those souls who died under the Khaz Modan Sea kept calling your name, even after death, they still longed for their noble prince to command them.

  You escaped death's invitation."

The soul facilitator's left hand was placed on the pale lamp around his waist.

The fog behind him grew thicker, and he said in that grunting voice:

"This is impolite, so I came to pick you up on purpose."

"Prince Drake Proudmoore, the dead, come with me, the **** under the shadow of Horswald, the noble Queen Hela, is waiting for your distinguished guest."
