In the second half of the night, Auston had no sleep, so he kept his eyes open until dawn, holding the short sword that Borgin Bock bought tightly in his hand.

Early in the morning, Madam Pomfrey came over to change his dressing, looking at his tired face

"What's wrong with you child, your face is not good"

Auston's pale face struggled to pull out a smile

"I'm fine, Madam Pomfrey, I just had a nightmare last night and didn't sleep well."

"Eat it." Madam Pomfrey handed him a piece of chocolate and patted him on the shoulder.

Auston took the chocolate and put it in his mouth, the bitter sweetness stimulated his taste buds and made him feel better.

Madam Pomfrey said as she drugged his back.

"You can go back after taking the medicine."

"Eh? Don't you want to stay for a month?" Aston turned around, Madam Pomfrey rubbed a little white fresh powder on his clothes again.

She patted Auston on the head and told him to turn back.

"To say that one month is to scare you, the wound has almost healed, and the next few days of medicine will be fine."

Auston breathed a sigh of relief and could finally go back to the dormitory to sleep.

Quirrell shouldn't dare to chase after him to the dormitory. Even if he does come, there are four other people in the dormitory who can embolden him.

After taking the medicine, Auston went straight back to the bedroom.

He pulled out the Marauder's map under the bed and looked at Quirrell, but luckily he was just staying in his own office with that overlapping name.

For the next day, Auston lived in a daze, for fear that Quirrell would suddenly come in while he was sleeping. He always dreamed that the face on the back of Quirrell's head made a terrifying sound like that night.

Delphi, who has been by Auston's side all the time, can't help but feel deeply worried when he sees him getting more and more strange.

"Let's sneak out"

She took Auston's hand and whispered in his ear.

Before Auston could answer, he was violently pulled by Delphi and dragged by her to the outside of the castle.

"But, I still have a transfiguration class..."

"Don't you hate Transfiguration class the most? You can't change it after you learn it anyway. What can you do if you skip a lesson." Delphi blinked at him.

The two left the school and came to a small town not far from Hogwarts, just before Christmas. Every house in the town has a big Christmas tree in front of it, decorated with golden stars and bells, and garlands woven by parasitic parasites on the walls.

Auston followed very reluctantly. He was not interested in crowded places.

Delphi dragged him to the town's commercial street, and Auston followed her.

Near noon, the two entered a fast food restaurant, one of them asked for a grilled steak, and Auston asked for another gingerbread cookie for dessert.

After lunch, the two of them went back to the street. Delphi shouted that he was going to eat the grilled sausage from the stall next to him, so he ran to the line by himself.

Auston was waiting for her on a wooden chair by the alley.

"Is the source reliable?" A man's voice from the depths of the alley reached Auston's ears.

"Of course, Quirinus himself told me. We are here to meet them, and when the master recovers his magic power, we will be the first to return to them." Another slippery voice whispered.

Auston stood up and crept into the alley. Holding his short sword tightly in his hand, he probed hard as he walked, trying to see who was talking in the alley.

Suddenly, a slender shadow came out of the alley. The wand in his hand pointed to Auston's nose.

"Oh, young man, you're really unlucky. I'm afraid I won't be able to keep you after hearing our secret."

The man was tall, with a big hood covering his head, and his entire face was hidden under the mask.

Another man dressed like him also came out of the shadows.

"Hurry up! This street is full of Muggles, don't let them see us," the man urged in a greasy voice.

Auston suddenly drew his dagger and stabbed the tall wizard's arm. He quickly retracted his hand and stepped back again and again, clutching his bleeding arm.

The other man in the mask was in a hurry, pulled out his wand, and pointed at Auston, who was about to come forward.

"Awadada's life!" the man shouted.

The tip of his wand exploded a beam of green light at Alston.

When the curse hit Auston, he still didn't feel it. He couldn't help but secretly rejoiced that the black magic could do nothing to him.

The guy who cast the life-suppressing spell was blinded, and looked at his wand in astonishment, and then at Auston.

After the tall wizard on the side cast a hemostatic spell on his arm, he pushed away the guy who was still staring at him in a daze.

"Useless guy!" the tall wizard scolded angrily, "It's been useless for too long, I can't even issue a life-threatening curse!"

Then he stretched out his wand, just as he was about to utter a spell.

"Auston! Where have you been!" Delphi's voice came from outside the alley.

She didn't see Auston on the bench by the alley, so she went into the alley to find him.

Seeing another person coming, the tall wizard panicked, and he grabbed Auston, stuck his hand by his throat, and pointed his wand at his neck.

Auston was pinched so hard that his blue veins burst out.

After seeing them, Delphi threw away the sausage in his hand, pulled out his wand from his arms, and gave the tall wizard a curse, and the tall wizard flew out directly.

Auston was able to let go of his stuck throat. He coughed and breathed hard.

The other man in the mask ran to pull up the tall wizard, and they both stared at Delphi who was slapping Auston on the back.

"That... is it?" the tall wizard asked in a low voice.

"Maybe... Right." The other nodded.

Auston, who had just recovered from his breath~www.novelbuddy.com~, was still monitoring them from the corner of his eye, and he could see the performance of both of them.

The tall wizard stepped forward and called to Delphi

"We can let you go, but he!"

He pointed to Auston, "We must kill him, he heard us!"

Delphi's face darkened, and he roared in a deterrent voice that Auston had never heard.

"I told you to get out!" She raised her wand. "Don't make me say it again!"

For some reason, the two masked guys were a little panicked.

"You... you will definitely regret it!" the short wizard said in a trembling voice.

Delphi again pointed her wand at the short man.

He was shocked and didn't dare to say anything more.

He supported the tall wizard and slowly backed away. They didn't turn their heads until they walked out of the alley and disappeared quickly.

Auston, who witnessed all this, also broke out in a cold sweat. He looked at Delphi in disbelief.

Delphi turned to look at him, immediately changed her expression, and took his hand worriedly. complaining

"I told you not to run around, you are in danger. What will you do if I am no longer here, remember, you are not allowed to leave me casually in the future."

Then she held Auston's hand tightly and asked

"Let's go to the cinema. I heard that there are a few good new movies released recently."

She looked like nothing happened just now, and Auston felt a chill behind her.

"I'm sorry, I'm a little tired, I'll go back first."

Auston shook off her hand without a trace and walked out of the alley first.

Delphi was also overwhelmed by him, and stared at his back in a daze.
