My Charity System made me too OP-Chapter 91: Rift II
Leon and Roselia worked methodically to clear the entire lower level of the rift. Each section of the cave was filled with groups of Dire Wolves, screeching bats, and other low-level creatures that swarmed toward them as they intruded deeper into their territory.
Leon unleashed precision attacks, casting Bursting Fireballs and Stone Spikes to annihilate clusters of enemies from a distance. Meanwhile, Roselia danced through the shadows, her Demon Eyes glowing faintly as she cleaved through enemies with her dual blades. Her swift, calculated strikes left no room for the monsters to counterattack.
After hours of relentless battle, they reached the farthest corners of the level. Leon used his earth magic to collapse unnecessary pathways and seal smaller tunnels, ensuring no stray monsters would emerge to cause trouble later.
"Let’s block off this side next," Leon said, motioning to a wide opening that led to another cavern. Roselia nodded, keeping watch as Leon raised a thick stone wall to barricade the entrance.
The process was repeated for each entry point they encountered. Leon’s precise control over his magic ensured the barriers were sturdy enough to withstand any potential breaches, while Roselia scouted ahead to confirm the areas were clear.
At one point, they found a hidden passage tucked behind a cluster of stalagmites. "This one’s well-hidden," Roselia remarked, narrowing her eyes. "Could’ve been a problem if we missed it."
"Good thing we’re thorough," Leon replied, sealing the passage with a heavy slab of rock.
Finally, after hours of exhausting work, the two stood at the central path leading to the next level. They took a moment to survey their surroundings, ensuring every side tunnel and alternate route had been blocked. The lower level was now entirely secure, leaving no way for monsters to resurface or escape.
Leon leaned against his staff, exhaling heavily. "All clear. Now this place won’t be a problem for anyone else who comes through here."
Roselia sheathed her blades and stretched, a faint smile crossing her lips. "Good work. Let’s rest a bit before moving on. I don’t want to face whatever’s waiting upstairs while completely drained."
Leon nodded in agreement. "Yeah, we’ll need to be at full strength for the next level. If the monsters down here were this persistent, I can only imagine what’s ahead."
With their task complete, Leon and Roselia exited the Rift.
{Lower Level Completely Secured}
{Congratulations, Challenger Fang, on owning a Rift!}
As the notification rang, the Rift flickered briefly before contracting and transforming into a shimmering blue gemstone. Leon picked up the gemstone, and it vanished, leaving behind a glowing tattoo on the back of his hand.
Leon tested his connection with the Rift, mentally commanding it to open and then close again. Satisfied, he nodded and smirked.
"Now, we have a portable small world with us," Leon said, his tone filled with pride.
Roselia, standing beside him, shook her head with a small smile. "We still need to clear the higher levels and make adjustments to its structure," she said, though she was grinning too.
Leon thought about donating the Rift to Roselia but quickly reconsidered. Even if I give it to her now, it wouldn’t make much of a difference, he mused as they calmly began their journey back.

Elsewhere—The Auction Manager Room
Angelica sat in a lavish, dimly lit room, her eyes closed in focus. Suddenly, a notification appeared before her:
{Challenger Iamhotty is ready to talk to you.}
Two streaks of violet mana flickered through her fingers as she acknowledged the notification, nodding slightly. Accepting the call, Angelica leaned back as a stunning face appeared before her—a woman with long, dark violet hair and eyes glowing with a pulsating purple hue.
"Did you call to inform me that you’ve finally found a replacement for what you took from my boyfriend?" AngelRaiden, the woman in the projection, asked, her voice laced with irritation.
Angelica, unfazed, held up a vial of the Elixir of Eternal Night. The shimmering, dark liquid glowed faintly, radiating an aura of immense power.
AngelRaiden’s eyes widened in surprise as she paused for a moment, nodding slowly. "Okay, place it," she said, her tone more neutral but cautious, as she opened the Trading Channel.
But instead of handing it over, Angelica smirked mischievously. Without hesitation, she uncorked the vial and drank its contents in one smooth motion.
"You witch! What’s the meaning of this?!" AngelRaiden’s furious voice echoed through the room as she glared at Angelica.
Angelica, however, remained calm. "What else?" she replied, unfurling her wings. Her beautiful Wings now were shown fully, as they appeared in snow white filled feathers, bathed in golden Light, giving her the auar of an Angel, but now after she drank the Elixir it’s now going to change.
The once-pure white feathers of her angelic wings began to change, streaks of dark violet spreading across them like ink. The transformation was swift and undeniable. The golden divine light surrounding her turned into a mesmerizing silver and violet glow, reshaping her radiant, celestial wings into something darker—majestic wings resembling a starry night sky.
Her hair turned from radiant white to deep raven black, and her serene aura shifted into one of seductive, menacing allure. Angelica’s appearance had transformed from that of a pure angel to a dark, seductive angel with an air of overwhelming confidence.
"You’ll regret this, Angelica," AngelRaiden hissed, her anger palpable. "You’ll pay for what you’ve done, and when I’m through, you won’t have anywhere to hide."
"Will I?" Angelica taunted, her voice dripping with amusement. "You’ll see soon enough. Oh, and your ’little boyfriend’? He’ll get to witness just how I will crush you."
"Hmph, how? Don’t forget—you’re trapped in that lowest dump," Angel Raiden sneered. Despite acknowledging Angelica’s superior talent, Raiden took comfort in knowing Angelica was imprisoned in the lowest floor of the hierarchy, far from her reach.
Angelica smirked, her expression calm and unbothered. Instead of responding, she snapped her fingers, revealing the golden chains that bound her body. Chains wound tightly around her neck, arms, and legs, restricting her movements and preventing her ascension to the higher floors. The magical restraints were infamous for delivering unbearable pain if their bearer so much as tried to move to an upper level, pain so intense it could make one beg for death.
Raiden’s smug expression grew even more pronounced as she prepared to mock Angelica further. But before she could say anything, her expression froze.
Raiden’s eyes widened in shock as she saw the impossible—cracks forming along the once-indestructible chains. One by one, the chains began to splinter, shattering like fragile glass as Angelica raised her hand. With a single wave, the remaining chains disintegrated into glimmers of light, scattering into nothingness.
"Impossible!" Raiden screamed, stumbling back in horror.
"Impossible?" Angelica echoed mockingly, tilting her head. "It was. For years, I endured, biding my time, gathering my strength. And this Elixir…" she gestured towards her now-transformed form, "…was the final piece I needed to break these pathetic restraints."
Her violet eyes glowed coldly as she stared at Raiden. "Now, just wait for your death," Angelica said, her voice icy and devoid of mercy.
With a flick of her hand, Angelica ended the call. Rising gracefully, she stretched her now fully transformed wings, her body radiating dark beauty. Though she stood naked, her form exuded power and confidence, making her untouchable to any gazes of lesser beings.
With a wave of her hand, a magical purple-and-white dress materialized around her, perfectly complementing her dark aura. "Time to leave this dump," she muttered as she glanced around the room.
Walking to the balcony, Angelica looked over the vast lands stretching endlessly below her. A wicked grin played on her lips as she whispered, "Now, time to return to the upper levels."
She spread her arms wide, the cool wind brushing against her skin, and let herself revel in the feeling of unrestrained power. For years, she had been shackled, her strength muted and her movements feeling like wading through deep water. But now, finally free, her body felt light and her mana surged, untamed and unstoppable.
"Ahhh~ Those bastards will pay for it," she said, her tone dripping with malice as she stepped back, her posture straight and commanding.
Closing her eyes for a moment, Angelica focused on the bond she had left through the mark—a connection tethered to Leon. "Heheh, my love, you’re here too," she murmured, a hint of amusement in her voice as she felt his presence resonate through the mark.

Looking down from the balcony, her eyes narrowed as she spotted Leon entering through the gates of the town, accompanied by another woman—Roselia. Angelica tilted her head, studying Roselia for a moment before a faint smirk curved her lips.
"So, she is the other one," she mumbled to herself, stepping away from the edge. "Interesting. Let’s see how this plays out."
With a flick of her wrist, her dark, starlit wings unfurled, glowing faintly in the dim light. "Let leave a memory before I ascend" she mumbled as she went flew toward him.
