"An innocent woman is dead!" Gabriel said angrily, running his hands through his hair frustratingly while all Micheal did was scoff at his behavior. They were discussing what to do with Rowan, and the thousands of lives he has wasted in this war, that is not just about crystal palace and hell again.

If this was the war the seer has talked about, if this was the prophecy that Ares, the demon’s child was being connected to, how then did it specifically have to do with Crystal palace and hell, while all these while it had to do with a mutual household enemy.

"Oh! Please, Gabriel, we all know that Marilyn was anything but innocent. She’s Lucifer’s whore that makes her also an enemy that we need to take out." Micheal said in a nonchalant way, that made Gabriel hiss at his words. He had had enough about his unruly behavior, since he still looks at Lucifer like some enemy.

Yeah! He might have lied to the crystal palace about Rowan, being the only person involved in the plan to take over the crystal palace that has led to him being banished of his rights, and executed. But the point is that everyone made a mistake, including the crystal palace and hell. Nobody was able to fully identify that he was truly dead before moving on and now this was happening.

If Micheal doesn’t stop, then none of their hard works all these years would pay off. They would have stopped Rowan from taking over the minds of the humans,and killed thousands of innocent babies, but unfortunately for him, the Overruler had put him in charge instead of him, so all he could do was try to change the way his brother was thinking about all these.

"Yeah, one that was killed when the plan was to use her and bring Lucifer down, which is no longer important since we are working with him."

"We can decide not to." Micheal suggested.

"That’s not the plan, Micheal. Thousands of lives are at stake and we need everyone’s help we can get. We don’t know how powerful Rowan is, some of our people might get hurt, don’t you even think about that?" Gabriel asked worriedly.

"Well, that’s not your call to make, dear brother. Don’t worry, I have everything in order." Micheal said, coming to pat Gabriel’s shoulder for him to calm his nerves down.

"You don’t seem to take this seriously.." Gabriel stated, but Micheal angrily cut through his words.

"Oh! I do take everything about Lucifer seriously. We might be working with him, but let’s not forget what he is, and how many harm he had caused many innocent people, including your said Marilyn."

"Everyone deserves a chance at forgiveness, Micheal. Why are we angels if we can’t grant them that?" Gabriel asked, his words rendered Micheal speechless for some moments and it was like he was finally listening to him. "For the fact that he’s willing to work together, only means that he’s not as stupid as Rowan to risk the lives of so many human’s for his revenge. That’s his first step at Salvation."

At first Gabriel thought that his words made some sense to Micheal, before he shaved his head in denial, refusing to listen to him." You can think whatever you want, Gabriel. But my decision is final. When this all ends in two days time just like Rowan says, Lucifer and his grandson, the little demon goes down too. Nothing more, nothing less. Now you can stop thinking like a child and join me or you step aside and let me do my work."

Micheal said, bringing his hand out to Gabriel for him to take and show him that he was in this with him. But Gabriel didn’t give in.

He’s acting just like Rowan, what difference does that makes the both of them if he doesn’t have a clear mind towards Lucifer, because if there’s anything he knew about Lucifer right now, that would be the part that he doesn’t even think about the war with the crystal palace on the day of the red moon.

He’s still mourning about the death of his beloved, now why would he leave the very person to kill and chase his own personal vendetta with the crystal all for power, when he fully knows that there’s a chance that Rowan might kill him and take away his throne?

But yet, instead of Lucifer, Micheal seems to be the problem here, to which he fully knew that as he has command over the army, that no one would be able to choose his side in this battle, who knows?

There are still other angels that would fight for what is right, but he never really was closer to the others like he was with Micheal and Camael. So, what he’s thinking might not work, but it wouldn’t hurt to try.

After five minutes of Gabriel not taking his hand, Micheal laughed. He didn’t know what exactly Gabriel sees in Lucifer to think that that monster deserves anything but to be treated the same way they would do to Rowan, but he knew how soft hearted Gabriel is, that’s why their father put him in charge instead of him.

"So, you have made your choice?" He asked Gabriel who didn’t talk to him any longer. A word is enough for the wise but Micheal is just being willingly stupid to which he wouldn’t live to watch him destroy himself, and lose the respect everyone in the crystal palace has for him.

When he looked away from where he was, Micheal still came up to him and dapped his shoulder, coming closer to whisper to him." Try not to stand in my way, Gabriel. I might forget you are my brother." He said lastly, before disappearing from the room leaving Gabriel with his thoughts.

He didn’t know who exactly to go about what he thinks he wants to do as the right thing, to which he only came down with deciding to meet the Grand Alliance. So, for the first time he wasted no time to appear in hell, to the room where Raj, Oregon, Narika, and ofcourse the demon grandson was in.

"Gabriel, what are you doing here?" Raj asked, as he used his wings to cover up himself, since it was really hot in here. This was his first time here and he didn’t know how hell was until now.

It was really hot, unlike the mild temperature in the crystal palace that had been favorable to his kind.

Ares snarled at the sight of him, this was his mortal enemy. Gabriel is an angel of light while he was the opposite.

"Ares, calm down. He’s not here to hurt you." Narika said, going up to hold his hand before bringing his face to meet hers, but then it wasn’t working.

The next thing they knew he had appeared in front of Gabriel, and made the first attack but thankfully it seems Gabriel saw that coming and ducked all his attack, before he gained the chance to tap on his temple.

"Let there be calmness in this body." Gabriel said, and before everyone’s watchful eyes Ares calmed down.

"Mom." He called scared, and Narika rushed over to him.

"I’m here baby, it’s alright." She cooed,cleaning the tears that were forming in his eyes.

"I have limited time here. Where’s Lucifer?"Gabriel asked, to which Raj and Oregon looked at each other, trying to understand what was happening here.

"Why are you looking for Lucifer?" Oregon asked, if he remembered correctly the crystal palace didn’t want to let Lucifer know that they were working with him.

"Look, I’m not here to hurt him or anything. Look, Micheal won’t seem to be keeping up to his part of the agreement." Gabriel explained.

"What do you mean?"Narika asked, running her hands through Ares’ hair to help calm him down further, incase whatever Lucifer did to him was still affecting him.

"The plan was to combine forces with Lucifer’s army, to help defeat Rowan. But Micheal doesn’t seem to be working with that." Gabriel said, to which Raj had to interfere.

"So, what does this mean? Does that mean that he doesn’t see the damage Rowan is doing on earth or what?"

"One of the sisters were killed, and there’s this suspicion that a witch is being held hostage and working with Rowan. That’s why their location can’t be tracked."Raj said, but then the door was pushed opened and in walked Dagan.

"Well, not anymore."Dagan said." I have tracked their location down on earth."

"We can’t attack them yet, Rowan would be expecting you all and that’s like walking into the lion’s den." Gabriel advised them, before gasping in pain.

Th hotness of the arena was hurting him.

"What’s wrong?" Narika asked.

"It’s here, he can’t be here much longer."Oregon said.

"what do we do about Micheal? If he’s going to kill Lucifer what does that entails?" Raj asked.

"I will take care of Micheal. Just make sure you all are extra careful when we match out to fight Rowan in the next two days." Gabriel said lastly, before disappearing.
