AI is going to be massive in the next twenty years, as it will be the thing that every major tech firm will try to implement in every product.

The money that will be invested in AI will be astronomical, which will be the perfect time for Adam to reap the benefits.

Of course, like every major investment opportunity, the AI bubble created by overinvestment in it would burst, but it would not be as significant as people think. AI is clearly the future and where the world is headed.

Adam knows this because he has lived the past twenty years. He knows about every major development that will take place.

Twenty years of knowledge of every major event, that itself is a cheat code for him to exploit and become filthy rich by the age of 40.

He will become so rich that he will no longer need any more future knowledge because he will have too much money to fail.

With that in mind, Adam is looking into the AI companies that were the ones to first blow up, and he finds them.

After browsing the web for a few minutes, Adam found the company he was looking for.

An AI startup that’s working on creating generative artificial intelligence, which is built on a large language model.

Unfortunately, unlike his previous attempt at buying a majority of the company’s shares outright, Adam can’t do that with this one because this company is already valued at 1 billion dollars.

That’s the type of money that very few people in the world have access to.

This company’s value is already astronomically high, even though its product is not yet out in the market. This just shows that the investors of this company have very high hopes for it, willing to invest so much money in a product they have no idea how it’s going to perform in the real world.

Adam, of course, knows that this is going to be a massive deal.

Since he doesn’t have the capital to outright buy the majority of the company’s shares, his only and best option right now is to just buy as many shares as he can of the company on the market.

So he immediately invests most of his money into it because within two to three years, his money is going to multiply five hundred to six hundred times when the company finally launches its AI for the world to use.

After deciding to invest most of his money into it, Adam will be left just shy of a million dollars for his other uses.

If anyone knew that he was about to invest millions into a company that doesn’t even have its product out in the market, they would laugh at him, but at the end of the day, it’s Adam who is going to have the last laugh.

This is his second-best investment, as the company is at its lowest value right now. In a few years, this company alone is going to make him a billionaire, with a value of at least 2.5 billion, given that the company itself will be valued at 500 billion dollars in a few years after its AI launch.

Adam calls Clara and clarifies with her about his investment plan. At first, Clara is a little skeptical, but Adam reassures her and even advises her to invest in it as well.

Clara is not Adam’s mother; she will do as she is told, so she begins dealing with all the legal documents needed to make Adam a 0.5% shareholder of Nexmind.

Feeling happy about another successful investment, he couldn’t help but whistle his favorite tune when he heard a car drive in.

’Sounds like she’s back,’ Adam thinks with a smile on his face.

What’s a better way to celebrate his successful investment than making Julia suffer a little?

He walks up to his window and looks outside at the driveway to see Julia sitting in her car, retouching her makeup before walking out.

She is still wearing the same dress that she wore this morning to get a reaction out of. Seeing her in that tiny dress that barely covers her body makes Adam’s blood pump.

If not for their circumstances, he would have rushed down and taken her right in the driveway.

He watches her get out of her car and adjust her dress a little by pulling it down, which makes very little difference before she walks into the mansion.

Adam then takes out his phone and starts typing a message.

Julia walks in and sees Xu Lin sitting on the couch, watching a TV show from her native place.

Julia doesn’t mind this because Xu Lin is a very hard-working girl, and she finishes all the household duties before engaging in any form of entertainment.

Seeing Julia arrive, Xu Lin stands up and greets her.

"Carry on," Julia says as she makes her way up the stairs to retire to her bedroom. After all, she doesn’t want to be anywhere where Adam can walk in and start messing with her.

These past few days, her room has become her safe place. It’s not that she fears interacting with Adam; it’s just that whenever she does, she loses her cool, no matter how hard she tries not to.

This morning was especially harsh on her because, for the first time in a while, she felt inadequate.

After all, Adam didn’t pay her any attention and was busy flirting with that new girl he brought along last night.

The same guy who used to spy on her and obsess over her completely ignored her today, even though she put in a lot of effort to look presentable for him.

Julia knows Adam’s taste in women, and that’s why she dressed up like a slut for him, but he didn’t even bother glancing at her, even when she bent over for him and revealed herself completely.

She was sure that Adam wouldn’t be able to take his eyes off her when she did that, but she guessed wrong, and it hurt her pride.

So, with a wounded pride, she did one thing that she always does when Adam is the only thing consuming her thoughts. She went to Hazel to blow off some steam and returned, only half satisfied.

By now, Julia is very aware of her state, and she knows that there will come a time when Hazel will no longer be able to help her with her condition, and she will be forced to go and beg Adam to do the one thing he wants her to do.

Beg him to fuck her. And that will destroy everything she built all these years.

So she will need to do something before that happens.

Walking into her bedroom, she finds herself in front of the mirror, staring at her reflection, hyper-focusing on her flaws.

Flaws that would go completely unnoticed by almost everyone, but today those flaws seem to have a spotlight on them, making Julia feel insecure.

She clicks her tongue in frustration. She knows that these flaws that she sees in herself are not that severe, but she can’t help but wonder if they have anything to do with Adam preferring that bitch over her.

After all, Isla is younger and more beautiful than Julia. Who, herself, is not that old, but when you are fighting for someone’s attention, even the smallest flaw might stand out if you fail.

Julia is feeling the same. Is Isla going to take her place in Adam’s mind? This should be good news because Adam might stop harassing her, but instead, she feels jealous and a deep sense of loss.

Finding her own state of mind pathetic, Julia feels anger towards herself, but she can’t do anything about it either.

Then suddenly her phone buzzes.

She looks at it and sees Adam’s name flash on her screen.

Her eyes widen, and her heart starts to race as Adam has never bothered contacting her before, so why the sudden message?

She slowly reaches for her phone and picks it up before unlocking it.

Opening the message app, she sees Adam’s name right on top.

With a hesitant, shaky finger, she presses his message open to read it.

[Come to my room. Now!] Is what Adam has sent her.

Julia stares at the message for a few seconds, trying to process it, since it sounds more like an order than a request.

Julia starts feeling angry again. How can he order her like this? She is not one of his many sluts whom he can order around. She is his father’s wife.

She should be spoken to with respect, not ordered around like someone with lower status.

Julia almost doesn’t want to listen to Adam to teach him a lesson on how he doesn’t have the power to boss her around.

But then again, she is curious as to why Adam is ordering her to come to his room, and why does he sound so serious? What did she do?

Her own curiosity has been her downfall, and this time is also no different.

She stares at her phone for a few more seconds before deciding to see why Adam called her. After all, this is the very first time he has ever contacted her directly.

With heavy steps, she walks up to her door, unlocks it, walks out, and makes her way towards Adam’s room.

The closer she gets, the faster her heart beats, but now that she is already here, she can’t find herself to turn around and leave.

Julia arrives before Adam’s door and pushes it open to see Adam sitting at his computer, looking at something.
