A loud siren suddenly came from the base before Zi Yi could answer him.

Runge nodded and said, “Connect me to the highest in command for the National Space Agency of Country D.”

As he spoke, he removed his mask.

Zi Yi looked at the paper-thin mask and praised it. “This mask looks pretty good.”

Runge turned his head and glanced at her. He had long figured out she knew his true identity.

The call went through for the highest in command at the National Space Agency of Country D. A group of people stood reverently on the screen. Runge stood with his back straight as a stern look radiated from his eyes.

He wasted no time and immediately gave the order for the things Zi Yi needed to be delivered.

No one dared to go against his order, but they did not understand the reason for it.

After giving the order, Runge stopped speaking.

When Zi Yi noticed his reaction, she did her best to explain the situation on his behalf. “Can you check your most advanced equipment used for monitoring other planets and see how they are?”

Everyone promptly checked the equipment.

The moment they discovered all the satellites were destroyed, they were shocked.

“What’s going on?”

“Silence!” Runge suddenly shouted and everyone promptly shut up.

Zi Yi said, “That’s why Runge told you to send the materials over. We have to finish those creatures off in outer space.”

The moment they heard what she said, no one else had doubts about the order anymore.

After ending the video call, Zi Yi contacted the local leaders as well.

Before long, lots of official notifications were sent locally. In less than 30 minutes, all the national leaders learned about the matter and went on high alert.

After she was done, Zi Yi said to Runge, “I was planning to give you a couple of days to recover but from the looks of it, we have to bring things forward. I will send you to the training room later.”

People were still standing outside the main control room.

When everyone saw Zi Yi and Runge walk out of the main control room, they were startled.

The two of them walked up in front of the people and Zi Yi said, “Those who passed the test will enter the training room immediately. You have 30 minutes to mentally prepare yourselves.”

“Zi Yi, didn’t we have two days to go before we went for training? What happened?”

“Something happened. When you get to the main control room, you can see for yourselves.”

Zi Yi did not explain further. She simply checked the time and gestured for them to follow her.

When they got to a building, Zi Yi saw two people sitting nearby.

It was Qin Ze and Lu Ming.

Zi Yi pondered briefly before walking toward them. Since they did not pass the test, they were clearly very dejected. “Come with me.”

Their eyes promptly lit up as they asked in unison, “Are you going to make an exception and train us?”

“Nope,” said Zi Yi bluntly. “You didn’t make the cut.”

The two of them were deeply disappointed.

Zi Yi had no intention of consoling them.

She sent Runge and the others for training first and got the robot to make arrangements for the people who volunteered to stay on.

When she was done, she brought them to the basement.

The deepest basement was nearly 100 meters underground.

When they got to the lowest floor, they saw it was a huge empty space.

Tang Ze asked, “Zi Yi, why did you bring us here? There’s nothing here.”

“No problem.”

“Ok.”

The moment she finished her sentence, Zi Yi snapped her fingers and they disappeared.
