The atmosphere of the morning was conducive and calm in the 10th floor city. People went about their usual activities, such as trading, farming, or ranching.

Andrew stepped out of the HQ building with Silvianna stepping beside him. The woman stayed there as one of her main duties as Andrew’s aide.

Today, Andrew had an important meeting with Luke, Ernest, and the Great Elder. The four would gather to discuss repairs to the Arena of Gallant and the appointment of a new Captain for Dimension Justice.

Luke arrived with news of their success in capturing Isabella, Aaron’s subordinate. Andrew heard the news, but his attention for now was not focused on Isabella, but on the safety and order of the city.

"Tell Harold to be prepared. There’s a chance the raid will open in the morning," Andrew explained, speaking to Silviana who walked beside him.

"I’ll let him know by message."

"Take Nathaniel and Uriel with us. They are the perfect candidates to fill the position of Dimension Justice’s captain," Andrew replied, Silviana swiftly taking down all of the man’s orders.

"Then what about the envoy from Lilith City? Isn’t he coming today?" asked Silviana, trying to make sure.

"Yeah. The Dimension Justice envoy will come, but as for the candidate, the 10th Dimension Justice party will choose it."

Andrew swung his right hand forward, summoning two large swirls of wind that formed a storm.

It was not aimed at destroying this place or city, but rather Andrew and Silviana’s vehicle to the meeting location.

Once everything was ready, the two left the place. The Sky Sword 10th members practicing in the front yard saw Andrew and Silviana leave, and resumed their pending training.

When it seemed quiet in the sky of the Sky Sword 10th HQ, they were startled by a loud boom from the sky, as if there had been an explosion.

Those who were sensitive to the sound halted their activities and glanced up at the clear, cloudless sky.

"What is it?" some asked.

From the sky of the Sky Sword 10th HQ, they widened their eyes with their mouths agape as a dimensional rift appeared, as if it had successfully shattered a dimensional boundary.

Several members went inside to inform Harold, the captain of Sky Sword 10th’s main raid team. Harold narrowed his eyes, hurried away and stood outside the door of the HQ.

The middle-aged man glanced up and saw a man standing tall in the sky without any support, without wings, sword, or beast servant.

The dimensional rift disappeared, leaving Aaron a person with large energy fluctuations from his body.

He took off his camouflage earrings and showed them his face, a high-level fugitive from the three major groups.

People began to show their shock, they were shattered and speechless to see the person present above the Sky Sword 10th HQ was Aaron Lewis.

"Aaron?"

"It’s Aaron the Fugitive!"

"What exactly is he planning to do?"

Harold gasped. He messaged Silviana with an emergency alert, which brought up an SOS panel on Silviana’s system screen.

Harold knew that his abilities wouldn’t work against Aaron, but it was different if he and Andrew worked together.

Silviana gasped, stopping her flight to draw Andrew’s attention to the side. Soon, the same emergency alert message appeared on the panel before his face, startling the man further.

"SOS? Is there a group attacking the base? Is it the Dark Legion?" asked Andrew, wondering suspiciously.

The woman beside Andrew invited the man to return to their base for a moment, of course to deal with the problems happening there.

Andrew said yes, they turned the direction of the typhoon from the meeting location to the Sky Sword 10th HQ location.

Harold flew over using his sword, trying to ask about Aaron’s purpose of coming over the Sky Sword 10th HQ. Aaron said he was after something, in order to save his friend.

"Is it about Isabella?" asked Harold, confirming.

’It looked like the news about Isabella’s arrest had already spread throughout the city. It’s not surprising that he would know about it,’ Aaron replied.

"Where is she locked up?"

"What’s the matter, Harold?!" said Andrew, asking as he arrived in the sky of Sky Sword 10th HQ.

Andrew was taken aback, as well as Silviana. The SOS signal Harold gave was a response from him as he saw Aaron’s figure appear suddenly in the city sky.

Andrew squinted, Aaron’s arrival must have been followed by a specific purpose.

The man remembered the news spread throughout the city about Isabella’s arrest by the Night Liberators.

There must have been some people from Aaron’s friends who informed the man about it, which was the reason he arrived at this place after traveling all the way from the top floor.

"Silviana," Andrew called, the woman understood the man’s meaning.

Silviana invited Harold to fly down low to avoid hearing the conversation between Aaron and Andrew.

Now, the two men were in the sky ready to talk and negotiate. First, Andrew asked how the 13th Squad was doing.

"They’re fine, except for Nolan, Morgan, and Hana," Aaron replied.

"What happened to those three?"

"They betrayed me after finding out my identity."

"As for Sara, Karen, and Mona. They’re fine. They’re on the 15th floor right now," Aaron replied.

That was quite a relief for Andrew, considering it had only been a month since Aaron had left and he was already a third of the way to the 25th floor, a good milestone for sure.

The man joked that he should probably remove the slave seal on Aaron’s body due to Aaron’s success. Aaron smiled, asking Andrew to do that when the 13th squad had arrived in Lilith City.

"Then, is it because of the news of Isabella’s arrest that brought you here, Aaron?" asked Andrew, Aaron said yes.

"It’s quite unfortunate for her. She was caught by the Night Liberators, which Luke hates you a lot," Andrew replied.

"You don’t need to interfere in this problem. I don’t want to ruin your good relationship with Luke," Aaron said.

"Sure. I’ll tell you where they’re keeping Isabella," Andrew replied, Aaron agreed while clearing his throat.

"But you have to be quick!"

Aaron squinted when Andrew said so. Andrew’s face looked very serious with his words, as if there was a real threat waiting for Isabella if Aaron acted too late.

"Why?" asked Aaron, curious.

"Because they will execute Isabella after the meeting is over."
