SIGNING IN: BEING SHOWERED BY HEAVENLY BLESSINGS FOR FIVE YEARS-Chapter 607 - 605: WELCOMING GRACE
Chapter 607: Chapter 605: WELCOMING GRACE
On the other side, Diamond was driving smoothly, unlike the first time she got the car where she ended up giving control to Andrea. She was swarmed left and right, and it was kind of scary.
The Aclerean was a fancy car, and that ’A’ logo was simply too vivid. It made those who were car fanatics spot it at a glance.
The moment the car entered the main roads, and happened to meet people who recognized it, those who managed to take photos even if they came out blurry.
Filled with excitement, they uploaded those photos. For those who got lucky and happened to capture this wonderful beast when it was at the traffic lights, don’t forget to write a caption.
[Do you remember the purple Aclerean of that time? It’s back again!]
The last time the car appeared, it caused too much noise, but at the end of the day, all photos and videos about the car disappeared.
It became a mystery and something that car enthusiasts talked about a lot.
When such news was posted, car enthusiasts managed to get the news and among them was the ZOOM club. A club that Diamond was supposed to join after getting invited by Raize but ended up not doing so since she was too busy.
When the car was spotted, they shared the news quickly and knew the direction of where the car was heading. Those without anything to do put their cars in gear and started making a chase.
Diamond, the troublemaker, had no idea of what was happening, as she simply busied herself with driving to the airport.
Auntie Grace’s plane would land around 11:30 am unless something had happened when she boarded. For example, a flight delay.
Just before she entered CBD, she spotted familiar SUVs cutting to her front. When she saw them, she reduced the speed and allowed them to take over, creating a perfect shield.
Two more SUVs guarded her rear, making it a perfect shield for now.
With her security guarding her safely, she no longer had to worry about the disturbance. freeweɓnovel.cѳm
On her way to the airport, she received a call from Gael.
When she saw his name appearing on the screen, a smile involuntarily appeared as she thought about the young man.
Although they haven’t met yet, his effort and everything that he had been doing since day one, it was truly touching.
He was much better compared to those twins who only received without giving much.
He was making her have a flicker of hope.
"Hello, Gael!"
[Dee, how are you? Are you driving?]
"Um. On my way to the airport. How are you?"
[Doing okay and yourself?]
"Can’t be any better," she responded jubilantly as she looked forward to the kind of gift Gael had sent.
Gael wasn’t one to speak sweet words, he was a shy person. Although he had gotten better, the more they interacted, Diamond could still feel that.
So, she didn’t tease him the way she teased the other guys that she knew.
She asked about his work and all that, and he was very happy to share. They didn’t talk for a long time since he was needed by a colleague. Apparently, something went wrong with the game he was in the middle of making.
As a result, the call had to end. She felt a bit upset. After all, the call was very engaging, and she was loving it.

Meanwhile, aboard the plane was Auntie Grace, who sat next to a woman around her age who was as chatty as her. They got along pretty well and they had been talking about all kinds of gossip the moment they got acquainted.
And the two had gotten so close that they were calling each other sister.
"Sister Grace, I must meet this daughter-in-law of yours. You must really like her!" the friend said enviously, seeing how the other had been bragging non-stop about her daughter-in-law.
There weren’t a lot of mothers-in-law who acted like that. Even she didn’t get along with some of her daughters-in-law, which resulted in them coming less to the ancestral home.
When Grace heard that, smugness overflowed as she responded, "Don’t worry. You might be able to see her when we arrive. She is a good one!"
"But how did you meet her? It should be something epic, right?"
"Hehe, if I tell you, little sis, Barbara, you might not believe me!" Grace said mysteriously as she recalled her first meeting with Diamond.
Barbara became more interested when she heard that. She hurriedly urged, "Give it to me. We are about to land!"
Grace chuckled heartily at hearing that eagerness before sharing her story.
When Barbara heard that, she gawked at Grace for a moment, in disbelief at what she just heard.
"Sis, are you sure that you didn’t make a mistake?" she asked hesitatingly after calming her mind, but Grace’s response nearly sent her into overdrive.
"Hehe, this lady isn’t lying. I still remember that day like it was yesterday!"
Barbara was in shock by what she just heard. She couldn’t help but ask warily, "Sis, are you okay with that? You know that, if your daughter-in-law happens to find other men appealing, she might gather them and your son might lose favor," worried about this unfortunate son who was sold by his mother.
"Umph! That’s why I encouraged him. He will be quick-witted with more competition around. Besides, Barbara, don’t you find my daughter-in-law appealing? She is brutally honest and such a kind of person, it won’t be a loss, even if my son isn’t the only one," Grace confidently said, oozing so much trust and love for her son, and daughter-in-law.
When Barbara heard that, she was more than curious to know this girl who made such a woman like Grace behave that way.
Grace, seeing that Barbara didn’t seem to feel disgusted, she started preaching what she had researched after she took a liking to Diamond, only to find out that was dating two men. And in the future, she might date more.
Before informing her son, she did extensive research. Only when she was equipped with knowledge and information did she dare to bring the issue to her son.
Thankfully, because of her research, she managed to convince her hot-headed son and now the two were talking.
So, she took it upon herself now, to recruit Barbara and make her look kindly on what was happening, rather than feeling disgust.
It wasn’t like Diamond was the only woman doing such a thing.
There were plenty of them, and only Diamond was the bold one she had seen in Athary yet.
She wasn’t going to let even the law take this wonderful chance away from her.
And being very convincing, she was. By the time the two were off the plane, Barbara was a goner.
