So long as the Wolf King played her part then things could proceed as smoothly as possible.

Under his claws, any undead, whether skeleton, zombie, wraith e.t.c were all destroyed in less than a second.

He cut his way through enemy lines but frowned when he noticed that more and more undead were begining to show up as time went by.

Sure Su Ping wasn’t one to flee from a fight of one against hundreds or thousands but still, the fact that he was here to grasp the other party’s motive was still vivid within his mind.

Su Ping simultaneously casted an illusion on tens of undead as well as himself.

He instantly turned invisible under the gazes of the growing number of Undeads while those plagued by his illusions began causing chaos amongst themselves by attacking one another.

Taking advantage of the chaos, Su Ping managed to avoid the undead masses for the time being.

He then went ahead to check out the enemies base, like he expected, more and more undead came rushing out, they weren’t coming for him but we’re all heading towards the direction of the wolf King, where all the action was currently going on.

Su Ping leaped onto a wooden building and used it’s elevated stance to avoid the swarm of undead running on the ground. As for the ones flying and phasing, he had to avoid them himself while continuing his gait deeper into the base, twisting, leaping, turning, moving so as not to alert any of the rushing undead to his illusion. 𝘧𝘳𝘦ℯ𝓌𝘦𝒷𝘯𝑜𝑣𝘦𝓁.𝒸𝘰𝓂

The last thing he wanted was to have a wondering wraith phase through him and detect him.

He didn’t waste time and began searching through the base while avoiding the Undeads.

" So this is what it’s been up to." Su Ping grew intrigued because the only things he found out of the ordinary where lots and lots of weaponry. This wasn’t a small amount but quite a large number of weaponry, if Su Ping didn’t know anu better, he would’ve believed this so called undead was getting ready for an all out war with Rose city.

" Since I’ve managed to chance upon this, I might as well confiscate all of them for my cause.’ Su Ping chuckled while gently rubbing a wooden box filled with weapons. Just like this box, they were several other’s within this entire base.

Su Ping walked out of the wooden building he was in but stopped at the door when he noticed two undead several distance away. They weren’t rushing towards the direction of the battle which was strange.

’ Well this is intriguing...’ Su Ping noticed something even more strange, which was the fact that they were carrying what seemed to be an unconscious human woman with them.

Su Ping raised a brow, a smile playing on his lips. ’ looks like my day just got a whole lot interesting.’

He quietly followed after the two undead skeletons while still maintaining his illusion.

’ Whatever it is they’re up to, I’m sure it has something to do with the other reason, why our dear friend has been kidnapping people recently.’

Like that, the 4 engaged in a commute through the base, Su Ping was practically inches away from them yet non of them could notice, non of them were strong enough to.

After awhile of twists and turns, they arrived near the core region of the entire base.

Su Ping had just taken a step in when he froze in his steps. His brows raised and his nose twitched a bit.

Sniff Sniff

’ This... What is that awful stench?’ He asked in his head. He’d smelt his own fair share of stench, believe him, and yet the odour that was currently assualting him was striking to say the least.

" Well whatever it is, let’s forget it for now." Su Ping muttered to himself when he noticed the two skeletons carrying the unconscious woman, had already gone far in the blink of an eye.

Picking up his pace, he easily caught up with them. The two were approaching a strange looking cave. To think that a cave was the very thing at the heart of this base.

Just then, Su Ping heard a series of noises which reverberated in the air, that made him turn around.

Though far, he could hear the furious roar of a beast and accompanying it were several hellish shrieks almost equally powerful.

’ Looks like the rotten bag of flesh and that mangy mutt have finally crossed paths.’ Su Ping thought to himself before turning around and following his targets into the huge cave.

Inside, the cave was strangely illuminated by glowing crystals etched on the walls which Su Ping guessed were artificially placed there by the zombie king. Although he didn’t understand the need for it since undead had no use for light.

’ If it did it because of this is were it’s hording all it’s victims then I guess that makes sense.’ Su Ping though to himself. If all the victims were here then that made his job a whole lot easier.

" let’s turn things up a notch." Su Ping’s eye’s gleamed with anticipation beneath his illusion as he began to channel his magical power.

Su Pings sword began to glow an ominous dark green beneath his illusion. His eyes locked on the three quadrupedal monsters in his path.

With a sharp stroke of his wrist, his sword sent out a crescent blade strike that became visible the moment it left the sword.

The 3 monsters eyes widened at the sight of the dark glowing crescent that popped out of the blue, before they could react, the attack cleaved them In half but that wasn’t the end, before their bodies slid off one another or sputtered out blood, a dark green flame bursted forth from their figures.

" ROARRRR!!!!" All three monsters let out agonizing screams under the gazes of everyone as the flame began to burn through them.

Accidentally, the attack continued to head forth after cleaving the three, striking a wandering wraith and a group of skeleton soldiers that were in the midst of combat.
