Star Gate-Chapter 1239: Wrestling on All Sides (IV)

The old turtle was still in place at Tranquil Star. A Saint was to be assigned to each of the four main cities and the redwood tree was being summoned to the Barren wasteland. This ensured missions for all six Saints in Li Hao’s camp.

The young man wanted to disrupt the world, interfering with it and the heavenly will. He wanted the disturbance to extend to the Zhengs and Li Daoheng. It didn’t matter whether his people could accomplish it or not. They would attempt to do first before saying anything else.

“That leaves only the marquis and the redwood tree at this locale!” Capsize Sea pointed out solemnly. “You two may be Fused Dao, but once your actions raise attention from the Zhengs or Zhang An, you might be in grave danger!”

It would be even more dangerous once Battle Heaven returned to the world. All it would take was one trespasser to cause enormous damage.

“It’s fine, we seek our fortunes in the midst of risk!” Li Hao said after some thought. “How else will you catch up to a half step emperor through regular means or fight an exalted emperor? Only through repeatedly taking risks do we create our opportunities!

“Just do what you can. In addition, there will probably be an explosion of energy when the chaos transforms into a world. At least, I think there will be. This is my first time undergoing this experience, so this is my best guess of what’s to come. I’ll take the others with me to see if we can glean something from the disturbance.

“The Saints won’t be included in the operation. Does the Sea Pacification Envoy think that will arouse any dissatisfaction?”

Li Hao used the Saint terminology, whereas the golden cow employed Fused Dao. The young man had named Fused Dao, whereas Saint was the name used by New Martial. One had to say, Capsize Sea was an interesting figure. The monster spirit was much smarter than regular humans. Who wouldn’t like this person—er, cow?

“We’re just slightly testing ourselves today and substituting what is fake for the real deal,” Li Hao smiled. “The true opportunity will be at hand when I really create my own world. I will not forget everyone then!”

Capsize Sea nodded without further word. That future was a bit too far away, there was no hurry to consider that for now.

“Understood!” Capsize Sea vanished. It was much stronger than the current limits of the world, but there weren’t many restrictions levied on it. There was a tendril of heavenly will that followed it—fruits of Li Hao’s manipulation. It didn’t know how Li Hao had accomplished that feat.

The young man swiftly began his preparations. Supernatural characters vanished in front of him, sinking into the Barren wasteland. Unique energy began drifting out, enveloping the entire wasteland like a formation.

However, it also swayed from growing destabilization. It wasn’t until the redwood rushed to the premises and took root in the wasteland with innumerable roots that the integrity of the domain was maintained.

A ‘dao’ character hovered in the world. The power of great dao sealed off the Barren wasteland like it was uncountable chains. Within the wasteland, the white horse stamped restlessly. It seemed to know what it was about to face.

A surge of heavenly will began gathering outside the domain. Li Hao himself walked out of Barren territory, permitting the heavenly will to accumulate as it would. Not only that, but he sat down cross-legged in the void and began cultivating.

The power of great dao permeated the air and an avenue manifested in the sky. Enormous dragons coiled around Li Hao; even the cosmos hung in the air around him.

The disturbance grew so noticeable that it drew looks from around the world. More heavenly will gathered as Li Hao’s gestures grew in scope.

Zheng Yu soon received word of the developments. What was Li Hao attempting now? To create such a disruption in the Barren wasteland... was he going to eliminate the chaos presence in Barren territory?

That would be a grand development!

The world would recover some more if the chaos was eradicated. Even if half step emperors still couldn’t walk freely through Silver Moon, at least Empyrean Kings would be able to.

Upon the moon in the void.

The moon circled in Barren airspace, descending through the sky as time went on. Barren was the end of the east. The place of sunrise was also the place of moon down!

Heavenly will shook as great dao traversed the land.

There are Empyrean Kings at Galewind, no? Not only that, but Red Moon also has one or two Empyrean Kings among their ranks as well. They’re just hidden elsewhere.”

If Li Hao did facilitate a great recovery of the world, he would be doing so to his own detriment. The young man wouldn’t be so unwise, would he? He’d paid quite a price to prevent the second awakening.

“Barren... dao meridians... the chaos...” mused the man. “Personal domain... heavenly will... Let’s go take a look. Perhaps we’ll have another round of new gains. Li Hao is becoming ever more interesting. He’s probably trying to steal from the heavens this time!”

“What?”

“He’s going to perpetuate an enormous fraud!” laughed the man. “Let’s go take a look. I’m not sure at the moment, so let’s observe for a while longer and see if the Great Li king comes to this locale...”

That person would have to seek mercy under someone’s else’s protection.

“You... as expected, pure humans think the most!" The Moon God finally understood. What she had in mind before was that her counterpart wanted the second generation to pick through what Li Hao discarded

Instead, he wanted to seize the remains of heavenly will!

His mind moved so quickly that the Moon God didn’t have time to catch up. He was already on to the next step before she even realized what they were talking about.

“If it wasn’t for the chaos being too strong and us being too weak, we would take our struggles to the chaos and fight the various masters of the worlds and great daos. Only then would we advance!

“But we’ve yet to learn how to run, much less fly! We’ll be able to fly if we succeed this time! We’ll be even stronger if we win against those favored children of heaven. Losing means that you are not one of them and can only bow your head to fate.
