"I love you so much, Gina."

Gina nodded between her sniffles, and she pressed her face into Jason’s chest and just held him close while enjoying the feeling of safety he brought her. Both of them were silent for a few seconds before Jason finally spoke with a small chuckle.

"Hey, when do you think it happened? Do you think it was that time you jumped me when we were resting in the resort on Ta’rai?"

Gina blushed at Jason’s words, and she looked up at him with a scandalous expression!

"What do you mean, I jumped you. You were the one who followed me into the bathroom and pressed me against the wall."

Jason grinned.

"And who was it that put me in a leglock before I came before I ? Or was that just in the heat of the moment?"

Gina blushed at Jason’s words, and she hit her fist against his chest with an angry pout! Gina knew that Jason was probably right about that day being the reason for this pregnancy. Gina had been extremely horny that day since she was at that time of the month, and when she felt Jason inside her, she couldn’t help but lock her legs around him to make sure he came inside. She obviously felt very bad about it the next day since there were no morning-after pills in that world, but there was nothing she could do. But Gina didn’t really care about how it happened. Even though they hadn’t gotten married yet, Gina knew that she could trust Jason to be there for her and their child, and Jason’s reactions just assured her even more.

Jason’s hand travelled down to Gina’s stomach, and he took in a silent breath and closed his eyes as he held it gently. There was a sudden feeling of responsibility that came over Jason at that moment, and Jason could feel his protectiveness over Gina growing to even greater levels. Right now, Jason felt even more glad that he didn’t allow Gina to follow him into the fight against the Beast of the Apocalypse. Jason didn’t know what sort of effect Legion Resurrection would have on Gina, but he knew that there was no way it would be safe for the baby. But along with all the happiness and joy that came with this news, Jason was starting to feel another even stronger emotion taking root in his heart. Fear.

Was it really safe to bring a child into this mad world that they were a part of? Especially now that they were under the radar of every single Machina in this Domain? Could Jason really protect his child against all the enemies that he had gained over the past few months?

’I don’t have a choice.’

Jason’s brow furrowed at this thought, and Jason decided at that moment that he would do everything in his power to make sure that this child was safe. Even if it meant eradicating an entire race from this world, Jason would kill every single Machina just to make sure that they could never hurt his child.

"Hey, are you alright?"

Gina gently cupped Jason’s cheeks when she saw the frown on his face, and Jason finally opened his eyes to look down at her. Gina had a worried expression on her face, and she asked Jason if he was alright again, but Jason just let out a calm breath before his face split into a grin again. Jason leaned down and kissed Gina deeply, and Gina moaned into Jason’s mouth and wrapped her hand around his neck as she felt Jason running his hand down the curve of her back before cupping her ass tight and lifting her up in one smooth motion!

"Ooh... you’re pretty eager, aren’t you, Daddy?"

Gina whispered into Jason’s ear in a low voice, and the sound of the word ’daddy’ did something unexplainable to Jason at that moment. Jason grunted as he felt pure ecstasy going through his body, and he growled back at Gina.

"Keep talking like that, and I’m gonna fucking break you."

Gina pulled Jason’s head back roughly before she leaned in and whispered in a sultry voice.

"I want you to fucking break me... daddy."

Later that night, Jason was sitting alone on the windowsill of their bedroom and watching the two suns slowly rising on the Vanta horizon. On the other side of the room, Gina was lying on the bed in a mess of pillows, sheets, and feathers. Gina’s hair was completely scattered all around her, and there was a satisfied smile on her face as she slept soundly. The both of them had gone at it like animals for nearly the entire night, and it wasn’t until Gina passed out that Jason finally stopped dominating her. Jason always loved the fact that no matter how tough Gina was when they were out of bed, the moment they were in bed, she would melt under him. But every now and then, Gina would show her tough side in bed as well, just like she did last night, and that only made it more satisfying for Jason to pin her down.

Jason’s eyes travelled over Gina’s naked body as she slowly shifted around on the bed. Gina’s perky breasts and wide hips were still her most attractive features, but Gina’s entire body had grown a lot leaner because of all the battles they had been in, and it made Gina look more like an Amazonian goddess every time he saw her naked. Jason’s eyes moved further down from Gina’s breasts, and his gaze stopped when he reached her flat stomach. There was a strange feeling that erupted from somewhere deep inside him whenever he looked at her stomach, and the mere thought that there was a tiny life growing in there made him feel emotions that he had never felt before. Jason was happy, excited, and proud all at the same time, but Jason couldn’t deny that the one emotion that stood out the most from all the others was fear. Jason was fucking terrified.

’I’m going to be a father. I just turned eighteen years old and I’m already going to be a father. Fuck, what the hell was I thinking? Mom is going to fucking kill me.’

Jason let out a calm sigh as he felt himself spiralling in his doubt and fear. Was bringing a child into this messed-up world really the right thing to do? Jason barely knew everything about himself, so could he really take care of another human right now? And the most important question of all. Was he going to be a good father? Jason would never say that his father was a bad man. His father loved them all, and he took care of the family until the moment he vanished ten years ago. But that was just it. Richard had vanished when the family really needed him, and it was up to Jason and his mother to step up and make sure that things didn’t fall apart for all of them. Jason didn’t want to ever leave his child like his father left them. He never wanted to end up in a situation where he would have no choice but to abandon his own family just to save them from danger. But with the way things were going, Jason could feel doubt creeping into his heart.

’No, I don’t care what comes for me. I won’t abandon my family. It doesn’t matter what I have to do. As long as I can protect what we have right now, then I’ll do it, but I won’t abandon them.’
