Supreme Harem God System-Chapter 1928: Are you saying that I will die?
"I’ll go to sleep after I meet her. I am sure her power can help hold off Yrniel till our conversation.
Now leave."
Azriel ordered as he sent Nux and Aeliana away with a wave of his hand. Then, he closed his eyes and turned silent, as if waiting for something.
A few seconds passed by, nothing happened, but then,
RUMBLE RUMBLE RUMBLE
THUNDER THUNDER THUNDER
Yrniel shook.
Once again, the load of an awake Azriel was too much for it to handle.
Yes, it was time for Azriel to go to sleep again, else a Second Mana Apocalypse would follow when people hadn’t even recovered from the effects of the first one.
’Alright, little guy.’
Azriel muttered in his head, calming the tensed Yrniel down as he nodded, prepared to return to the Core and lie dormant.
But then…
Time around him slowed down, even Yrniel’s Mana and its people had slowed down. Yes, the entire world was affected by this power.
Everyone but Azriel.
The Vampire Progenitor simply raised his eyebrow in amazement.
"Lord Azriel, we finally meet."
Then, he heard a voice.
He turned around and saw an extremely beautiful woman with long raven hair, a veil that covered her eyes, and an hourglass body that was nothing short of perfection, standing behind him.
She was the same woman Azriel had seen in Nux’s memories.
The Seer.
Azriel, however, frowned in confusion.
Something was wrong…
He couldn’t sense this woman even when she was standing right in front of him.
It was as if… she was just his imagination…
’I didn’t see anything like this in the brat’s memories…’
Azriel frowned.
He, however, wasn’t given too much time to think about it as suddenly,
"Lord Azriel?"
The Seer tilted her head, getting his attention.
"I heard you wanted to meet me."
Azriel commented, acting as if he didn’t notice anything.
At his words, the Seer chuckled.
"You aren’t very different from your son-in-law when it comes to dealing with unknowns, huh?"
Azriel frowned at those words.
"Weren’t you the one who wanted to meet me the most?"
The Seer questioned.
"I didn’t even know you existed."
"You didn’t.
But you hoped I did."
The Seer smiled.
"You even tried to find me, more than once.
First, it was only for the sake of your daughter, but when you met the Chaos Progenitor and you realized you could bring your wives back to life, you wanted to meet me more than ever."
"…"
Azriel turned silent.
This…
What in the hell?
This was something he had never told anyone, not even Aeliana. Then how does she…
Is what she claims true?
Does she really know everything?
Was she truly an Omniscient Being…?
While he thought about this question, the Seer nodded with a light smile.
"Yes."
"Huh?"
Azriel frowned.
"Yes, I am Omniscient."
The Seer nodded again, and Azriel’s expression changed.
Did she…
…read his mind?
"No, Lord Azriel.
I cannot read others’ minds. I do not have that power."
The woman, however, shook her head.
"I just guess what people are thinking using what I know about them. Of course, my guesses are much more accurate than anyone else’s because I know everything about every being."
She answered.
It didn’t look like the Seer had anything to hide.
"Then what about now? What am I thinking right now?"
Azriel questioned as he narrowed his eyes.
The Seer, however, shook her head,
"I do not know."
"Why?"
"Lord Azriel, I just answered your question, I do not read minds. If you ask me what you are thinking out of the blue without any prior conversations for me to use and cut the possible answers, I wouldn’t be able to answer.
A Living Mind is extremely complicated and is capable of unconsciously thinking multiple things at once. Only when you streamline one’s thoughts through a conversation or a task would you be able to guess what one is thinking.
Asking me out of the blue is no different than telling me to choose from millions of different possibilities and hope to be right, something I do not like to take my chances in because…"
"Because?"
"Because I am used to being right."
The Seer shrugged.
"You do not like to be wrong."
Azriel narrowed his eyes.
"Well, that is another way to put it."
The Seer didn’t deny it.
"You cannot blame me, no one likes to lose. For me, not being right is losing."
Azriel nodded in understanding.
"So why didn’t you come to meet me when you knew I wanted to meet you?"
The Vampire Progenitor questioned.
She was here now, wasn’t she?
Why didn’t she come before?
Why now?
Yes, Azriel’s line of thought was somewhat similar to Nux’s.
"Well, this is one question I was hoping you wouldn’t ask."
The Seer chuckled.

"But you knew I would."
"The chances were high, yes."
She nodded.
"Then answer."
"I just… didn’t wish to meet you back then."
She answered in a strange tone, as if she was hiding something.
Azriel didn’t miss that either.
"So why are you here now? You even went ahead and actively requested an audience with me."
"I had to..."
The Seer answered.
"Explain."
Azriel ordered, his tone becoming heavier than before.
The Seer stared at Azriel one last time and,
"Your thoughts before weren’t… self-destructive."
Azriel narrowed his eyes at those words.
"What do you know?"
He questioned directly, dropping all the mind games.
The Seer just looked at him in silence, and the Vampire Progenitor realized it.
"I had these thoughts for a long time now."
He explained himself.
"We both know you are getting more and more desperate, Lord Azriel. I had to appear. Normally, I wouldn’t have cared about it, but your actions would hurt Nux, and I cannot allow that."
The Seer spoke. For some reason, her tone became much braver than before.
Azriel narrowed his eyes.
"How are my actions going to affect him?"
"Lord Azriel, do you truly believe your death will not affect him?"
The Seer questioned directly.
"You are the only being he ever respected or will ever respect. Not to mention there is Aeliana too. You think he wouldn’t be affected if he saw her devastated face?
You think…
…he wouldn’t do something he shouldn’t do?"
"…"
Azriel turned silent.
There were many questions in his head but…
The one that bothered him the most was…
"Are you saying that I will die?"
