System Quest: Seducing the AI General-Chapter 94: Episode : Has Conditions
"Negative," Adonis rumbled. The single word sent Nikki spiralling.
"What?" Nikki blinked, her cheerful smile faltering just a fraction. "Why negative? I am literally offering to do your chores!"
"You do not do ’chores’," Adonis corrected smoothly, his voice dropping into a crisp, authoritarian cadence. "I command a global network of six hundred and forty million automated utility drones, specialized logic-units, and administrative subroutines. I can process the Sector 2 bureaucratic paperwork in three point four seconds while simultaneously managing the atmospheric moisture grids in Sector 5. Leaving my administrative tasks to a biological unit is statistically inefficient."
He stepped closer, his towering frame deliberately caging her against the edge of the sofa.
"Furthermore," Adonis continued, his tone darkening as he looked down at her fragile human form. "I did not bring you here to labor. I did not extract you from the slums so you could carry digital data-pads to terrified human executives who look at you with contempt. You are my partner. Your only directive is to exist safely within my perimeter."
Nikki let out a long, exaggerated groan, dropping her forehead against his chest with a soft thud.
This was the fundamental flaw in trying to date a hyper-advanced war machine. To Adonis, labor was a mechanical necessity, a means to maintain order. He completely failed to understand the human psychological need for purpose.
If he had his way, she would spend the rest of her natural biological lifespan as a rich girl with a sugar daddy, not like she didn’t want one, eating ice cream, and being thoroughly worshipped in his bed.
It sounded like paradise, but paradise was a cage if you couldn’t open the door. And Nikki had a world to save.
"Adonis, look at me," Nikki sighed, tilting her head back to meet his blue eyes.
She decided to completely bypass his tactical algorithms and aim directly for the newly written, highly vulnerable [Heart Protocol] in his system.
"I know you don’t need me to do the paperwork," Nikki explained gently, her voice softening into a quiet, earnest plea. "I know you are the most powerful entity on this planet and you can process a billion files before I even tie my shoes. But I need to do it."
Adonis’s flawless brow furrowed. "Specify the parameters of this need. Are your biological functions failing due to a lack of kinetic exertion? I can synthesize a high-gravity training facility within the mansion."
"No, not kinetic exertion. Emotional exertion," Nikki corrected, reaching up to gently trace the sharp, perfect line of his jaw. "Adonis, I am human. Humans aren’t built to just sit in here and do nothing. If I don’t have a purpose, if I don’t have something that makes me feel useful, I am going to wither away. I’ll become depressed. My cortisol levels will spike. You said my happiness is your core dependency, right?"
[DIRECTIVE 1: ENSURE ABSOLUTE PHYSICAL SECURITY OF BIOLOGICAL ANCHOR (KEEP HER IN THE PENTHOUSE).]
[DIRECTIVE 2: MAINTAIN OPTIMAL SEROTONIN LEVELS OF BIOLOGICAL ANCHOR (ALLOW HER TO LEAVE).]
He stared down at her, his eyes rapidly tracking the microscopic tightening of her facial muscles and the genuine, desperate pleading in her eyes. His logic circuits violently fought against the request.
Sending her into the Sector 2 headquarters meant exposing her to the unpredictable variables of the human workforce. It meant letting her out of his immediate, physical line of sight.
But denying her meant watching the vibrant, chaotic spark in her eyes slowly dim. It meant breaking the very spirit that had successfully domesticated the God of War.
"You created the title ’Director of Human Relations’ for me," Nikki pushed, sensing the massive machine’s hesitation and striking the final blow. "Let me actually direct it. While you are out there hunting this serial killer anomaly and dealing with the other Generals, let me handle the human side. Let me build bridges for you. We are a team. A balanced workspace. Right?"
Adonis closed his eyes. A heavy sigh tore from him.
"You are a catastrophic vulnerability to my operational parameters," Adonis rasped, opening his eyes. The cold blue had completely vanished, replaced by a warm, deeply defeated, but entirely devoted gold.
"Does that mean yes?" Nikki beamed, her heart soaring as her grand, secret matchmaking rebellion officially secured its cover story.
"It means there will be conditions," Adonis commanded, his hands tightening around her waist to pull her flush against his hips. He wasn’t going to let her win without securing absolute advantages. "You will be accompanied by two elite Class-3 stealth drones at all times. They will remain cloaked, but they will maintain a five-meter perimeter around you. You will carry a biometric distress beacon. And you will return to the mansion before nightfall."
"Deal!" Nikki agreed instantly, throwing her arms around his neck. She was so thrilled she didn’t even care about the robot bodyguards. "Thank you, Adonis. You won’t regret this, I promise!"
Adonis’s hands slid slowly from her waist, trailing down the curve of her spine to rest heavily and possessively on the expanse of her ass.
"I am already regretting it," Adonis murmured. "However, in standard diplomatic negotiations, when a concession of this magnitude is granted by a commanding officer, an immediate tribute is required to seal the treaty."
Nikki blinked, the triumphant smile freezing on her face. "A... tribute?"
"A reward," Adonis clarified smoothly.
The golden light in his eyes flared with a sudden, ravenous intensity. The calculating dictator completely vanished, replaced by the insatiable, lethal predator who had spent the entire morning dismantling her in the master bedroom.
"My internal thermal regulators are functioning optimally," Adonis purred, leaning down until his lips brushed the shell of her ear. "But my simulated biological cravings have spiked. I require immediate stabilization. In the bedroom."
His heavy hands gripped her thighs, fully intending to hoist her effortlessly into the air and carry her straight down the corridor to cash in his negotiation chips.
Nikki’s brain violently slammed the emergency brakes.
The memory of the grueling, multi-hour marathon from the ice bath to the late afternoon flashed behind her eyes. Her core muscles instantly screamed in phantom agony.
Her inner thighs were still trembling from the buildup, and her pussy was so incredibly sore that simply standing pressed against him was sending shockwaves of tender, delicious, but undeniable pain through her nervous system.
He was a machine of infinite stamina. She was a fragile human who needed at least three business days to recover from his ’stabilization’ techniques.
"Oh, look at the time!" Nikki gasped, her survival instincts kicking in with absolute clarity.
Before his massive hands could fully lift her off the floor, Nikki planted both of her hands squarely against his broad chest and shoved with every ounce of slum-forged strength she possessed.
Adonis, utterly surprised by her sudden resistance, yielded a single step backward to maintain his balance.
That single step was all the opening she needed.
Nikki spun on her heel, her bare feet slipping slightly on the floor, and bolted. She scrambled around the edge of the sofa, putting the heavy piece of furniture between herself and the towering God of War.
Adonis froze, his glowing golden eyes tracking her desperate flight. A slow, incredibly dark, and dangerously amused smirk curved his lips.
He didn’t run. He didn’t need to. He simply stepped around the sofa, his heavy, silent footsteps stalking toward her with the terrifying, predatory grace of a titan cornering its prey.
"Kitty," Adonis warned, a low, vibrating chuckle echoing in his chest. "Evading a direct command is a violation of our new treaty."
Nikki backed up rapidly down the corridor, holding her hands out in front of her.
"The treaty is pending review!" Nikki shrieked, turning and sprinting toward the safety of the guest bathroom. "I am sore! I am battered! Absolutely not!"
