Three years later...

"Enough!" She yelled, feeling frustrated.

"Oh, shut up Eleanor," Nathaira chided.

From early morning, they were painting her face with different things making her look different.

"Eleanor, you are the bride. You should be beautiful. Stop complaining," Aria said.

"Aria, I feel it would be good to have some bangs near her ears," Aurora said.

"Indeed," Nathaira yelled.

"Where Is the stylist?" Tiffany yelled.

"What’s wrong?" Eight months heavily pregnant Myna asked walking inside.

"We need a hairstylist," Nathaira asked.

The hairstylist quickly came and fixed it the way they asked.

"I think we are done," Aurora said.

"Finally," Eleanor said.

"Eleanor," she heard someone calling her.

"What’s wrong?" Eleanor asked.

"Cavanaugh is crying. No matter what I do she isn’t stopping," Mason said scratching his head.

"Uncle, why don’t you listen to me? She is hungry. She needs milk!" Darian said following him with a frown.

"Aunt Tiffany, I pity your future kids. Uncle is so dumb!" Darian said saving no face for Mason.

"Darian, stop being disrespectful to elders. Apologize!" Eleanor’s stern voice came.

Darian lowered his head and apologized to Mason.

"I pumped my breast milk for her. Just find the bottle," Eleanor said taking Cavanaugh into her hands.

Eleanor and Cedric named their son Darian. Because Darian means a gift. He was a gift to them.

And their one-year-old Cavanaugh was named by Anthony. Eleanor let him name her daughter because no matter how self-centred he was, he deserved to live like a common man too.

He didn’t get to see his unborn child and his daughter’s childhood too. So, she let him name her. Eleanor didn’t accept him as her father. And yet she didn’t reject him either. After all, he was her biological father, she has that pull.

When he realized he was at fault she will accept him as her father. As days passed, her disappointment, sadness and anger everything disappeared. She just wants a peaceful life now.

Darian found his sister’s milk bottle and gave it to her mother. Eleanor rocked her daughter as she fed her.

Cavanaugh slept after having her fill.

Almost everyone is settled. Mason and Tiffany got engaged recently. Myna and Valene got married and are having her first baby. Nathaira and Oliver were going to get married in six months. Raymond found his love and was chasing her. Edward was being chased by someone. Eleanor was eager to know who the girl was.

While Martin was hopeless in this love thing. She was worried that he may die single.

Katherine was in a relationship with some police guy. Cedric was just being protective of her and not approving of her relationship. Because cops were meant to do fieldwork which may take their lives. Cedric was already melting. It doesn’t take time for him to accept his sister’s love.

She hopes at least At this wedding Martin finds the girl he loves.

Just then Anthony came in. He asked everyone to give some privacy to them.

"Eleanor, I am sorry. I always thought it was others’ fault and never thought it might be my fault. In these three years, I learned a lot. I changed.

"I regretted my actions. Even if I found your mother I should have explained it to Aiden. Because of my evil plans and indirect encouragement. Zora’s family and you suffered a lot.

"I know you don’t want to forgive me. I hope you forgive me when you feel like it. I only have one wish, that is to walk you to the alter. At least give me this gift. I and Aurora planned to leave this place after your marriage. We won’t disturb you anymore," he said pleading with her.

He wasn’t the same Anthony Thorne Hallard. He wasn’t arrogant, self-centred, egoistic and a tyrant. He was humble and a father.

Anthony changed a lot during the one year when Aurora received the treatment in the village.

Aurora was completely cured. Even her uterus was cured. But the treatment took nearly two years for her. Yet she is safe, sound and healthy. Everyone was happy for her.

Aurora changed a lot. She wasn’t selfish as she was. She loved Myna and Oliver equally over the past three years.

Even though they changed late, they made an effort.

"Where will you go?" Eleanor asked.

In the past year, Anthony did many things for them. But she just ignored me. But her heart was bleeding for doing so. 𝙛𝒓𝓮𝙚𝔀𝒆𝒃𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝓵.𝙘𝒐𝒎

"To that village itself. Aurora liked it there. And she is pregnant now. We want to be with the master. She is forty-four now, I can’t take risks with her health. Old age pregnancy is not easy. At least now... I hope I have a child. And I want to do at least one thing right for you even though I am not fit to be a father," Anthony said.

Eleanor felt like crying. She hugged him tightly.

"Don’t leave. Stay here,....dad," she said.

Anthony was stunned. His daughter called his daughter after twenty-seven years of her life. He was happy. Tears of happiness she’d from his eyes.

"Promise me you will stay here, Dad," she said stressing the word dad this time.

"If you do, we will be a family forever. I will have my family. Didn’t you say you will give me any gift I ask? Give me this," she asked crying.

Anthony just said yes. Even he was shocked at how easily the word yes rolled from his mouth.

That day... Aiden and Anthony walked her through the aisle.

Eleanor and Cedric became one in front of their friends, foes, relatives, acquaintances, world and the gods again. Everyone has a smile on their faces with happiness for their union. Eleanor felt lucky to have Cedric in her life. While Cedric felt happy to have Eleanor in his life. Their life from the start flashed in their eyes. There were bad things good things but they lived through them. And they are confident they can live through them for the rest of their lives.

"I would like to rent you for a lifetime. Deal or no deal?" Eleanor asked.

"Deal," he said and kissed her.

They lived their life with problems, differences and struggles. They were not perfect but together they make perfect.

So this is the story of two imperfect people who became perfect for each other with their better half company.
