The Crown's Seduction-Chapter 358: Needy**

The days went by smoothly for Mineah as she did her usual duties as the Queen. Nothing was amiss, and she couldn’t help but smile at how everything felt so great, especially now that her curse was finally broken.

Well, she knew that, at least, but she still wanted to confirm her body’s ability to conceive children. As such, she went ahead and asked Zaila to do a general check-up on her.

"You really shouldn’t have to do this, milady," Zaila chuckled as she went about her work. "I’m pretty sure you’re already in the clear."

"Still, it wouldn’t hurt to make sure," Mineah insisted. "I just want to hear it from someone else, alright?"

"Alright, milady," Zaila shrugged. "I’ll try to make this quick then."

Mineah simply waited as she allowed Zaila to do her thing. Sitting back on the chair, she did her best to relax even as her nerves began to grow in excitement.

"Well?" Mineah couldn’t help but ask.

Zaila hummed to herself before letting off a frown. For a second, Mineah almost thought that something was wrong, but then her friend gave her a teasing smirk that quickly told her that Zaila was messing with her again.

"Don’t make me ask you, Zaila," Mineah weakly chuckled. "Don’t mess with me right now."

"I’m not, milady," Zaila quickly defended herself. "Either way, everything seems to be in order anyway."

"Meaning?"

Instead of replying, Zaila gave Mineah a bright smile as she held her hand. "Congratulations, Your Majesty. Now that the divine dagger is out of your body, you can finally conceive," she sincerely stated. "Nothing will stop you from having a baby now."

Immediately, Mineah’s face blushed in both embarrassment and joy. Somehow, just hearing that her body was capable of supporting life both elated and aroused her. Already, she was preparing herself to get pregnant, and she hadn’t even met with her husband yet.

"That’s... That’s great," Mineah absently replied, her joy still setting in as her smile formed.

"Right. I’ll make sure to remind you of when your fertile days are going to be so that you and His Majesty won’t miss it," Zaila excitedly added, making Mineah’s face redden more. "Who knows? Maybe you’re already fertile today and we just don’t know it?"

"Can you check then?" Mineah quickly asked, her excitement growing with every second that she sat there.

Simply nodding, Zaila went ahead and checked her body for fertility. Thankfully, she didn’t take long before she gave her a piece of news that made her even more elated.

"Well, it seems you’re fertile right now, milady," Zaila chuckled with a teasing grin. "And based on your expression, I’m assuming you want to go to His Majesty right now?"

Mineah simply nodded, her grin coming in full force as she stood up from her seat. Already, the heat within her was burning brightly in excitement, her arousal growing with each second that passed without her being with Nikolai.

"I’ll... Do that..." she awkwardly chuckled. "Thank you for checking."

Giving her friend a nod, Mineah quickly left Zaila’s room before quickly making her way back to her shared room with Nikolai. All the while, she was already trying to contact her husband through their bond, hoping that he had some time to spare to put out the burning flames now raging within her.

[Lai, are you busy?] she asked him.

[The court meetings just finished,] Nikolai casually replied. [Is there something wrong?]

[Well, I need a bit of... relief at the moment,] she quickly replied, her tone heavily implying that she wanted more than simple relief. [I’m fertile at the moment, and perhaps we can get started making babies?]

A short pause then followed as Mineah waited for a reply. Already, she could tell that her husband was busy finishing up whatever business he still had to make his way to her.

[I’ll be with you in a bit,] Nikolai hastily replied. [Just give me a minute or so.]

[I’ll be waiting in bed then, Lai...]

Smiling brightly, Mineah was already feeling hot by the time she reached their room. Promptly stripping off her dress, she laid herself out on their bed while waiting for her husband to arrive.

[I really need you here right now, Lai,] she teased him through their bond. [I’m already soaking the bed just waiting for you.]

Nikolai grunted in pain, and she chuckled even as she let out a small moan, teasing him more. She was so aroused that her insides already ached to be filled by her husband’s amazing shaft.

"I’m here."

Mineah almost yelped as Nikolai suddenly appeared before her. He was already hard, and he didn’t even wait for her to greet him as he tore off his pants and positioned himself on her aching slit.

For a brief second, time almost stood still as Nikolai froze midthrust. Then, he continued with even more fervor, his thrusts becoming faster and more forceful as he took her.

Pouting, Mineah could only nod as she sat up with him. Her body still burned with desire, but she also understood that the kingdom still needed to be run by the both of them. In fact, she also had some work that had to be done that she was simply putting off to sate her desires.

"I guess I’ll go back to work as well," Mineah weakly chuckled. "I expect our night later to be amazing though."

"On that, I agree," Nikolai chuckled back. "I fully intend to make up for all the lost time we got running the kingdom."

"You make it sound like being the king is secondary to making love to me."

"If I was any more irresponsible, I’d say yes," Nikolai scoffed.

Mineah laughed at that. To be honest, she could say the same. Still, the kingdom and their people came first. But after that, their needs as man and woman would be immediately addressed.
