The refining demons still charging at him sank into the quagmire one after another. They furiously struggled, but soon enough, they disappeared beneath the surface and stopped moving.

Even so, Shien and Airi were getting impatient.

“The closer we’re getting to this canyon’s depths, the more refining demons there are.”

Shien frowned.

“How troublesom.” Airi also spoke impatiently, “Let’s just completely destroy this canyon then.”

This wasn’t the first time that Airi had brought up this particular suggestion.

Truthfully, Shien rather wanted to do that as well.

That way will have them the most amount of trouble. With that, everything will be taken care of. Not only will the ritual be destroyed, the masterminds carrying the ritual out will also be taken care of one one swoop and all be sent to hell for free.

“Vivian and them are still in the canyon though.”

Shien sighed.

If not for that reason, Shien might have completely flattened this canyon before even Airi could.

Airi was rather dissatisfied with that concern though.

“Don’t they have that super tough girl with them after all? It should be fine with her protecting them, right?”

Airi actually said something like that.

Shien could only laugh dryly at that.

Although Vivian’s defense is indeed powerful, the matter if she can take the force required to destroy the entire canyon is another question entirely.

Even if she could, would she still be able to protect the others at the same time?

Jace is the that male demon, and Liece is the female demon.
